"The ideology of sameness & pre-adolescent wholeness"
The current homologous trend (gender theory, internationalism,
multiculturalism, and different kinds of relativism) serves to thwart
individuation. Individuation demands that you define yourself
vis-a-vis the world, and that you destroy the illusion of sameness.
Pre-adolescent kids retain a form of primary wholeness, which is
shattered when they enter the adult world of opposites. The current
"ideology of sameness" aims at retaining pre-adolescent wholeness,
keeping people constrained in an unconscious childish worldview where
opposites have only begun to form. That's why they always say that
there are no differences between the sexes, the races, etc., and that
we are one great big family. According to the ideology of sameness
male and female gender and sexuality are constructed. Hence the sexes
aren't essentially different. Psychologists know, of course, that
there are enormous differences between autistic, psychopathic,
narcissistic people, and people who have undergone individuation - so
it is a big lie, as all ideologies.
The problem with the ideology of sameness, heavily practiced in
certain European countries, is that politics becomes infantile and
unrelated to the hard facts of reality. This idea, of retaining
pre-adolescent wholeness, is also practiced in the Eastern monastic
tradition, in which young boys are recruited, to lead a life of prayer
and meditation in a childish wholeness-condition. Tibetan monks are
among the naivest people in the world. In this tradition it works very
well, because they withdraw from the world. However, when such
infantile unindividuated people involve themselves with the world, the
result is disastrous. The world is a Kindergarten to them, ruled over
by Mama.
In the debate, special regard is given to homosexuals, whether it is a
wholly normal variant (the "same" as everybody else) or whether it's
pathological. The interesting thing about this notion, of retaining
pre-adolescent wholeness, is that homosexuality could be analyzed as a
means of maintaining contact with the spiritual wholeness of childhood
via certain individuals. Historically, priests and shamans were often
recruited among homosexuals, as was often the case among North
American Indians (berdache). It could mean that nature furnishes
mankind with this solution to the spiritual problem. A favourite film
among homosexuals is "The Wizard of Oz", which finely represents the
primary form of wholeness, which all adults long to return to. Such
people, who remain there, can invent stories, and keep the tribe
posted about this world which they have left behind.
