Help with Movie Quote

Hi All!
I need your help with a sort of silly quote. It's from a movie. Don't know
which one, or who was in it. It goes something like this:
"Pardon me sir, but I believe I may have soiled myself. Would you
happen to have a moist towelette?"
If someone out there knows where this is from I will be 1) really impressed,
2) eternally grateful.
