"Live" from Minneapolis (same as Rampage & Full Gear).
Footage is shown of Matt Hardy getting a pin on Orange Cassidy on Rampage due to interference from The Blade. The Hardy Family Office is about to find out it's not going to count.
Backstage, AEW's Tony Khan has Hardy---alone----in his office.
"I'm sorry, Matt, but the pin has been disallowed by the UWA due to Blade's actions. It's an automatic disqualification, and you must face Orange again today. Right now, in fact.", he says.
"NO! I beat him fair & square!", Hardy protests, lying.
"No, you didn't, Matt. Never lie!"
Jack Hunter & Stephanie McMahon, who'd just arrived on-site for Challenge, stand in the doorway.
"Is this what a proud former champion has been reduced to?", Stephanie asked, mocking Hardy.
"It was a lumberjack match. I..."
"Doesn't matter. No outside interference is allowed in stipulation matches, and you decided to be a coward, and have Blade help you win a match that now goes on Orange's record since you've been disqualified.", Jack growls, clearly angry. "You've made your team dependent on those stupid brass knux, and it is the sole reason they're not anywhere close to title shots, you included."
Hardy leaves the office, to find that Butcher & Blade have been frisked, along with Bunny and Private Party. Five pairs of brass knux have been confiscated. Jeff Hardy appears.
"Pathetic, Matt.", he says. "I went down that road 10 years ago, as you know, and it wasn't good. At Bragging Rights in 2 weeks, you leave your marks at home, and take the ass-whipping you deserve like a man!!"
Jeff leaves. Hardy vs. Hardy at Bragging Rights. The HFO is escorted away. Any member that interferes in the rematch will be fined and suspended.
1. Orange Cassidy, still sore and recovering from the illegal KO, def. Matt Hardy in 2:30 with the Beach Break. Punishment squash.
2. Future Stars, 1st round: Solo Sikoa def. Trick Williams with the Samoan Splash at 12:11. Sikoa vs. Xyon Quinn next week.
3. Future Stars, 1st round: Top Dolla def. Julius Creed via DQ when Brutus interfered at 8:30. Top Dolla made his own save. Not a good idea for a DQ finish here, especially with the Founders present and angry.
Tony D'Angelo approaches Stephanie backstage, looking for a 2nd chance after losing to Bron Breakker last week. His approach, however, is a little more menacing, and he backs off as Jack steps in between them.
"I think the kid's starting to show his true colors.", Jack tells Stephanie, his voice more of a harsh whisper, like Batman. "I've got an opponent for him."
4. Non-title: Jeff Hardy def. Roderick Strong in 17:05 with the Twist of Fate & Swanton Bomb. No Diamond Mine, as they're ringside privileges have been revoked, same as the Creed match earlier.
5. Future Stars, 1st round, non-title: Carmelo Hayes def. Dante Chen when he reversed the Wing Clipper into an inside cradle at 12:40. Hayes-Breakker next week.
Stephanie announces a six pack women's tag team elimination match for next week. Sarray replaces the injured Zoey Stark as Io Shirai's tag team partner as they'll defend the UWA women's tag team against Toxic Attraction, Alisyn Kay & Marti Belle, The IInspiration, Nikki ASH & Rhea Ripley, and Tay Conti & Anna Jay.
6. Non-title: Damian Priest def. Tony D'Angelo via The Reckoning at 5:45.
7. Non-title: Imperium def. Private Party in 5:40 when Isaiah Kassidy was pinned after the European Bomb. Fans were indifferent, though Marc Quen acted more like a babyface here.
Announced for next week: Champion vs. Champion, as Tomasso Ciampa faces Roderick Strong.
8. Non-title: Nikki ASH & Rhea Ripley def. Toxic Attraction when Ripley pinned Gigi Dolin after Riptide at 21:40. Mandy Rose was ejected for interference at the 10 minute mark, leading to a commercial time out.
Sonya Deville has it out with Stephanie & Jack backstage. Her personal feud with Naomi has now enveloped Aliyah, who earned a rare win on Smackdown, then was illegally removed from Team Blue for Survivor Series.
Sonya refused to explain why, so Stephanie informed her that she is now suspended for 60 days for malfeasance, and the same thing could happen in WWE if she doesn't reverse course. Sonya went to try choking her boss out, but Adam Pearce stopped her. She then walked away from Pearce.
9. UWA Cruiserweight title: Sammy Guevara vs. Dante Martin ended in a no contest at 3:30 when American Top Team attacked both men. Lio Rush was away due to a death in the family. The Inner Circle made the save, and chased the heels away. Chris Jericho then cut a promo on Dan Lambert, and revealed that at Bragging Rights, regardless of what happens at Full Gear, Lambert will have an even bigger problem on his hands.
Jack appears on the jumbotron, now joined by UWA women's champion Raquel Gonzalez. Paige Van Zant will team with Lambert against this dream team in 2 weeks! Jack gets in some jokes about other Van Zan(d)ts, including "Miami" Steve and the boys from Lynyrd Skynyrd before Raquel reminds him they're not related. Raquel shared that a certain former champion she's close to (the former Braun Strowman) will be at Bragging Rights to ensure ATT doesn't try anything rash.
Lambert was clearly cringing as we sign off.
