Which stars are left in the WWF that arent considered 2nd rate
wrestlers.

After you remove Stone Cold, Undertaker, Road Warriors, Mankind, and
Dustin Rhodes, everybody left in my opinion is second rate.

Come on The created all these little groups, like DX, the nation, Los
Buritos, and those silly South Africans to hide the fact that they all
suck.

Five years ago do you really think that the outlaws, or any of the
guys in these other groups would be considered first rate atheletes

Just to let you know I considered The Brooklyn Brawler, and Paul Roma
2nd rate wrestlers and thats who all these guys are comparable to.

Just my opinion

You're kind of right! But I think that HHH and the New Age Outlaws, Kane
and maybe The Rock are great wrestlers... But right now the WCW/nWo have
more superstars than The WWF, just think to: Hogan, Macho Man, Pipper, Ric
Flair and Bret Hart. Ok they're all old so here's a couple of great young
stars: Nash, Giant, Hall, GOLDBERG, Jericho, Luger, Sting, DDP and the list
can continue. By the way, I don't think that GOLDBERG is a copy of Stone
Cold, ok they both have their head shave and they're very popular but they
really don't have the same wrestling style!!! And I think that Bischoff is
right when he say that Austin would be a midcard wrestler if he was in a
company with the kind of superstars that the WCW/nWo have!

Except for The Rock, who has the potential to be a superstar, all the
wrestlers you named are nowhere near great. The whole DX thing just
stupid

Austin is a great wrestler no matter where he is.

Its always the same thing, you know you've got nothing to disprove
someones claim that the wwf sucks so you resort to name calling.

The fact is out of all of the wwf wrestlers less than ten are real
stars. And if you want to start talking about the geriatric league
lets talk about Jim Cornette and his NWA gimmick. Lets see we've got
the Midnight Express, who else can we get from the early 80s.

Face it the wwf just sucks when it comes to big stars

Jeez, if they lose anymore real stars I dont know how they can keep
claiming to have a "world" heavyweight champion

You know, I don't even want that wwf's fans says that WWF sucks, I just want
them to acknowledge that it is not that great! I don't believe that WWF
sucks, I think it still great, I've been a WWF fan all my life!!! But face
it, the WCW/nWo is now ahead on the side of superstars. It maybe have less
organization than WWF, ok Bischoff have less experience than Macmahon but I
think he have the talent beat him! After all, he had the whole nWo idea
which was great! The WWF tried to copy it with gangs like DOA, NOD, Los
boricuas and finally DX, but it didn't had even near the success of the nWo!
By the way, DX is great, they are amazing! With Shawn Michaels(in my
opinion, the damn best wrestler in the world, #2 Kevin Nash so just try to
find out who's in my opinion is the best tag team of all time) they're even
greater! So, both WWF and WCW/nWo have their forces and weaknesses, none of
them sucks, but the WCW/nWo is a little bit ahead right now! I know that
you will say that RAW won against NITRO recently, but It was a close "war"
and I think that NITRO will return to the top soon!!!

But I suppose anything goes when it comes to WWF-bashing, though,
right?

What do you mean by "real star"? Wrestlers who everyone knows from
their WWF headline matches in the '80s?

>And if you want to start talking about the geriatric league

Okay, let's talk about Cornette and the NWA angle. It's dead.
Cornette is reportedly falling out of favor within the offices of
Titan Sports. No NWA titles have been shown on Monday Night in weeks.

>Lets see we've got the Midnight Express, who else can we get from the early 80s.

If you're going to criticize the WWF, at least have the right reasons.
Bob Holly and Bart Gunn are low-caliber WWF wrestlers from the early
to mid-'90s, and their team bears little to no resemblance to the
great Midnight Express teams of the '80s.

RnR Express, LOD, I agree have outstayed their welcome. Perhaps they
should go nWO and become "big stars".

>Face it the wwf just sucks when it comes to big stars

<sarcasm>
I suppose you are right. You have really won me over there. You are
good at persuasive writing.

>Jeez, if they lose anymore real stars I dont know how they can keep

It would be nice if WCW's "world" heavyweight "champion" would defend
his title once in a while. Hogan is a disgrace to the belt and the
profession.

I am not a WWF lemming. While I prefer the coherentness of the WWF
storylines, I admit the talent roster in WCW is much deeper. Despite
outstanding matches like Jericho/Malenko, I can barely stomach WCW's
shows because of the constant nWo ass-kissing.

I don't think you watch WWF much, do you?

A damn lot, thank you very much.

Dustin Rhodes? The guy can't wrestle for shit. He finally has an angle that
will work though. And where is HBK in all that lot? After Flair, Michaels
is probably the greatest wrestler that ever lived.

> Come on The created all these little groups, like DX, the nation, Los

HHH and The Rock have so much talent you can smell it oozing through your
screens. NOD draws a damn lot of heel heat. "They" didn't "create" DX. DX
is the latest incarnation of the Clique. HBK is injured, Nash and Hall are
stuck in life long contracts, so HHH and X-Pac were joined with the NAO,
who they happen to be REAL friends with. DX created itself, live with it.
And in case you had not noticed, they are the best stable that has come
around in a long time. They have three people who's mic skills get the
crowd over every time, and one who is good enough to get by. HHH has lived
in the shadow of HBK for so long, and now that he is out of it he is really
shining. They are hilarious, they are great wrestlers, and the crowd goes
nuts whenever they come out. They rule, so there.

Los Boriqos are a jobber group which has been split up now (if you had been
paying attention you would have known this), probably to give the talented
Vega a push. The Truth Commission (that's what they were called) has also
been split (again, if you actually knew what you were talking about, you
would have known this), Jackyl has been given a new angle, and Kurrgan will
soon return with a new angle as well. I think the crappy Recon and Sniper
are out for good.

> Five years ago do you really think that the outlaws, or any of the

Oh! Now I see! You must watch WCW, where all the major contenders are over
40. It's called youth moron. 5 years ago all the 'first rate athletes' had
had a decade or more of experience. The WWF is concentrating on new talent.
Sure it has some experienced wrestlers, and some really ancient ones as
well, but it is far from dependant on them.

> Just to let you know I considered The Brooklyn Brawler, and Paul Roma

Here are the second rate wrestlers in the WWF:
Mero - At least, he used to be. He's back doing the Star Press though, and
now that the Sable angle is dead (for now), he's looking better than ever.
His interview skills are really good, he just never had a chance to show it
with Sable.
Jesse Armstrong (Roaddog) - Is not much of a wrestler at all, which is
doubtlessly why he is in a tag team with the much better Billy Gunn. He has
some of the best mic skills around right now however.
Dustin Rhodes - He's overweight, he slow, and he knows few moves. But did
you see the match he had with Val Venis? He looked better than he has in
years. It was the one match that night in which I was glad that UT came out
and interfered, because otherwise he would have had to job to Venis.
Kama - Has talent, but not as much as you would have liked. He's being
going a little to long to make up for it as well, which is why he's held in
NOD.
Jeff Jarrett - He could become something, but is far too lazy to be as good
as he probably should be.

> Just my opinion

IMO, go back to WCW and stop talking about what you don't know about.

I'm in limited agreence with Silverbullet. The best work most WWF stars
do is mic work. The NAO does have a good work rate in the ring, but if you
watch they only have 15 moves between them, at max. You can't deny their
ability to work the mic though. HHH is improving by the week and he, too
works the mic with splendor. The Nation has it's good and it's bad, if they
would dump "The Worlds Strongest Man"(Puh-lease) and Kama
Nahasapullemanoligewan, and teach D-Lo some more moves, the group would be
decent. Thank god the Truth Commission is gone. The Jackal needs a better
gimick, though. The whole Kane-Undertaker thing needs to come to an end, it
was cool when it started, but now it's just annoying, though the sight of
Paul Bearer getting bloodied in the cell was refreshing, but the stair hit
by the Undertaker was weak, chalk that to bad camera angles or being too
obvious.

Now to WCW. If you want to say just plain annoying any more, it's the
NWO. WCW has talent they don't even use, and, in fact, keep off the air so a
geriatric has-been, like Hogan can run his mouth and not wrestle, while
screwing up the booking for the decent talent like Dean Malenko and Chris
Benoit. Bichoff, couldn't book a decent card, with help. He'd either give us
recycled angles and matches or under hype some of the better matches, or
both. I haven't seen a straight ending to a main event since the NWO angle
started, however long ago that was (I know when it was, I'm being
fecitious). This "on the fly" booking also has to stop, that's what keeps
making Nitro loose in the ratings. Well I've had my gripe for the day, mail
me with responses.
