Moving back to Glendale actually this spring. Probably have to go with whoever the cable company is, but thought it worth a shot. Was sad to see that Deru is gone. My email there was ru...@deru.com, so at least I was the first Russ they had.
Plus more interested in seeing if anyone is still here. :-)

I'm still here, but I started out in Idaho and moved to PA, and was part
of the migration to panix.com.

But I keep this in my groups just in case.

Google is planning to deploy Google Fiber in a Phoenix-area city
sometime in the next couple of years. The current finalists are
Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. If you end up in a neighborhood served
by Google Fiber, you can get a gigabit for $70 a month, or for $120 a
month you get a gigabit plus 150 TV channels[1]. Or for a one time
flat fee of $300 (payable in 12 monthly installments of $25), you can
get 7 years of *FREE* Internet service at 5 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up.

1: Supposedly, no HBO Go or AMC available on Google's TV service at
this point.

The gigabit services come with a terabyte of Gmail/Google Drive/G+
Photos storage, and the TV service includes a Nexus 7 tablet.
