Hi everyone I am Shae,
I've been smoking Cigs for a while now and I am finally taking an
effort to quit. It has been very hard and upsetting but I am doing it
and with a bang!!. We all have to find something that motivates us or
makes us want to quit. I chose to blog about my experience It's mainly

Anyway quitting has been really hard for me and has my emotions all
out of wack I just kind of wish I had someone to talk to so I wont
feel like im going crazy so im not just on my own with this!!!! Its
really an addiction and I cant get over it
