The second revolt with Saturn from I.54 is not some recurrence of the 6 January 2021 political insurrection, a change arrives with its reign and cycles, implying an interval after the Saturnin stages have ended; I.62 suggests the Saturnin long cycle would be repeated before the fire and flood punishment. In IX.64 the period from Narbonne (22 March for its Saint Paul) into Mars (its brief reign on 25 March 2023) no resistance is made: that is the first instance of the Plutonian Reign, following the fourth and final Saturnin cycle.
Considering the Saturnin requirement met, Venus is to be debased involving a Grand Trine Chalice involving the Vertex, combining X.28 and V.18, etc. Using VI.89, the 'wasps and flies' provides the 18 March date via Saint Narcissus (stinging flies emerged from his broken tomb); and the paternal love vexed was the Saturn sextile with Venus intruded upon by the Vertex forming a Pediment 17 March 2023, presenting the situation described in the latter half of I.54. The final line of VI.89 warns that a Dummy Grand Trine as symbolically-appealing yet false Cupbearer will precede the activating Chalice, presumably with some misleading features.
The Moon has passed Jupiter for the High-Born of II.92, and Vesta for X.6, then had the III.3 perplexity of Corinth and Ephesus in the Neptune lunar adjacency during the final Saturnin interval (23 March 2023 11:43 am CET). A similar adjacency between Sun and Moon takes place 24 March 2023 1:05 am CET, which could be the meaning from V.66 instead of the recent New Moon - shortly afterwards, two ominous Grand Trines formed in the Geneva chart animation.
The lines of II.92 are being fulfilled in reverse order: Saint Telemachus with the early January feast protesting gladiator contests (deaths as spectacles) led into the Speakership voting debacle casting McCarthy as the conceited one escaping defeat by granting every conceivable concession to the hold-out faction; the powerful sibling quakes striking the Turkey-Syria border region manifesting 'great human murder' with massive fatalities, falling on the 6 February feast for two nephews of renowned Saint Patrick. Next would be the 'marvelous case' of the 17 March 2023 Saturn-Venus-Vertex Pediment, preceded by a caution of being 'struck from the High-Born,' apparently indicating the Jupiter lunar conjunct. The 'marvelous case' was the Saturn sextile with Venus, with the mobile Vertex sign positioning intrusively to form the Geneva Pediment 17 March 2023 11:22 pm CET, as described in the latter part of I.54, and as the paternal love vexed in VI.89. The High-Born as Jupiter had its lunar conjunct later 22 March 2023 9:16 pm CET, keeping the backwards chronology format, suggesting the event of the first line regards that 'striking' when the Moon is beyond High-Born Jupiter.

The overlapping Pediments are: Fortune in Leo - East Point in Gemini - Vesta in Aries (19-20 degrees); and Pallas in Cancer - Ouranos in Taurus - Midheaven in Pisces (16-17 degrees).
Opposing those superimposed Pediments is another: Ceres in Virgo - Vertex in Scorpio - Pluto in Aquarius (29-0 degrees).
It gives the effect of two Pediments being mixed together over the vessel of a third.
There is another Pediment formation 24 March 2023 5:58 pm of Ouranos - Pallas - Vertex, accompanied by an inexact Grand Trine of Saturn - Mars - Fortune; the Moon will then be midway between Venus and Ouranos, and the new Mars not yet commencing its brief interval.
Presumptions could be in error regarding II.92 line 2, the High-Born and marvelous case phrases being vague: Venus could be the High-Born, struck with the lunar conjunct instead of from it; the 17 March Pediment could indicate Grand Trines were the wrong form for VI.89, hinting the Chalice is tried while the Cubearer will be falsifying.
Activation at the Venusian lunar conjunct would be debasing, and the judicial astrology is more dynamic then than with the midway chart showing a single Pediment. The warnings about the Saturnin influence appear linked to the reign and cycles having been completed, rather than any specific aspect triggering at the cataclysmic onset time.
