ECW ARENA: Identify this guy in the front row

Who is the guy who is in the front row of what seems like every show (or TV
tapings at least) at the ECW arena. He has the farmer hat on and gets razzed
by the wrestlers -he always looks spastic and a little odd. I know its a stupid
question but it was bugging me.

I've heard they call him "Lithgow" because of his striking resemblence
to John Lithgow (great actor, BTW). And I've also heard that the blonde guy
who always wears sunglasses and sits next to him is his father. And
apparently hes good friends with more than a few wrestlers. Thats all I
know about the guy.

thanks for all the repsonses guys....I just laugh 'cause I always see him on tv
and he is verbally abusing the heels and they get in his face back. Its quite
