According to an article found in a goolge search:

Jason Lucas is real and based somewhere Florida, US. Alex Shamash is
somewhere in the United Kingdom. They have many domains that redirect
themselves to lop.com. The whois databases show 2 main PO box's in Florida:
1. P.O. Box 330 Shalimar FL 32579-0330
2. P.O. Box 344 Shalimar, FL 32579-0344
Infact Blackstonedata.com that is now a parked doamin that was part of the
Transponder/VX2 spyware, is registered to a under a new name using address
#1.
I was able to go even deeper in my research searching the Florida State
Corporations database at: http://www.sunbiz.org/corpweb/inquiry/corinam.html
and found some good insight into Lop.com/ C2 Media Ltd.

Maybe by calling attention of this information(better snooping than the
CIA/FBI combined), to the Florida State Attorney General's Office and
maybe even the FBI would like the information(or already have it)...but then
again, it took a few emails to the FBI to remove the individual selling
Hackware on EBay...Lop could actually be a subversive software that
de-centralizes and passes terrorist message as a back door(paranoid, maybe)
much the same as P2P passes suspected copyrited files. and The Shalimar area
should set off alarm bells somewhere(connection, maybe??)...
