As part of an explosive weekend of live action, Schoolyard Scuffle is the first UWA event with a morning start. The pre-show is at 10 am, with the live card starting at 11 am to allow AEW talent time to fly to Chicago for All Out later.

From Foxboro:

Pre-show:

Megan Morant reports that Judgment Day had to give back the WWE tag titles due to Rhea Ripley & Dominik Mysterio's illegal involvement in the Steel City Street Fight. Mysterio was fined "$10,000" for using the Money in the Bank briefcase as a weapon, which is forbidden in the UWA, so Finn Balor & Damian Priest were disqualified. Rematch today.

Also, the 6 woman tag from Collision will be run back today. If the Outcasts use the spray paint again, it's an automatic disqualification, and they go back on the suspended list.

Pre-show match 1: Kris Statlander, Hikaru Shida, & Dr. Britt Baker def. the Outcasts in a rematch from Collision in 11:05. The spray paint was confiscated from every possible hiding place, making Saraya very upset. Statlander pinned Ruby Soho with Night Fever.

Pre-show match 2: Quincy Elliott vs. Javier Bernal went to a no contest when Schism hit the ring and attacked both men at 3:11. Security tried to stop the assault, but it wasn't until the Founders came out to the stage that it finally ended. Jack Hunter had Schism removed from the premises, extending Joe Gacy's suspension to January, while the Dyad are now out until October 31.

Main show:

The remaining talent paid tribute one final time to Terry Funk & WIndham Rotunda (Bray Wyatt) with a 10 bell salute.

1. UWA World tag titles: The Creed Brothers def. Indus Sher in 11:50. Jinder Mahal, standing in for Sanga, was pinned after a sliding lariat from Julius.

2. AEW tag titles: Maxwell J. Friedman & Adam Cole def. The Gunns in 13:30. Friedman pinned Austin after a double lariat.

3. UWA women's title: Asuka submitted Zoey Stark with the Asuka-lock in 13:45.

4. #1 contender's match for the UWA title, winner faces the Keith Lee-Dijak winner on September 16: Shinsuke Nakamura def. Jey Uso, Juice Robinson, & Josh Alexander in a total time of 23:55. Alexander & Robinson were counted out at 17:30 when they brawled to the back. Nakamura pinned Uso after Kinshasa.

5. NXT women's title: Tiffany Stratton def. Dana Brooke in 11:30 with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever.

6. Champion vs. Champion: Carmelo Hayes def. Dominik Mysterio in 22;10 with Nothin' But Net (top rope legdrop). No Judgment Day.

7. WWE tag titles: Damian Priest & Finn Balor def. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens to win the titles outright at 21:50. Priest pinned Zayn after South of Heaven.

8. UWA women's tag titles: Katana Chance & Kayden Carter def. Chelsea Green & Piper Niven in 11:10. Green was pinned after the Afterparty as the champs got one back from the WWE champions after a squash on a recent Raw.

9. UWA World title: Keith Lee def. Dijak in 16:05 with Supernova. It'll be Lee vs. Nakamura in 2 weeks. Meanwhile, it was revealed that Dijak will defend the National title next week on Champions Challenge in a fatal 4-way vs. Eddy Thorpe, Matt Cardona, & Trevor Murdoch.

Also on September 9:

NXT Champions vs. Challengers: Hayes, Stratton, Mysterio, Tony D'Angelo & Channing Lorenzo vs. Ilja Dragunov, Mustafa Ali, Gallus (represented by Joe & Mark Coffey), and a woman to be determined. Assuming Stratton retains vs. Kiana James on 9/5, James or Becky Lynch could fill out the team.

Rhea Ripley defends the WWE women's world title vs. an opponent to be named.
