Can people with Lightning Source experience please help with these two
questions? (I've read the LS documentation thoroughly but I want to
double-check with other users who have already published with LS and
avoid any expensive corrections down-the-line.)

1.
If you want a 5" x 8" book, then you set your page size at exactly 5" x
8". Correct?

(Is it correct that we don't have to worry about giving LS something to
trim off, as they will print the 5" x 8" page onto a larger piece of
paper?)

2.
LS state that all four margins on a page must be NO LESS than 13mm from
the edges of the page. And many paperbacks use Left and Right margins
which are just that, 13mm. So, if I set any of my margins at 13mm what
is the likelihood that after LS has trimmed the book I may find the
margins are LESS than 13mm? (LS warns that there may be a 2mm
difference, but I am wondering what users have found to be actually the
end result.)

(Maybe margins should be set at no less than 15mm, so that if LS DOES
lose an additional 2mm during trimming, then one will at least END UP
with 13mm margins?)

What has been people's experience?

Many thanks.

Eddy.
