Why little Chuckums ends up in prison

Patents don't want to be parents. So they stick Chuckums in front of the Xbox so he can threaten to kill someone 3 states away when Mario does not jump the way he wanted to. Chuckums gets bored with that, so he goes out and learns to become a "badass". But he is not such a badass when the all muscle 3 murder conviction inmate is holding him high in the air against the wall like a rag doll, which happened more than a few times on "Scared Straight". Now Chuckums either straightens up and flies right, or he ends up back in his old ways, in large part because of his derelict parents, and goes to prison for real and ends up dealing with a far worse situation than being called a sissy and tossed around like a rag doll.

Of course there is CPS that micromanages what parents can do when disciplining their kids, but somehow misses the home where the kids are made to live in locked dog cages and slowly starved to death.
