Help.
I received this message from my nym server:
=======================
You have sent sent or received enough mail in one day to exceed the
maximum daily limit. Your alias account <mya...@nymph.paranoici.org>
has therefore been disabled.

Please check to make sure this isn't a configuration error or a loop
in your reply block. To reenable your mail alias account, you must
send the following commands, PGP signed and encrypted, to
<con...@nymph.paranoici.org>:

Config:
From: myalias
Nym-Command: -disable
=======================
Well, I went to Mailer tab and I composed a message like this

Anon From: mya...@nymph.paranoici.org

I sent it and I received this answer
(it seems that my message did not work):

I've been using nyms for decades and I've never run into this problem.
Either you're being mailbombed or you have a problem with your reply block.

It appears that you're trying to use a disabled nym account to send an email
message to Paranoici's Config: address. That is why your attempt to fix this
has failed.

There are a few different ways to go here:

1) Setup another nym and use that to send to the Config: address

2) Use a remailer (e.g.Dizum, or Frell) to send to the Config: address.

It doesn't matter /how/ the signed configuration message reaches the
nymserver, all that matters is that it gets there. If the signature is valid,
the message will be acted-upon, regardless of how it gets there.

Open the Nym Configurator
Select your nym account
Check the 'Disable' box on the right
Click 'Modify'
Close the Nym Configurator
Select 'Modify the selected nym account'
Click 'Send Msg'
Wait for the config reply and confirm it
Don't forget to finally uncheck your nym's 'Disable' box

Much easier:

Leave the nym account's 'Disable' box unchecked !!!
Send a 'Modify the selected nym account' configuration message.
Wait for the config reply and confirm it.

Sorry!

It worked very well for two years.
I had to send about 40 mail in the same day and after this it was
disabled.

I did this and now I wait for the answer.
