Two questions :

1) Where can I find the best and actual informations for creating a
nym email address ?

2) I created two days ago a nym new email address with nym.mixmin.net
but I receive no reply for confirmation : how many days for waiting ?

Not that long unless you have an enormously complicated reply-block with
lots of hops. For a standard reply-block with one remailer it should be
no more than a few hours.

It's possible this doesn't relate to your nym, but I'm guessing somebody
is waiting for a confirmation and isn't going to get one.

The gateway mail...@ecn.org has been dead for a long long time. Try
mail...@dizum.com or mail...@m2n.mixmin.net instead. Other than
that, the nym, (that may or may not be yours) looks fine. :)

There is a tutorial in here:

The example puts the sent nym mail to alt.anonymous.messages but you
can redo the reply block to go to your email address if desired.
