Can someone give me Frogadmin's address
I have been regularly using Frog's stats.
I'd like to thank him for the same. But
sometimes (like 13th April 2003 - morning) I
find his stats *may* be wrong. There are
very few remailers out there with 100%
throughput
This may be because many remailers are
down, or may be because frog's pinging is
not working

I understand that Frog is doing a voluntary
service and he will have his own resource
limitations, machine downtime, bandwidth
etc. etc.
So this is just to call for his attention
and not to critisize
********
I'd like to bring such cases to his
attention, so that he can check. Hence this
request for frogadmin's address

Sending pings, receiving pings and uploading stats are asynchronous processes.
- -Pings are sent every 2 hours (12 pings/day)
- -Pings are received and stats refreshed as they come
- -Stats are there natively (home) uploaded every 30 minutes (Nerim) or 60 minutes (Chez)
In the case of a remailer with a 10 minutes response time,
there will be a 10 minutes window where the last ping won't be received
- --> reliability will be 99.1%
(1 ping missing out of 12 days * 12 pings/day)
This '99.1%' may be uploaded and stay for 1 hour (Chez)
OR Decrease your reliability requirement to 99%
OR Choose the fastest site
