I am an ex-smoker. I smoked for 17 years and tried to quit MANY times
during those years. I finally quit smoking 7 years ago for good.

my experience and my technique.
This is absolutely free. My goal is to help as many people as i can. I
have gone through that experience and I know how hard it is to quit.
