I saw this effect at a Club Med about ten years ago where they set the
surface of the water on fire, which when coupled with dry ice was a
REALLY attractive look.
I know there are chemicals you can spread on the surface and light, but
I am hoping to avoid these.
An idea on which I seek your opinions, is to place a gas ring connected
to a tank on the bottom of the pool. Then, bubble the gas up through the
water, lighting it on the surface. I am not sure what gas would work.
LPG would be the obvious one to obtain in a tank.
Any ideas or better suggstions anyone?
