From Hartford:
1. ROH TV title: Samoa Joe submitted Brandon Cutler with the Coquina Clutch in 3:30. Cutler is back to being a JTTS.
2. Non-title: Ricky Starks & Big Bill Morrissey def. Sal the Pal & Gaggz the Gimp (w/Father James Mitchell) in 4:30. Morrissey was in the whole way, and pinned Gaggz with East River Crossing.
Post-match, Mitchell apologized for Max The Impaler attacking Morrissey's fiancee, Lexy Nair, last week at Full Moon Frenzy, a clear case of mistaken identity in the heat of the moment. Since Max wasn't there, Morrissey took it out on Mitchell with a chokeslam, followed by a spear from Starks.
3. Non-title: Mogul Embassy def. Trevor Murdoch, Mike Knox, & Tom Latimer in 16:30 when Brian Cage pinned Knox after the Drill Claw.
4. Paul Wight returned to action, and def. Kyle Fletcher via KO in 4:11. Not on par with some of Wight's best.
5. Dark Angel (Roxanne Perez) def. Jakara Jackson in 4:30 with Falling Darkness. Lash Legend was in the coach's box, but did exactly nothing.
Donning her reporter's cap, Stephanie McMahon goes over Meta-Four's homage/parody of Scooby-Doo with some of the actors from the franchise (i.e. Frank Welker, Matt Lillard) in a Skype chat. Welker points out the obvious, that the women got Daphne & Velma mixed up (Daphne's the taller of the two, as Lash is), and even Scooby himself would be embarrassed by Dar wearing a Scooby Halloween costume. Kate Micucci opined that none of the Meta-Four knew any of the catchphrases, except for a quick "Ruh-roh" from Dar in the final part of the skit.
Dar & Oro Mensah are in action next. That's the good news. The bad?
6. Tony D'Angelo & Stacks Lorenzo def. Dar & Mensah in 3:30 after a Bada-Boom (double team spinebuster) on Mensah.
Announced for next week:
Lola Vice challenges Asuka for the UWA women's title.
Isla Dawn & Alba Fyre get a 2nd crack at Chelsea Green & Piper Niven.
UWA World tag titles: The Creed Brothers vs. Pretty Deadly.
NXT title: Ilja Dragunov vs. Dijak vs. Baron Corbin in a triple threat elimination match.
7. The Acclaimed def. The Gunns in 17:30. Max Caster pinned Colton Gunn with the Mic Drop after Juice Robinson was ejected for interference.
8. The House of Black def. The LWO (Legado del Fantasma) in 13:51 (delayed from last week) when Malakai Black pinned Joaquin Wilde after Black Mass.
