From Greensboro, NC:

1. Malakai Black def. Cody Rhodes (Dynamite, 8/4) via Black Mass. Protracted squash, as Cody made Black look like a million bucks. Black got some cheers for winning.

2. Non-title: Adam Page def. Chavo Guerrero in 12:03 via Deadeye. Andrade El Idolo has the next match, and Chavo was the perfect patsy to get Page's confidence back up.

3. Pena Zero O M def. Andrade in 16:43 with the package piledriver. Precursor of things to come? No Chavo, as he was still selling his loss.

4. Violence Unlimited def. the Good Brothers & the Young Bucks in 23:51. Homicide pinned Matt Jackson after the Gringo Killa. I'll be Homicide and Chris Dickinson, the ROH tag team champions, vs. the Viking Raiders, at Schoolyard Scuffle on September 5 in Syracuse.

Indi Hartwell & Dexter Lumis arrive at the arena together "after their date". Dexter's in action next in a rematch vs. Johnny Gargano.

5. Lumis submitted Gargano with the Silence at 12:55. Better than their Tuesday match, and Lumis got the win back. No Candice LeRae, as she was banned from ringside.

Backstage, Candice is complaining to William Regal, who points out that she owes Indi "a mountain of apologies" for lying to Indi all these months, and that Candice & Johnny have been "pretend parents" for far too long. Meanwhile, in the arena, Austin Theory comes through the crowd, and drops Gargano with the ATO (TKO), so that might set something for another day.

Announcers Tony Schiavone and Taz discuss the passings of Jody "The Assassin" Hamilton (Tuesday), Bert Prentice/Christopher Love, and Bobby Eaton (Wednesday), and Taz brings up that former National champion Powerhouse Hobbs is on bereavement leave after the passing of his mom earlier this week. Hobbs vs. Theory is announced for next week.

Workers are placing 5 crates around ringside for MJF's gauntlet match, which is our main event.

6. WWE Raw women's title: Nikki ASH def. Zelina Vega in a crossover match in 3:10 with a rope assisted spinning neckbreaker (Ego Trip). Protracted squash #2.

7. TNT title: Miro def. Chuck Taylor via Mascha kick in 11:30.

MJF comes out for the gauntlet, and protests the fact that he has all 5 matches today. Stephanie McMahon comes out to the stage. MJF's arrogance is at an all time high, she says, but it's time to bring him down to earth. If MJF loses any of the matches, the gauntlet ends right there, and MJF won't get a UWA title shot of any kind for 1 year.

1st fall: MJF submitted Lee Johnson with Salt of The Earth (Fujiwara armbar) in 8:00.

The 2nd crate is lifted, and Max suddenly is cringing, as Kevin Owens is up next.

2nd fall: Owens ends the gauntlet, and the show, pinning MJF after a package piledriver at 12:51.

The other crates are raised, revealing Inner Circle members Sammy Guevara, Jake Hager, and Proud & Powerful, resulting in a 4-on-1 beatdown. Chris Jericho appears on the jumbotron, and reveals that next week, MJF will really have his hands full, as he gets the World's Largest Analyst, Paul Wight!!
