Pre-show:
Stephanie McMahon announced that there would be a championship scramble for both the men & women at Winter Warfare, the final show of the year, on December 30. What titles would be at stake would be determined after NXT Deadline in 3 weeks.
Kiana James walks up, looking to sign up. Stephanie just shakes her head.
"After what you pulled on Tuesday? No. I have recommended to Shawn Michaels to have you disqualified from the Iron Survivor Challenge for that. Lash Legend was disqualified by the UWA, thanks to your illegal actions, and you had the audacity to brag about it? Get down to the ring. You have a match."
James leaves, and NXT tag champs Tony D'Angelo & Stacks Lorenzo walk up with Adriana Rizzo (Anna Keefer), who will make her in-ring debut next week on Champions Challenge. The four leave to discuss business.
Pre-show match 1: Dark Angel def. Kiana James in 2:04 with Falling Darkness. It was clearly Roxanne Perez under the mask, venting her anger after getting screwed on Tuesday. Punishment squash.
It was announced that Jakara Jackson, already on medical suspension (wrist), is now suspended for 45 days for returning to the ring after being ejected on Tuesday. Stephanie announced that Perez would be the 1st one entered in the women's championship scramble at Winter Warfare, but Kiana James will not be entered at all. If James interferes in another of Perez's matches, she joins Meta-Four on the suspended list.
Pre-show match 2: Duke Hudson def. Luca Crusifino with the Razor's Edge in 11:10. Crusifino is still looking for his first win in the UWA.
Main show:
1. UWA Women's tag titles: Jacy Jayne & Thea Hail vs. Chelsea Green & Piper Niven vs. Katana Chance & Kayden Carter vs. Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre. Order of elimination:
1st fall: Chance pinned Green after the Afterparty at 13:56.
2nd fall: Vice ended Hail & Jayne's title run, pinning Jayne after a spin kick at 21:31.
3rd fall: Chance & Carter 3-peated as champions, as Carter pinned Lopez after blocking a victory roll at 28:30.
Arianna Grace has a chance meeting with Impact Director of Authority Santino Marella (Arianna's father). Arianna, looking confused, and still selling her loss to Gigi Dolin on Tuesday, is looking for the Founders' office, and Santino points her in the right direction.
2. NXT tag titles: D'Angelo & Lorenzo def. OTM (Bronco Nima & Lucien Price) in 13:30. D'Angelo pinned Price after Bada-Bing-Bada-Boom (double team spinebuster).
3. Rhino & Heath def. Moose & Brian Myers in 3:30. Myers was pinned after a gore. Moose was DQ'd on Impact for interference. Punishment squash #2.
4. #1 contender's match for the NXT North American title: Wes Lee vs. Trick Williams ended in a No Contest in 11:30 when Lexis King and champion Dominik Mysterio, feigning an injury, interfered, attacking both men. Carmelo Hayes & Ilja Dragunov chased off the heels. Stephanie appeared on the stage, and ruled that Mysterio MUST defend the NA title against Lee & Williams, as he was supposed to, in 2 weeks, or face forfeiture of the title!!! Mysterio claimed he'd been concussed on Tuesday. Baron Corbin was DQd for illegal participation vs. Lee.
5. UWA Women's title: "Timeless" Toni Storm def. Asuka in 23:30 with 2 Storm Zeros (short piledrivers) to win the title. Asuka tried using the mist, but it hit nothing but air. Storm took it from there.
Jack Hunter is chatting in Japanese with IYO SKY & Kairi Sane, the latter his "ex-girlfriend", when Stephanie walks up. She's activating the One-Man Assault Machine for an important mission.......
6. UWA tag titles: The Creed Brothers vs. #DIY vs. Imperium. Order of elimination:
1st fall: Johnny Gargano pinned Ludwig Kaiser after Meet in The Middle at 17:30. Giovanni Vinci was DQ'd Monday vs. Tommaso Ciampa for interference.
2nd fall: The Creeds retained when Imperium came back out at 25:00 to attack both teams. The face teams ganged up on Imperium to chase them off. The match is declared No Contest.
7. Jack Hunter (w/Stephanie) def. Lexis King in 3:30 with the Last Ride. King was supposed to face Tyler Bate, but that was changed after his actions earlier. Punishment squash #3.
8. UWA World title: Samoa Joe def. Keith Lee for the 2nd time in as many weeks with the Coquina Clutch to become a 6 time UWA champion. Time: 22:30.
9. NXT vs. Raw vs. Smackdown. Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen replace D'Angelo & Lorenzo, joining Dragunov, Hayes, & Lyra Valkyria on Team NXT.
Order of elimination:
1st fall: Jensen pinned Kit Wilson (Pretty Deadly) at 11:30 after he & Briggs did the hi-lo on Wilson.
2nd fall: Cody Rhodes pinned Grayson Waller after CrossRhodes at 18:30. Suddenly, Smackdown is down 2.
3rd fall: Nick Aldis submitted Sami Zayn with the King's Treasure cloverleaf at 23:40.
4th fall: Raquel Rodriguez pinned Kairi Sane after the Tejana Bomb at 28:30.
5th fall: Dragunov pinned Elton Prince after Torpedo Moskau at 33:40. That means Aldis is left all by himself.
6th fall: Hayes pinned Jey Uso after Nothin' But Net at 38:45.
7th fall: Aldis pinned Hayes after a top rope elbow smash at 40:11.
8th fall: Valkyria pinned Rodriguez after countering the Tejana Bomb into a small package at 45:00.
9th fall: Aldis submitted Adam Pearce at 49:30 with the King's Treasure.
10th fall: Rhodes ended Smackdown's chances by pinning Aldis after the Cody Cutter at 51:55.
11th fall: Dragunov won it for NXT, pinning Rhodes after Torpedo Moskau at 58:33.
