A time ago I followed John Grinder's Advanced pattern Detection seminar.
At the seminar, John excused himself for not having any handouts and asked
if someone would volunteer to produce some.
Guess what? I voluntered!

I made an 18-page report out of that seminar, fully transcribing my notes
and had John read them through.
John didn't change much to it, he basically asked me to leave out some
pieces.

After that I asked John to have this published. John didn't want that at
the time and asked me to put it off for 6 months.
I waited and after the 6-month period ONLY published the "side notes to the
seminar". A year later, I heard that when John came back to the same
institute to repeat the training, the institue gave its participants copies
of the handouts I had made and that the contents still were the same.
At that time I also put a small notice on my website, saying people could
buy the full notes from me. Some persons did so and were happy with what
they got.

Now e-matter is changing all this. Since John didn't come back to me
anymore, I have now decide to put the 18-page report on the internet as
eMatter! You can download it for 2.99 USD from fatbrain.com.
