italian background befriended me. A friendship ensued. Over the years
he has moved several times and always has the same phone number yet
claims no cellphone and i suspect he has a 500 or 700 number. Whenever
i have changed my phone number he is obviously disturbed even when i
have not told him that the number is changed,as if some indicator
thatan unfamiliar number is coming in even with a privacy block. He
will always keep the conversation short and tell me to call back after
a certain time and usually wants to know the carrier. Then when i call
back it is as if he is asked prepared questions.

with a batshit insane friend.
Here's a free clue: The subset of the population of this planet
generally defined as "sane" just don't see goblins hiding in every
shadow, nor feed their bizarre delusions with all sorts of
conspiracy theories when they perceive an anomaly. And the subset of
the population of this planet with an IQ somewhere above "garden
slug" are smart enough to just go and ask their batshit insane
friends how they keep the same telephone number when they move.
Or are you and your "friend" up to something that precludes the
possibility of actually knowing who your "friend" is at all? Are
you perchance of the pedofuck persuasion? Another self serving
"advocate" like YawnTurd and his now defunct and/or incarcerated
scumbag "friends"?
In any case whack job, there's all sorts of ways to obtain a
permanent phone number or keep the one you have when you move. It's
not a mystery how someone might accomplish it, or why they'd find it
convenient to do so.
