It is from the novel and film "The Grapes of Wrath" by John Steinbeck.
It also roughly resembles Henry Fonda's (as Tom Joad) speech in
Steinbeck's _The Grapes of Wrath,_ near the end when he leaves. That
kind of struck me as the the model for the _The Three Amigos_ speech and
the others mentioned...

I think it's the end scene in the movie "The Grapes of Wrath". Henry
Fonda as Tom Joad is saying this just before he leaves the family.
It's been a while since I saw that movie, but I think it's the one.
