Quicksilver Problem / Frog Stats Problem?

The new 'pubring.mix' document appears corrupt. The
values below should be greater than 0 AND equal.

The document has been marked so you can't accidentally
save it.

I looked at the pubring.mix file and could not spot the problem. Are
30 & 31 line numbers?
I'm using Quicksilver 9b14.

It might be your download which was not succesful

it is more serious and you should try from another mirror
(or from Frog's Home, but I don't push it)

Not line numbers. It is telling you, there are 31 begin key lines, 31
end key lines and 30 mix key description lines. Each key mixmaster key
looks like this:
