It was announced that NXT champion Karrion Kross has been suspended by the UWA for 30 days for misconduct after attacking William Regal on Tuesday. Kross was to defend the NXT title on today's show vs. North American champion Isaiah "Swerve" Scott.
1. Bronson Reed def. MVP in 2:30 with the Tsunami splash. Squash.
2. Kyle O'Reilly def. Roderick Strong in 17:30 via submission with Armageddon.
3. Kacy Catanzaro & Kayden Carter def. Diamante & The Bunny (w/Butcher & Blade) in 11:30 when Catanzaro pinned Bunny after the 450 neckbreaker.
LA Knight is having it out with Samoa Joe over a post-match sore loser attack on Drake Maverick on Tuesday after Maverick upset Knight. Knight has been fined "$10,000", which Cameron Grimes has paid on Knight's behalf. Knight faces National champ Adam Page later in a non-title match.
4. Hit Row (Swerve, Top Dolla, Ashante Thee Adonis) def. Violent by Design (Joe Doering, Cody Deaner, Rhino) in 12:05 when Swerve pinned Deaner after the House Call. Eric Young was ejected for interference at 5:10, and nearly ripped B-Fab's blouse by accident on his way out when she taunted him.
5. National title: Adam Page def. LA Knight via buckshot lariat in 7:50. Grimes left the coach's box and went back to the locker room, undetected by Knight.
6. Non-title: Keith Lee returned and def. Bobby Lashley after the Spirit Bomb in a return from Monday that went 12:55. Much better than their Monday match, which was misbooked.
7. Dexter Lumis submitted Dolph Ziggler with the Silence in 17:55. Indi Hartwell was in the coach's box.
It was announced that the UWA World tag team champions, the Street Profits, will return next week, and defend vs. the Viking Raiders and Legado del Fantasma and Diamond Mine (Strong & Tyler Rust) in a fatal 4-way elimination match.
8. NXT women's title: Raquel Gonzalez def. Ember Moon via powerbomb in 11:50. Better than we've seen of late. No Dakota Kai due to an angle at the Wednesday tapings.
9. UWA World title: Drew McIntyre def. Miro via Claymore Kick in 17:10.
