Taped prior to Smackdown. Taping date 9/30.

From Boston:

1. The Varsity Blondes (w/Julia Hart) def. Shawn Spears & Maxwell J. Friedman (w/Rev. Tully Blanchard) in 18:33 when Brian Pillman, Jr. pinned MJF after a missile dropkick off the top rope, his father's old finisher.

2. Nyla Rose def. Alisha Edwards with the Beast Bomb in 8:30. Edwards was still selling a beating from W. Morrissey on Impact. No Vickie Guerrero.

Backstage, Bianca Belair is scouting the competition. McKenzie Mitchell walks up, and informs Bianca that there will be 2 6-pack elimination matches the next two weeks to determine who faces Bianca at Full Moon Frenzy:

WWE Eliminator, 10/9: Mandy Rose vs. Becky Lynch vs. Io Shirai vs. Elektra Lopez vs. Mia Yim vs. NXT champion Raquel Gonzalez.

AEW Eliminator, 10/16: Nyla Rose vs. Thunder Rosa vs. Jade Cargill vs. Julia Hart vs. Ty Conti vs. Abadon.

3. Paul Wight def. Wardlow via KO in 3:55.

A video plays of Bearcat Wright, an African-American star of the 60's & 70's. The current Bearcat, Keith "Bearcat" Lee, narrates. After the video, Keith appears, and explains how WWE wants him to raise the intensity level, which would explain a subtle heel turn of late. His primary goal is regaining the UWA World title, now held by Drew McIntyre, who's chasing WWE champion Big E.

John Morrison promo. Upset that his wife, Franky Monet, was attacked by Toxic Attraction after losing her chance at the NXT women's title on Tuesday, he challenges Mandy Rose to find a male partner for next week.

4. Dante Chen debuted, and def. Andre Chase (formerly Harlem Bravado) in 5:30 with what can be described as a cross between a cradle DDT and Angel Garza's Wing Clipper.

5. Bron Breakker, the son of Rick Steiner (real name: Bronson Rechsteiner), def. Ace Austin in 11:30. Sawyer "Madman" Fulton, Austin's wingman, was ejected for leaving the coach's box. Breakker pinned Austin after the gorilla press into a powerslam.

6. NXT Cruiserweight title: Roderick Strong def. Kushida in what may be the latter's final NXT match, in 20:44. The rest of Diamond Mine was banned due to what happened on 9/21. Strong won the title outright with End of Heartbreak.

Malcolm Bivens is celebrating backstage, and promised to rub it into the faces of William Regal and the Founders. Bianca appears, and chooses Ivy Nile for her opponent......

7. Non-title: Rhea Ripley & Nikki A. S. H. def. Toxic Attraction in 11:34 when Ripley pinned Gigi Dolin (Priscilla Kelly) after Riptide. Mandy Rose was ejected for interference 5:00 in.

Charlotte Flair is out next with Stephanie McMahon, demanding that the gauntlet be terminated. She doesn't care who Stephanie puts in front of her, she'll win, and she wants Bianca for the UWA title, even though she's not in the 6-pack next week. She starts threatening Stephanie, and that's something you just don't do.......!

8. Doudrop (Piper Niven) def. Flair in a non-title rematch from Monday with the running crossbody block at 6:05. Niven was awarded Monday's match due to an illegal distraction from Eva Marie, and thus Charlotte's pin was changed to a DQ loss.

9. Non-title: Bianca Belair def. Ivy Nile in 2:55 with the KOD. Punishment squash for Ivy's illegal actions on 9/21. Backstage, Bivens is apopleptic, as he was again banned from ringside. He's lost his ringside privileges until further notice. Worse, Strong faces Drew McIntyre next week!

10. CM Punk & Bryan Danielson def. FTR in 11:50 when Punk tapped out Cash Wheeler with the Anaconda Vice (Silence).
