reduce klen1000 to say, 64 kb or max 128 kb ...

I should be more specific & selective ...

from my perspective,
remailer flooding is SPAM, even it's not as definition say ...

when I'm SPAMed, I'm flooded, specially with these 40 kb messages that are
promoting multilevel marketing get rich philosophy ...

<http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/hypertext/faq/usenet/net-abuse-faq/email-abuse/faq.html>
for 'our' definition of spam.

I believe anything under 20 identical messages or cross-posts to 20
newsgroups is *not* spam. Size has nothing to do with it.

Actually, such an animal could be useful if fast and/or reliable and
it hangs around for long enough.
