Who should be responsible for the abuse of invisible wave weapon & Mind
Control Equipments?

According to the report of "New world order & ELF psychotronic tyranny"
(as published in the Youth Action Newsletter on December '94), US has
purchased large amount of the so called nonlethal weapon (psychotronic
weapon) and mind control device from Russia. (see enclosed excerpt of the
article --attachment)

The 3\1\93 issue of Time Magazine reported: "American and Russians are
discovering common interest...MIND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY.

The Jan. 11-17, 1993 issue of DEFENSE NEWS reported that U.S. political and
military officials are obtaining Soviet mind-control technology. The Soviet
KGB "capability, demonstrated in a series of laboratory experiments dating
back to the mid-1970's, could be used to suppress riots, CONTROL DISSIDENTS,
demoralize or disable opposing forces and enhance the performance of friendly
special operations teams, sources say."

The 4\94 SCIENTIFIC AMERICAN reported that Janet E. Morris and her husband
Christopher C. Morris "have been involved in promoting a psycho-correction'
technology, developed by a Russian scientist, that is INTENDED TO INFLUENCE
BY MEANS OF SUBLIMINAL MESS

AGES EMBEDDED IN SOUND OR VISUAL IMAGES." In 1993, "the Morrises organized a
meeting in which the technology was demonstrated for U.S. scientists and
officials by its Russian inventor." (Infrasound mind machine--Alan Yu note)

Defense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992, Janet Morris stated that
she and the Richmond, Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation
"have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials about the Russian
capabilities, which Morris said could include hand-held devices for
purposes of special operations, crowd control and anti-personal actions."

Morris reported that this particular weapon (Infrasound mind machine--Alan Yu
note) creates "BONE-CONDUCTING SOUND WAVES that cannot be offset by protective
gear These devices appear to work at the Very Low Frequency (VLF)
spectrum, the same frequency range as generated by the sinister U.S.
Gwen (Ground Wave Emergency Network) system of transmitters.

DEFENSE ELECTRONICS reported that a Richmond, Virginia firm, Psychotechnologies
(believed to be closely tied to the CIA and the FBI) has purchased the
American rights to the Soviet mind-control devices.

After reading the above excerpt, some of the readers might like to
know what are "mind control devices" and the invisible wave (sound or
radiation wave) weapon (so called "nonlethal weapons) used for?

In order to understand what it is really used for, one must review a
little bit of history.

The U.S. began to research mindcontrol technologies after the Korea War
(1950s) in which American POW were brainwashed by the enemies. Since
the US was trying to catch up with mindcontrol technologies of the Soviet
Union (at 1950s), much of the technologies researched and developed by
the US were imitation of Russian mindcontrol technologies.

The Russian mindcontrol technologies were developed during the Stalin
era in which the Soviets (the former Communist Russia) tried to manage
the people as any other material objects. Therefore, the mindcontrol
technologies under development at the time were basically done for the
sole purpose of managing people and controlling them. Therefore, in a sense,
when the US researched into these technologies, the evil philosophies of
materialism and atheism of the Soviet Union was inherited by the US (for the
final goal of mindcontrol technologies has always been to manage the
people like objects).

With the purchase of the Infrasound mind machine technologies as reported in
"New World Order & ELF Psychotronic Tyranny" by C. B. Banker and the UK
intelligence magazine -"Lobster", it is evident that the US is still acquiring
these evil technologies developed in Red Russia. The end result is the
acquiring of Stalin's' philosophies of materialism and atheism, etc. by
the United States Mind Control Organization.

Also, with the development of the invisible wave weapon the mind control
(machine) group can use these weapons injunction with the mind control
technologies to torture the victim's body in order to force the targeted
person to surrender. Therefore, it can be concluded that the today's
users of the mind control equipments with nonlethal weapons are
practitioners of the Stalinism. However, these people do not allocate
wealth or distribute materials. Instead, they can allocate (determine)
human lives (by deciding whether to kill the victim or not), manipulate
(change) human health (by using the chronal gun to injure unawared people
and induce heart disease, liver disease,etc.without people knowing), invade
privacy of individuals and change their will or thoughts. Since the US
had purchase the advance mind control equipments developed in Russia, it
has guaranteed that the most advanced mindcontrol technologies would be
in the hands of the US mind control group.

According to report, there are four most effective weapons in the mind
machine operators' hands to torture the people (whom the mind machine
operators dislike) in order to change the victims' will. Such kind

FATE MAGAZINE also reported on a fall, 1991 article by Emil Fedorovich
Bachurin, that was published in two issues of the MOLODAYA GVARDIA MAGAZINE:
"The information demonstrates the kinds of weapons that fall under the
heading of 'psychotronic weapons'."

Bachurin described the psychotronic devices as "dreadful." A human being
becomes a silent cog in a hellish machine of all-devouring fear. AN
INDIVIDUAL'S BRAIN CAN BE SUPPRESSED, ACTIVITIES CURTAINED, and such an
individual WILL SUBMIT TO ANY WISH OF THE OPERATOR. ...Bachurin list
several types of 'psi-oruzhiye':

"The first, most effective, well known, destructive type, tortures
the victim and then kills him. It is based on INFRASONIC " (very similar
to the so-called "non lethal" psychotronic devices now being pushed by
the Justice Department)--"7 hertz ELF in frequency. The human brain and
peripheral nervous system cannot withstand such directed radiation.
...The secret of putting it to proper use is finding the right
screening emitter..."

"Application of directed, high power microwave and ultrasound waves is
the principle between the second type of psi-weapons. Although these are two
separate concepts, each one affects the nervous system equally effectively:
humans lose sleep. Insomnia wrecks a human being and such weapons can be
made portable."

"The third type of psi-oruzhiye involves several systems:
chronal emitters, chronal guns, pyramid sets, and some cavity structures.
The destructive effect here is achieved by creation of chronal beams,
consisting of tiny particles--chronos, or time carriers. Such beams are
ALL-PENETRATING, and their velocity allows the beams to disperse in space
instantaneously."

"After a volley from a chronal gun, the human aura is torn to pieces, and
the victim's bioenergy defense is gone. Should the energy circle
around an individual's head (halo or nimbus) be hit, the mental abilities of
the targeted person will be affected. Such weapon's do not kill, but do
maim the psyche. Prolonged exposure to bullets from such weapons systems can
affect the urinary system, sexual organs, the cranial brain, and the spinal
cord. Leukemia and malignant brain tumors are the result."

"The fourth type, and by far the most dangerous for human targets,...is
the psi-generator. It is also known as a psi-amplifier, and psi-data unit.
And generators they truly are. What is being generated is electromagnetic
radiation that conforms to brain frequencies" (such as the 10 hertz ELF
signals generated by the Russian Woodpecker system of Tesla Magnifying
Transmitters). "Such radiation, when directed at the target, can be used
to suggest and transmit anything, any feeling--love, hate, euphoria, anger,
anguish, and suicidal thoughts. The psi-generators can be used for
remote transmission." "Creators of such generators designed to shield
the operator's brain. If hit directly, the victim loses his will power,
and should the person be excited or think intensely about something at
the time of the attack, the victims suffer cerebral thrombosis."

On May 24, 1993, the " Aviation week & Space Technology reported:

Acoustic beam weapon: high power low frequency weapon,
acoustic bullets- high frequency weapon. One concept uses 1-2 -meter
antenna dishes to from the beams into acoustic bullets that can produce
incremental effects ranging from discomfort to death.

In the journal of "The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists" reported on
September/October 1994 issue: High frequency acoustic bullets used
against people would induce blunt-object trauma similar to the result of
being hit by a baseball. According to John Alexander of Los Alamos
National Laboratories, proof of principle has been established; we can
make relatively compact acoustic weapon.

The acoustic bullets can be used at high frequency to harm the organs
of the victim. Emits high intensity wave onto the victims' bodies and
inflicts extremely painful sensation. The high power low frequency
acoustic beam are mostly use to cause damage to the victims' internal
organs such as hearts, kidneys, etc.

Beside the weapons mentioned above, there is also microwave weapons which
can be used to murder individuals and still make the death to appear as
if it was of natural causes.

In 1960s Dr. Frey reported that he can use the microwaves beaming pulse
rate to synchronize with the beat of frog hearts.

Using this technique, he could speed up, slow down, or stop isolate frog
hearts. Several test in living frog, he had gotten the same results.
In the 1985 book, "The Body Electric", Dr. Robert Becker deduced that "this
kind of experiment shows that a designed radiation waves can penetrate
human chest and make the feasible heart attack".

According to above information, those people whom the mind machine
operators "dislike", will be harm with microwave weapons, ultrasound or
infrasound weapons (acoustic bullets or chronal gun bullets, acoustic
beam ), or ELF. The condition which these victims live in can only be
described as extremely dangerous and potentially lethal.

These type of actions are definitely illegal. However, since these
operators use the so called "nonlethal weapon" which utilizes acoustic
or radiation wave (which are invisible, noise-less, leaving no external
injuries evidence on human body, and requires no physical contract), so
there is no trace of any evidence of these atrocious crimes. Without
any evidences to prove the crimes committed and without law to regulate
their illegal actions, the mind machine operators cannot be held accountable.

Now I would like to mention some cases to prove what I said is true.

Many cases of intimidation and torture had been reported by Jullianne
Mckinney (a member of Association of National Security Alumni, a organization
form by current and former US intelligence agents working to stop the use of
covert operation) in the article of "Microwaves Harassment & Mind-control
Experimentation" published in December 1992.
It is as below:

One individual (driven to extremes of stress by ongoing electronic
harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort to
protect her from further pain.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an employee
of a local power company that , if she value the lives of her children, she
would drop the her opposition to the company's installation of high power
lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual 11-year-old daughter
has been reduced to extremes of pain, resulting in her recurrent
hospitalization for treatment of illness which cannot be diagnosed. It's
now also apparent to this individual that her three-year-old son is on
the receiving end of externally induced auditory input.

If the Department of Energy really is involved in above case, then the
following is being shown: It proves that few Departments of government
indeed use this EMR mind machine or at least use the nonlethal weapon.

The above information also proved that no where is safe when you live
under the nonlethal weapon system which is used in conjunction with the
mind control equipment and surveillance system. So even the children
of the victims family (as mentioned earlier) cannot escape being
tortured or harassed even the children are staying at their homes or
going to school or staying at the hospital. The children cannot avoided
being hurt because of the remote controlled nonlethal weapons (or direct
energy weapon).

The average parents can do nothing to help their children because
these parents have no knowledge about these so called nonlethal
weapons. These parents might not be even able to find out where the
radiation or acoustic waves were emitted from because these waves are
invisible & noise-less. One mother ended up killing her own daughter in
order to prevent her from suffering from further pains.

This kind situation only prove that the mind control and nonlethal weapon
surveillance system have already been established & network through
whole nation. Without such kind surveillance system, the operators
cannot locate a target in a private home or in the public hospital.

Also the invisible Infrasound, acoustic beam (bullets) or microwaves weapon
can be remotely control. Therefore, the emitters of these equipments
can be used to emit "waves" to hurt anyone at any place.

So, the powers in the hands of the mind control group are indeed
unlimited and unauthorized.

Especially since the Justice Department encourage the local law
enforcement to use such kind Mind machine & Nonlethal weapon (See report at
below). Right now, our US civilians are facing the most dangerous situation
than they have ever before.

have agreed to share state-of-the-art military technology with civilian law
enforcement agencies, including exotic 'non-lethal' weapons."

In March, 1993, the National Institute of Justice [NIJ]--(an office of
Janet Reno's Justice Department), issued a report titled: "NIJ Initiative On
Less-Than-Lethal Weapons." The Department is now encouraging local and
state police organizations to utilize Soviet-KGB psychotronic, electromagnetic
and mind control weapons against their local citizenry. Targets for these KGB
weapons include "domestic disturbances" meaning that mind-control devices are
even to be utilized against family arguments.

The reports stated: "Short-term research will be completed TO ADOPT
MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES TO USE BY DOMESTIC LAW ENFORCEMENT...including
LASER, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC" WEAPONS.

Since the local enforcement have used the mind control machine and equipment
on our citizens, We need to create the law to regulate these kind Nonlethal
weapon immediately. Also before the Congress passes the law & it can be
signed by the President, the health of any US civilian which suddenly
deteriorate due to unknown reasons, should be considered as being
possibly attacked by such kind weapon from the corrupted officers.

Why? Except the chemical weapon, these kind of nonlethal weapon
include the infrasound, ultrasound, acoustic beam, acoustic bullets,
chronal gun bullets which are all used the invisible, noise-less sound
waves or air-pressure to hurt or torture the victims without external injuries
evidence.

These victims are all of the law abiding citizens because if these
victims were criminals, then these people could be arrested and these people's
actions could legally limited under law. So, they could not freely oppose
the interests of mind machine operators.

Only the law abiding citizen (who can move freely and infringe on the
interests of the mind control group) would be harassed by these mind machine
operators. This is because there is not a legal method to prevent the
law abiding citizens from interfere with the plans of these operators.
So, the operators would use the invisible wave weapons and the mind
machines to torture and force these law abiding citizens following
the operators' will and to do what the operators wish.

So when these unsuspecting victims are attacked by these invisible waves,
the victims might suffer extreme pain and internal injuries without
seeing anything which was the cause of the pain or injury.

Especially, some victims have no knowledge about these invisible
weapon, so these victims can only complain of "being zapped by waves".

However, only the part of government officers hold the invisible wave
(nonlethal) weapon so far. So the smoking gun (criminal evidence) should
be in the pocket of some corrupted officers if any victim find out
he/she is attacked by these kind invisible waves of nonlethal weapon.

Many civilian scientists and human rights activists are extremely concern
over the transfer of nonlethal weapons to the local law enforcement and
the use of these weapons. On September/October 1994, a article of the
Bulletin of Atomic Scientists especially concern the abuse of nonlethal
weapon.
It States: "The use of such kind of nonlethal weapon for law enforcement
might constitute severe bodily punishment without due process."

What's worse, when some victims come forward and bring their cases to
the authority, these victims are treated as "mental problem person," and
then their case are dismissed when these victims report that they are
suffering from the abuse of "nonlethal" weapons ("hearing microwave
voices" and/or "zapped by waves") -- according to the December 1992 report
of "Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation" by Jullianne
Mckinney.

Now, let investigate if human beings can hear and understand the audiogram
(spoken voices) generated by the microwave voices.

The current microwave voices device had been reported by C. B. Banker in the

in the Oct-Nov., 94 NEXUS MAGAZINE: "Directed-energy weapons currently being
deployed include, for example, a micro-wave weapon ( Microwave voices device

process known as 'Voice Synthesis' which is REMOTE BEAMING OF AUDIO
(i.e., VOICES OR OTHER AUDIBLE SIGNALS) DIRECTLY INTO THE BRAIN OF ANY
SELECTED HUMAN TARGET. This process is also known within the U.S. Government
as "Synthetic Telepathy". This psychotronic weapon was demonstrated by
Dr. Dave Morgan at the November, 1993 Non-Lethal weapons conference.

1973, serving as a test subject himself, Dr. Sharp of the Walter Reed
Army Institute of research, had proven that he heard and understood the
spoken words beam into his brain in a echofree chamber via a
pulsed-microwave audiogram.
In his 1985 book Dr. Becker had deduced that such kind "Microwave
voices" device could be designed to drive a unsuspecting victim mad.

The reaction of authority (to treat the victims of "nonlethal" weapons
as mental problem persons) should be considered as a conspiracy to
cover-up illegal criminal actions especially if the authorities continue
to take the same position after the society have been properly educated
about the "microwave voice" technologies and the how nonlethal weapons
can be abused.

Also, if these civilians (hearing voices and/or zapped by waves) are
proven to be victims of nonlethal weapon, then US federal Government is
responsible to punish those corrupted officers who are criminals & pay
the medical bill to the victims for their medical treatment and recovery.

If the health of these victims can not recover because the injuries
caused by the invisible wave (sound or radiation wave) weapon then US
federal government must take care the living expense of these victims.

The reason for the liability of the government is: There have been
no law enacted to regulate the use of these dangerous invisible waves' "
non-lethal" weapons. Yet, these weapons have been transferred to local
authorities and departments. Any abuse of these weapons should be
considered as a negligence on the part of the government. The danger
of this weapon is clearly known by the government. Furthermore, the
government does can prevent the possible abuse by making regulations in
advance. Yet, the government has not maken provision to prevent the
abuse of these "non-lethal" weapons on civilians. Therefore, this is
obviously negligence and oversight on the part of the U.S. federal
government and the Justice Department.

To avoid the invisible wave weapons from being further abuse, We believe
that our Government should cooperate with the Congress & civilian scientists
to create the proper law immediately to regulate these invisible wave
(sound or radiation wave) weapon which are noise-less, using invisible
wave, and without external injuries evidence.

The Reality Of Current Mind Control In The Society

Since the mind control of US learn from the Red Russia in 1950s,
such kind technologies and the theory of mind control are inherited
from Stalin style's Communism.

Although the operators of mind machines (members of mind control
organization) have the same belief in materialism and Atheism as the
Communists, but the actions of these operators are more like the SS (Nazi
Secret Police).
Why?

This is because these operators of mind machines work under-cover even
though some of them are also intelligence agents or police officers ( See
detail information later).

The don't want anyone to identify their real identities because of their
mind control job are crime under law. The operators of mind machine
treat themselves as a special privilege class of the society. They
believe that they are above the U.S. Constitutions and can commit all
sort of crimes. They believe that the mind control organization have
gotten the permetion or agreement from all club countries (in 1970s) to
do everything what they want.

So, they believe that they have the previlege to read anyone's thoughts,
manipulate people's healths & lives, and sometime een get rid of people
who are awared of the operators' actions or interfere with the operators'
interests.

Almost the governments' officers of the mind control (organization) club
countries won't touch such kind cases which involve the mind control
(machine). That's because the mind control group cooperate with other
country as a international organization and there is a big brother to direct
them. So their activities are all in deep covert in order to violate
current law then carry out their mind control job. That's because no any
law or counstitution can regulate them when they are carryong out the mind
control mission.

Some countries' mind control organization not only work to protect their
national securities, but it also have become the tool to eliminate
dissidents and the political opponents of people in power. In order to
avoid security leaks, these mind control organizations all over the
world also network and work together to eliminate mind control victims
who have tried to fleed to another country.

If the cover of mind control organization is blown in one country, it
might trigger a domino effect. This is why the operators of mind machine
would assist the torture of mind control victims immigrated from another
country and would not question why it is done. Although some of these
persecutions are triggered by personal vendetta, it does not matter.
This means the operators of mind machine have absolute power to do
anything they want even getting rid of these people if the operators so
desired. This unchecked power easily corrupt the operators and they
began to believe that they are the master of the people.

In the international society, the countries with mind control
organization would only follow the agreements to cooperate with other
countries in order to keep the mind (machine) control as secrets.
This is because the mind control operations are absolutely illegal and
violate the constitutions of any free country.

Any organization would become corrupt especially those which control
great powers. Since the mind control organization control huge amount of
powers, its corruption has proceeded even faster.

This is because this secret organization control too much unchecked power
and the actions of the organization have violated the laws when this
organization was orginally formed.

As this organization becomes more corrupted, it not only read the
thoughts of people, but it also would eliminate its political opponents
and dissidents to expand their power.

In order for to do this, these operators would use nonlethal weapons to
manipulate people's healths and lives.
How?

The operators would use chronal guns, acoustic bullets to cause internal
injuries to unsuspecting victims.

Besides inducing the serious illness, they can also cause small damnge to
torment the victim in a short time, such as using the chronal gun to
strike on the victim's leg to cause muscle spasms that temporarily
disable the ability to walk.

They also can use the mind machine in conjuction with the chronal gun to
induce artifitial sex dreams to victims then use the chronal gun strike
on the control center of brain to make the victim ejaculation.
I would like to show you this kind information below.

In 1953, Dr. John Lilly, a research scientist working at NIH, was
studying the brains. His goal was to find the region of the brain that
control each body function. From the use of ecltro-stimulation, he
discovered the precise center of monkey's brain which controls pain,
fear, anxiety, and anger. He was also able to locate the part of the
brain that controlled the erection, ejaculation, and orgasm in male monkey.

The C.I.A. learned of these experiments and approached Dr. Lilly.
Dr. Lilly cooperated with the C.I.A. for a short period of time before
dissolving the partnership. He can't tolerate the possiblity that the
C.I.A. might use his work to develop electronics to remotely control
human beings through the use of strategically implanted electrodes in the
brain

At same time, Dr. Stephen Aldrich, working in the Offiice of Research
Development of C.I.A., picked up the work began by Dr. Lilly. His group
made many breathroughs. These breakthroughs allowed them to remotely
control the movement of their subjects through the use of electrodes
implanted in the brain of animals (and probably men).

In 1961, they were able to report that "We now have production

Some of these case occured because some of these victims are awared of

Why The Mind Machine Operators Want To Harass Some People?

From the report of "Microwaves Harrassment & Mind Control
Experimentation" (December 1992 Julianne Mckianny), we know that the
machine operators harras a lot of people (victims).
However, What is the reason that the machine operators want to harrass
these people?
There are different reasons, however, these victims most are the
opponents of the mind control organization' interests. Furthermore,
these opponents are also law abiding citizens. This is the only reason
that these people must be harassed by the nonlethal weapon of machine

Why? To suppress these law abiding citizens who oppose the interests of

Some people might ask that why the operators don't just get rid of these
people directly?

from others in the society, the mind control organization built the
harrassed way to destroy these victims from the mental situation to the
phyical situation. It means they try to destroy the victims' mind and body.

shows us the foolowing: It only proves that few Departments of goverment
indeed use this EMR mind machine or at least use the invisible waves
(microwaves and acoustic bullets, infrasound, chronal gun etc.) weapon.

In the first case, I believe the victim also receive " microwave
voices" for black-mail. However, this victim was obviously disagree with
the nonlethal weapon abuser, so her children were also tortured by the
nonlethal weapon abuser. Also this victim should know the nonlethal weapon
abuser would continue to torture her children. Why?
It's obvious that the victim received the "microwave voices" from the
nonlethal weapon abuser for warning. Therefor, this victim killed her
one kid in an effort to protect her for further pain.

In the second case, the victimized family were not harassed with microwave
voicesmessages. You might ask what's the real reason? In my opinion, these
victims were not tortured because they were considered "under controlled".
However, if one of the member of this family's action might infringe on
the interest of the mind machine group, the mind machine group would
then use invisible waves weapons (microwaves, infrasound or
ultrasound-acoustic bullets) to hurt these victims' children, and then
blackmail them openly (calling these victims on phone).

The above cases prove that the EMR (or Infrasound) mind machine operators'
attitude have been worse than the felon.

The above information (two cases) also proves that no place is safe when you
live under the EMR mind machine in conjuction with the nonlethal weapon and
the survilliance system. So, even the children of the above victims
families were in the security of their own home or staying at hospitals,
these children still cannot avoid of being attacked and hurt by the

These parents can do nothing to help their children or protect from
pains. This kind situation only proves that the EMR mind machine

Manipulating people's health and lives is the current goal of the
mind control organization

The final goal of the mind control organization is to control people's
behaviors through (EMR or Infrasound) mind machine to change (not only

current goal is to control the health conditions and the lives of
everyone in the society.

Why they try to control people's health condition and lives?

these victims without victims' knowing, day by days, these actions will

In the case of people who could interfere with the operators' interest or
accidentally anger the operators, the operators would use all of the mind

microwave voices, and the conspirators used the microwave voices to
threaten and warn the victim of the consequence if their demands were not
met. It is obvious the victim did not comply with the demand. This is
why her children were hurt by the nonlethal weapons abusers. I will
deduce they use the so called nonlethal weapon (such as acoustic
bullets, chronal gun bullets) to torture the mother first, after they
cannot force the mother to follow their order then they star to torture
the children and make them uncomfortable.
Unable to protect her children from the suffering, this victim killed
one of her child in an effort to protect her from further pains ( That's
because the mother should also be attacked by the nonlethal weapon (acoustic
bullets). since the mother knows it's really uncomfortable so she rather
kill the kid to protect her from further pain. After not being able to force
the victim to comply with the conspirator's demands, I believe that the
non-lethal weapons abusers had made the decision either to drive this
victim mad or weak the victim's body.
Under such kind situation, these victims cannot work. Then these victims
will be isolated in the society and can not afford their living expenses.

I would like to show you another evidence from the report of

How does the mind machine operators manipulate people's health & lives?

Some readers ask me the above question, I would further clarify it.

The mind control finaly goal is to change human behavior or thoughts
in order to total control human activities.

of the human organism by remote electronic ways, they have developed some

After the machine operators destroy their opponents or enemies in the
society, the rest people will be their loyal followers no matter what they say.
Under such kind situation, this society can be called total control.

That's because the mind control operatotrs will condsider everything

and everyone are under their handle in the society.

Why the machine operators will induce the artificial Parkinson's
disease or Alzheimer's disease to old victims?

Some readers doubt and ask me that how could the mind machine operators
can induce the the Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease?

I would clarify it now.

12/31/95, the chinese WORLD JOURNAL reported a news article from NEW YORK

Some people question me that what is the intention of me
to talk the mind control organization & the machine operators?

I would like to express my opinion right now.

I know the machine operators usually do everythging with a good excuse
but acctually covcered with a bad intention (mostly they do everything
only to pursuit the interests of themselves or the mind control
organization).

I expose their crimes because the machine operators usually abuse the
invisible (sound or radiation) wave weapon to injure or even kill
some people but never be held responsible by law.

The machine operators always pretend as a patriot who keep the country
in safety and find the criminal. So that they can easily ask the general
public to cooperate with them.

However, in reality, the machine operators are not loyal to their own
countries. That's because when the machine operators do everything, they
never consider the law or even violate the country's constitution.
Since they don't treat the country's law or constitution as their law or
constitution, they certainly not belong to this country but belong to the
mind control organization. Sometime they could get rid of the law
abiding citizens or even officers who are really loyal to our country, if
these people or officers oppose the interests of mind control organization.

Such kind of officer certasinly cannot respresent the govrernment or
country because he will only increase the shame for the government or

Furthermore, some real patriots only pursuit the interests of our country
but forget the mind control organization's interests will be killed by
machine operators to avoid the mind machine security leak.

Why?

That's because the machine operators only pay their full loyalty to
minfd control organization. A patriot or a law abiding citizen might
be do everything good for the country or the society. However, it
doesn't mean that this man has done everything good for mind control

declaration, he died in a few days as heart attack in a public bath
pool. His wife claimed that her husband had no any problem at
heart in the health record history and request autopsy. We believe that he
was killed by mind machine operators to avoid the mind machine security
leak. Howevr, the machine operators' invisible wave weapon can always

leave no external injuries evidence.

So even a patriot could also be killed if he oppose the interests of the

Matt's words surprises me. However, to avoid misinterpret his words, I
should consider every single word he used. So since he asked me that "Are

Russian and U.S. officials." Morris is a long time close associate of
Col. John B. Alexander, a leading U.S. expert on psychotronics.

Alexander first became known to the public through his December, 1980

NEXUS reported on the U.S. development of "High Powered Microwave (HPM)
Projectiles." The U.S. Government has already obtained "a portable
microwave weapon."

lasers, MICROWAVES, SOUND WAVES, STROBE LIGHTS (already used for
psychotronic entrainment during the Waco siege), ELECTROMAGNETIC PULSES
and Microbes (GERM WARFARE)."

The official Pentagon directive (Draft 7\21\94) states:

"Non-lethal weapon can be double used military as well as to the Law
enforcement will receive higher priority than those that do not."

In March, 1993, the National Institute of Justice [NIJ]--(an office of
Janet Reno's Justice Department), issued a report titled: "NIJ Initiative
On Less-Than-Lethal Weapons." The Department is now encouraging local
and state police organizations to utilize Soviet-KGB psychotronic,
electromagnetic and mind control weapons against their local citizenry.
Targets for these KGB weapons include "domestic disturbances" meaning
that mind-control devices are even to be utilized against family
arguments.

The reports stated: "Short-term research will be completed TO ADOPT
MILITARY TECHNOLOGIES TO USE BY DOMESTIC LAW ENFORCEMENT...including
LASER, MICROWAVE, AND ELECTROMAGNETIC" WEAPONS.

Part I of invisible wave' emitters in cars:

The mind machine operators can make the car accident on high way to get
rid of people.

The Electromagnetic waves or low radio waves can be remotely
controlled to emit in cars by EMR Mind Machine Operators.

At first I should say that I wrote this pragraph base on few victims'
experience who have been hurt by the radiation waves in cars ( These cars
include private car, public transportation, school bus,etc). After
interviewing them, I combine their experience with my own experiences of
being hurt in cars (four times) to write this. So my description to this
is base on what have happened to us in the cars --the facts & truth.

I'm not major in science but in finance. So some high technique
which I might not understand how it works. However I will describe it
more detail to show the facts which how happen to us. Fortunately, I have
the trained eyes & very strong ability of obversation which came from my
military commender's experiences & self education specially in this area.
So I can always catch the main (key) point in a happened event. if anyone
doesn't agree with the emitters of microwave (or radio wave weapon) working
way, it only because I didn't have enough scientific knowledge to properly
express what I know.
However, it won't change the facts which the emitters of microwaves (EMR
mind machine & the radiation waves weapon) have been installed in cars
for a long time. I would like to sware my words in God's name, I tell
the truth and describe the facts with my best knowledge.

Now I would like to express my opinion about the emitters of
electromagnetic waves (microwaves) or radio waves to you as follow:

The emitters of the EMR mind machine can be installed into your automobile
because it can be remote controlled.
Let me explain it to you how it works with my best knowledge.

Two small specially designed emitters beam the magnetic waves which
frequency imitate the brain waves , is the basic requirement.
Another one is a emitter of special radar waves which is used as remote
watching emitting waves to locate the subject accurately in the car.
(I claim this becase the machine operators can hurt the victims in car so
accuracy.)
After the designed emitter and radar wave emitters are installed in the
car, it emit the magnetic waves when you're driving. That's because
the emitter are connected with the emission or engine system (or directly
connect battery).
The receivers of the brain waves can be installed at the intersection
of street to receive the brain waves from the car ( Such as the light
pole which locate each main intersection of streets, roads or the
shoulder on high way. If they have installed this kind system in light
poles then they should have succeeded to handle people in cars . )

This will just like the mobile-phone which you can talk in the car
within a large area but this machine use the different also special low
frequency radio channel. Also each pair emitter in a car should have included
different code- it just like the different phone number of every
mobile-phone in the car.--to distinguish the signal(brain waves) come
from different car.

This way, the investigators of control station can monitor what you are
thinking when you are driving. They also can remote the small emitter
emit high frequency radiation to interfere with your thinking process
and make you feel sleepy. or they can remotely focus the magnetic waves
from light poles to the driver's brain (on the part of nerve system)
which control sleeping to make driver dizzy, when one drive in high way. (
Few victims had reported they have such kind experience while they are
driving on high way.)

This will make you suddenly falling into sleep without any knowing
while you are driving on highway to cause the car accident. They will do
this to get rid of the subject whom they canno't control or they don't like
, or whom is the victim for the purpose to avoid the security leak.

Now I would like to show you some information which is as below:

Mr. Lundis, a very religion gentleman who work at the church every
Sunday as a volunteer, told me that Since 1983 the automobile of US
had been designed to emit signals from the car to satellite. He
told me that the authority can monitor you wherever you go (on the car).
(According to the ability of injectable microchip, they did can track
animals, cars, or even human. If they installed the microchip as a grain
rice size in cars to track it, who can find it)

I believe what he said was a fact which based on his best knowledge.
If what he said was a fact then this proved that the general
surveillance system indeed has existed for a long time. Furthermore this
also prove it's possible that a mind machine's emitters might have
installed in every car of the nation. That's because they can collect
information of your thoughts (brain waves) & use this signals to send to
satellite.

That's why they designed the emitters in the car to send signals to
satellite. Their purpose should not be only to find where you are because
it's too simple & nonsense. The real purpose of them should be to read
your thoughts to know what you think whenever you go.

I'll deduce that the radiation waves emitter might be installed in the
front between driver seat & engine. The assisting collectors of brain
waves can be installed on the side of road or intersection to increase the
collected ability of signals.

If above situation happen to any owner of cars, then I'll feel sorry
to him/her because there's no any privacy in his/her car. ( The above
injectble micro-chips also can be installed in each car & tracked by
satellite.)

If the electromagnetic waves emitter is indeed installed in the car,
then the location in the axis of steering wheel should be the most
possible area which can be installed the radiation waves emitter.
That's because it face to your face & can easily emit the EMR waves on
you also this place seldom happen the problem.

However I have found a heavy & thick hexangular metal in the axis which is
connected with a "electric magnet"(it's made with a iron bar). The
thick & rounded "electric magnet" isn't a necessary equipment which is
connected with the horn. That's because they can easily use a wire instead
of the electric magnet. ( They use the electric magnet as a part of
circuit of the horn when they can easily use a wire instead of magnet.) Also
the heavy & thick hexangular shape metal is completely useless in there
except to connect with the electric magnet to increase the electromagnetic
field. (The electric magnet is fixed with the special design, hidden in the
axis of steering wheel, then connect with the hexangular heavy metal.)

I already took away this hexangular metal and insert nonconducting material
to avoid anything might conduct with the electric magnet. That's
because I couldn't move away the electric magnet which is fixed by
special design to avoid that anyone who might doubt it & move it away.

The hexangular metal is about 2 lbs & look like as below:

circuit which you can find it at the video game controller.
These kind thing (look as rubber) hold this hexangular metal on six points
also connect with a piece of traingular shape metal (hold at same six

This piece metal is used to hold the hexangular metal at a fixed
position & then connect both (The hexangular metal & the electric magnet).

After I put into the nonconducting material to cover the electric magnet
then I cover with few pieces of other metals. I hope I can block any waves
which the electric magnet might emit out. (After that I never meet the
unnormally dizzy situation in a hundred miles driving distance. Before
I found this I have ever met few times dizzy situation. Also once I was
only driving in a short distances.)
Some people might say that this magnet is a sensor to determine thge
positioin of wheel. I disagree with it.
I had learned how to maintain a car to keep it working in best condition in
my military service.
That's because I learn to drive in military. The military taught me
how to maintain a car before I learn to drive it. There's words of them-
"learn to maintain before you learn to drive it." Also I do have the
certifcation of car maintenance technique of Taiwan. I got that
because I pass the examination before I came to US.
So even I'm not major in mechnical engineer but I do know much about
a car.

Not only I can do the routine maintenance job for my car but also can
do the engine tune up or cooling system flush.
This kind maintenance knowledge of mine make me know that which parts should
have sensibility.
Also this words only shows that they didn't check this parts.
That's because the rounded bar magnet is fixed with steering wheel also has
a small hole to connect with another piece of traingular metal.
The above is already enough if they really need this magnet as a sensor
(which I don't believe because they can only use the piece of traingular
metal to determine the position of wheel.)
So it's obviously. if you can only use the piece of traingular metal
to determine the position of wheel then they won't need the hexangular metal.

What is the function of the hexangular metal? I don't think that any
kind reason need the thick & heavy metal which weight is about 2 lbs.
Also the piece of traingular metal connected with the black materials in
six point of the hexangular metal then contact with the electric magnet.

The black materials (look as rubber) can be used to completely
circuit which you can find in the controller of video game.
This can increase the electric field & face to the driver's face. ( I
will suspect this is one of emitter [to increase the magnetic field].
However I don't know what is inside of steering columm because I could
not to open it by myself.

I have said that in my previous reply if the few suspects have installed
the emitters of mind machine in cars then they would design the new
parts. This kind new parts should combine with the original parts. So
this parts not only can work as original parts but also can emit the
electromagnetic waves.

It's obviously that the above electric magnet & the hexangular metal
can also emit electromagnetic waves. That's the main point.
Even the electric magnet is really used to.... as they said. From the
view point of function, you can either say that the function of parts is
used to produce the electromagnetic waves or might...as they said.

However I can drive my car as normal after I took away the thick & heavy
hexangular metal. We know that manufactures always advance their
technique & reduce the unnecessary parts in a product to reduce the cost.
So this kind situation is very unusual if any part is useless but
include in a product.

Everyone can check your car in the axis of steering wheel to find it.

One more evidence is in the steel frames which divide the driver's door
& the passenger's door. I describe it as below:

There's a wire connect with the back door to supply the electrical
power to door light. This wire extent from the steel frame between two
doors (The driver's door and passenger's door are separated by the steel
frame.)

This steel frame is used to hold the seat belt also there's space inside to
install wires. I found the wires which supply the electric power to the
door light , are split four wires.
The very stranger thing is that one of the wires connect to some thing
inside the steel frame which was covered in the steel frame like a box. So
you can't see it. However this wire supply the electric power to something
of the box. I already disconnect this wire & still drive as normal.
Both side of the steel frames which divide the driver & passenger
doors,have the same thing. One of this frame locate the side near of
driver. If they installed the collector of brain waves & emitters
inside this frame (near brain of driver) then they not only can read
driver's thoughts but also can deliver spoken words to driver's brain
to drive him mad, or focus EM waves on the part of driver's brain which
can react dizzy situation to cause car accident.

The diagram as below:

locate in diagram & the wire ^ connect the plug as a outlet.)
I have already disconnect the wire with the steel frames of both side.
Now I can drive as normal without any bothing.

The third evidence is as below:

There's a wire carry electric power whether is negative or positive charge.
This wire has a rounded hook to connect a screw then contact with the
body of car. This wire is hidden in the body side of car near the driver
feet.
This wire is covered with plastic & rug which use glue to fix & avoid to
be removed.

Both side near the front door, have the same wire to contact the the body of
car.

Even I took away these wire,I found that the body of car is still carring
one of Charge ( electric).
So it should have other wire which carry on charge then connect with
the body of the car.
These wires connect with car body & always carry one of charge of
electric power (in negative or positive charge) because it came from
the battery.

So it promise that any other wire contact (or remotely controlled to
contact) with the car which is carrying the other charge ( negative
or positive charge) then can supply the electric power as normal.

The wire in the steel frame will be used exactly as what I said.
If they did install the emitters of mind machine in cars then the
situation will like below.

The axis will emit the electromagnetic waves and detected brain waves
will be caught by other emitter then send out of car. The receivers of
the brain waves should be installed on the shoulder of road (such as
light poles).

The frame unknow box might help to collect brain waves or deliver
microwaves voices ( however even this frame unknown box is realy
use-less, it only reduce the evidence but won't bother the whole
situation or facts).

If they try to make a car accident then the magnet in axis can emit
large electromagnetic waves to cause driver falling in dizzy situation.
( microwaces can cause human dizziness-- explanation will show below)
If they try to deliver microwave voices then this emitter of axis can
also deliver microwave voices to the driver. It means the emitter of
the axis in steering wheel can be use to focus ELF (microwaves) to detect
driver's thoughts, or beam large microwaves (electromagnetic waves) to
cause the drive falling into dizziness, or beam the microwave voices to
the driver's brain. It depends on the machine operators' choice.

After I block the electric power on above wires, so far nothing wrong & I
can drive as normal.

Part II of invisible wave' emitters in cars.

I do believe that information of Mr. John Ho is very valuable and have
proved something for me.
I knew a victim of EMR (electromagnetic radiation waves) Mind machine.
The experiences of this victim was that when he walked to local supermarket
shopping, sometime he heard the spoken words to deliver to him in air.
Also he feel that sometime the waves was shot on his head while he walked
pass by the light pole.
He told me this situations few times and I always tell him this only
came from mind machine so don't confuse it even we canno't find the exact
location of the machine's emitters to be installed. Also I always think
about that how could they find a subject exact location while he walked.
I had ever doubted the light pole but I can't make the judgement since
we have never a chance to check it. Also may we have no this kind knowledge
to judge whether the equipment of light pole is normal or not?

Fortunately, some technicians had checked it for us and this indeed
prove that we have found the right way. The surveillance system is indeed
exist but they change to use the wireless way ( EMR waves way) instead of
the old plan to wire every home.

If this kind boxes indeed belong to FBI then I would like to deduce that
the light pole is the exact place which was installed the surveillance
system.

This modern surveillance system should include that:

1. remote watching (remote viewing)--use the radio waves to spy everyone who
pass by a fixed area or can spy any subject in anywhere (include to invade
in one's private home to watch the activities of one's privacy whom they're
interesting in).

2. electromagnetic waves emitter--to shoot & hurt everyone whom pass by if
they want or deliver the spoken words to everyone who walk on the
area if they try to drive anyone mad, and send signals to remote control
the equipment in driving car.

3. EMR signals assisted collector--to assist collection the brain waves
(thoughts) from any car which pass by so that they can read anyone
thoughts while he/she is driving, if they so desire.

The operators of EMR mind machine can remote control the emitters of
light poles to focus the microwaves. This waves can accurately shoot on
the part of the driver's brain which can cause driver to falling into
dizziness ( Few victims have reported that they have such kind
experiences while they are driving on high way).

Also the surveillance system on light poles can network to whole
nation by the electro radiation waves connected way.

If the above dedction is correct, I would like to say that.
The things is obvious a part of surveillance system.
So they can do above all of the things. Chance are that the agents
are not enough to detect everyone of entire nation. So will you be
detected or not? it will depend on the choice of the agents
( machine operators) to turn on the switch of your car or even
home (in the mind machine central station) or not.
Some people will say that the manufactures won't be setback quietly to
this and there's no way you can install such device without knowing from
machnicians in routine matainance. Also a mechanic who's looking for
problems might pstumble across a couple of dozen of these every year.

No! I really don't think so even the manufacturers under their pressures.
Surely some people who worked in this area disagree with them and
released this secret information to society.

That's why We could hear & share the information (from manufacturers) here
Otherwise we won't know it.
Also I disagree that this kind action belong to our government.
Anyone who has this idea then already get lost in this subject because
he/she misunderstood the meaning "Government".
Who is Goverment & who stand for the country?
Our US goverment divided into three parts- the Excutive branch, the
Legislative branch, and the Judicial branch. The Mr. President is the
head of executive branch and can stand for the Government.
The Constitution, the whole Congress, and the majority of the people stand
for the country.
If anyone American people won't care who he is, violate constitution he is
guilty.

That's why former president Nixon left the position of president in the
watergate event.
No any title above the president in excutive branch, so no any officer
or agent can violate the constitution too. Otherwise these people are
criminal suspects but not officers especially not government.
The agents who violate constitution is only a few people in the
excutive branch or even in any agency.
They even can't stand for the normal officer so no any chance stand for
the "Government" especially if they violate the Constitution.
They're guilty if their action indeed viloate the US law or Constitution.
Except they're represent the excutive branch to carry out their duty in
legal way & no any action violate constitution. Then you can say that they
represent the government.

If what I deduce the emitters of mind machine in cars is correct, then
these people are guilty because the violate constitution.

Also I only talked about the operators of mind machine & the emitters
So I never think this kind actions belong to US government but few agents
who violate the constitution in a covert manner also without authority
from the government.

So don't accuse the Government of US. Most of officers in excitive branch
might even don't know it.
From the Roney King event in Califorlia, we know that few authorities might
violate law even when they were carry out their duty. After they
violated law they're suspects but not officers.
The whole nation all angry with that event after the TV brocast this news.
The former President bush, the General Attorney all resent & disagree this
kind action can stand for policeman. They're not chance stand for the
Government.

The machine operators are in the same condition.
They're guilty. They're not officers but suspects if they really use
the emitters to hurt or get rid of people.

I still believe that our country have the best Constitution in the
world. Also the best Constitution need to protect by actions from the
government to our all people, otherwise it's only words if some people
don't care about it then commit crime but can not be held by law.

However if some people or even few authorities violate the US Constitution
in a covert manner then they're not "officers" but the "criminal
suspects".
This kinds of few authorities can't even stand for their own agence because
I believe our real agences will follow the law & constitution of US.

We should fight with them to protect our country & Constitution.
This kind actions not only protect our rights but also maintain our
country stand on the world forever as a symbol of FREEDOM, LIBERTY, and
JUSTICE.

I just reported the words of Mr. Lundis & believe what he said based on
his best knowledge.
If what he say is a fact then I would like to make a logical
consideration as below.

Actually the manufacturers are real victims in this whole event.
Few authorities might seduce & cheat manufacturers that the purpose of
this thing is to protect our country. Also the authority would say that
they just want to find the spy or criminals but nothing else. The
manufacturers would not know that the authority installed in the
equipments of mind machine. In stead of that the manufacturers would
consider that they only help to install a tracking device.
It won't get hurt if they only installed the tracking devices. This
kind action can help authority to track the spy or criminals but won't hurt
the law abiding citizens. So in this condition, if the manufacturers
agree it then they would think that they're patriots but not conspirators.

However it's still violate the Constitution so some of them release the
secret out. Also if the authority promise the manufacturers that this kind
devices would install in all cars which are allowed to sell on the US
markets from the agreement of Government which was made in their misled
way. ( If they really have installed in the emitters of mind machine
in cars then the top officers of Government are also victims. That's
because they're misled by these few manipulators (few agents). That's
because the top officers won't know they installed the equipment of mind
machine which can focus the strong waves to shoot on human heart to
cause natural death, or emit the large EM waves to make driver feeling
dizzy suddenly then cause car accident.

The top officers might be only told that they only install
the tracking device but not mind machine equipments, even if they told it's
mind machine equipment but would say it only can read thoughts. However
they would never tell top officers these emitters can focus waves to kill
human being in a car or cause car accident from their remotely controlled
way.

The manufacturers were misled too. In such condition, manufacturers
would think that even from the view point of the competition,
all cars still meet the same competition & the equal situation.
That's because there's no any manufacturer will be allowed to be an
exception. Under this kind "forces" or pressure, the manufacturers might
have no chance to select but only can follow the plan. Also few of
them might participate this plan in a aggressive manner in order to protect our
country which as the authorities told them.

However I can sure that none of manufacturers know that the mind machine
might have installed in the cars and never know these emitters can kill
human being in cars as natural death or cause car accident. So the
manufacturers are victims in the whole event if the authority have
installed the emitters of mind machine in cars.
The above is only a logical consideration & deduction, if the words of Mr.
Lundis is a fact & they have installed this devices in cars.

I believe our American people would like to fight for the justice, for
the freedom of their thoughts, their privacy rights, and the Constitution
of United States. I believe our American people would like to fight
for the human rights but not to be the humble slaves of the Mind machine
operators.

However people won't be angry to any terrible thing which people aren't
aware of it. That's why I talk about this mind machine to our society.
That's because it's hardly aware of this machine if you don't have the
knowledge about it. Actually even the machine operators are hurting
people, people might only think that something happen them from their bad
luck because they don't believe the operators of mind machine can do this.

If the above deduction is true then the agents might have installed in the
emitters of mind machine in cars without permission from the government.
That's because the Congress or even executive authority won't allow these
agents do this if they know this emitters can get rid of any human being.

These few agents might think that this kind action can easily accomplish
their mission also people won't be aware of it. So they dare
across the line and install the emitters of mind machine in cars.

The real problem here is how could they install this kind equipment(device)
also avoid it to be found by machnicians in any repair store.

However if the intelligence install it then it won't happen the problem as
above. That's because they should have considered about this & solved it.
Under a logical consideration, I would like to explain it as below:

If this kind emitters have been installed in cars then this emitters will
be specially designed & combined with the regular parts as one to use.
For example, If they designed a special emitter which can work as the
original regular parts but also can emit the electromagnetic waves or low
raido waves (for example: if they build the special parts as brake lightbulb
, signal lightbulb, or head lightbulb which can alsop remote emitte the
electric or radio waves as a weapon)
If they install this kind emitters in hidden place such as installed
the special parts (emitters) at the place of the windshield wipers or the
singal lights , brake lights, or even the head lights then who'll know
it. ( Also they might install this emitter in the axis of steering wheel to
connect with horn as the normal parts.)

This parts will not be checked in any routine maintainance. Also
if this kind parts happen problem then drivers must to change it, otherwise
people cannot drive car safely. This will insure that these emitters
will always keep in working condition.

I can say that the routine matainance won't touch it because these
emitters will be also basic parts of a vehicle (a mechnic will only
change parts for people but won't reasearch the parts).
On the other hand, the performance of the emitters' parts should be
designed & tested above the standar of all other parts.

Even this kind parts (emitter) might get damage in a car accident. The
Mechanic will only order the same parts (emitters) from the original
manufacture dealer to fix it and keep it working as normal (as the original
parts--emitters) then who will know it?
They surely can solve the problem and install it if they so desire.

Right now, I would like to tell a true story here, the role of the story
is a lady.
This lady I had mentioned before in my article who is a victim of the
Mind machine in Taiwan.
She moved to Maryland after she recovered from the hospital in
Taiwan. She told us few times that she heard someone talked in her ears (
actually it's delivered microwave voices to her brain by the mind
machine operator.) either she was by my friend's car or my relative's car.
( She was determined as a insane by the machine operators of Taiwan so they
lock her where she will go even at home. Also the operators deliver
words to her with a bad intentoion. They try to make others truly
belive that she is crazy because nobady will hear any word in the same car.)

Another experiences of victims as below: (It came from my interview.)

A man told me that he was shot by the electric waves ( it is like a
bee-sting.) few times either he by bus or by car of his friend. He also
have used the compass to test the target position when the radiation
waves shoot on his body.
He find that the compass's needle change the direction & turn fast. We
know that the commpass' needle should always toward south & North. The
needle will change its direction only when it meet a magnetic field.
So it prove that the victim was hurt by electromagnetic radiation waves.

Few victims told me that they have experiences "being zapped by waves"
and/or "hearing the microwave voices" in cars when they are driving or
sit in the back seat (passenger seat).
( One of the victim is a electricical & electronics engenieer.)

I figured out it as that the emitter should be connected with the
car battery by specially wire. The electric power is always on
and no need to turn on the ignition system. This just like you can horn
or turn on the high beam without turn on the ignition system of car.
Also this emitters can be remotely controlled because the light poles
always beside the road or around the parking lots.

I had found the hexangular metal in axis of steering wheel and it might
can increase the electric field.
I found it because I doubt this area can emit the electtromagnetic
waves. That's because I have few experiences on
suddenly falling in dizzy situation and once is very clearly.

The clear experience was that I drove to pick up my young kid who's later
at school. The distance is very short only about 15 minutes in
driving time. When I drove at halfway I suddenly felt dizziness and I
almost make a car acident. So I fast move my head and use a metal plate
covered on the steer wheel (covered the horn) then this feeling gone.
I reacted as that because it's the fast way to block any emitter which
might exist to emit EMR waves to my brain. After that then I found the
hexangular metal.

Recently I have been shot by radiation waves in car few times. ( I have
posted this experience on Internet.)
I have drive my car in US for eleven years.
Before I was hurt by the radiation waves in my car this year (1995), I also
felt everything is normal. (even I knew some victims had heard microwave
voices in car.)
However, once the radiation waves hurt me in car. It not only hurt my body
but also make me so surprise. So don't think your car is normal if you
never be hurt by radiation waves in car.
I have driven car in US for eleven years. Before I met the radio waves
hurt me in car last year, I feel everything normal in car. So don't
think your car without installing such kind equipment even you never meet

The above information make me believe that the emitters of microwaves

These few agents use the mind machine operators to build a martial law

Part III of invisible wave emmiters in cars:

Some people will think that this isn't the first time that you've
attributed normal human failings to machinations of this device.
Can't I accept that there is no such device and that people fall asleep
at the wheel either because they're tired or have fallen prey to the
hypnotic rhythm of the road and boredom?

Well, I have heard about this kind theory since I came to US. However I
never heard this kind idea in Taiwan and never have this kind feeling when I
was military officer & driving on high way in Taiwan.

If the high way is exact straight & can last such kind straight line at
least over three hours then I can consider it might be possible as they said.
Chance are this kind situation seldom happen.
People fall in sleep by reduce their concentration but not pay
concentration then fall in sleep. Although it can easily causes tire
after drivers get off their cars. However in normal condition, the
human reflex in body can produce alert signal then human will know how to
avoid danger.

So If people drive on high way & feel tire, this kind situation
should come slowly & can be known by driver as a alert signal.
The driver should have enough time to consider that whether take a rest or
not. The emitters of mind machine will cause different situation.
The large EM waves will suddenly cause people to become dizzy to
the point of unconscious. So driver will cause car accident without
the alert as normal reaction from natural reflex if driver doesn't have
the knowledge of the mind machine. That's because there's only
a few minutes time to make right decision to avoid the car accident before
to the point of unconscious.

However the above straight line seldom happen in high way except in
dessert or may be few areas which I don't know. So I don't take it as
a usually happened condition.

If people have a good sleep and in a normal physical condition then I
would like to make a logical consideration. It's as below.

In my own opinion, when people are driving & watching the road, their
blood will flow into the brain for their concentration logically. In
this condition it'll just like the people play the gambling in a room.
People seldom fall into sleep in a gambling. So it should seldom happen
fall into sleep when they're driving. Especially if they suddenly
feel dizzy in one or two hours driving time then It's really unusual.
However this can easily cause tire after a long distance travel when
people get off the car.
That's because people spend lots concentration (brain energy) in driving.
On the other hand if people didn't have good sleep or not in normal
condition in one's body then it doesn't count.

The son of victim suspect that accident might be related
with his mother's research ( It mean he suspect the car accident was

system of my car. However, although the brake system of my car can work

the wheel cannot full stop and keep forward). I almost hit the car
infront of me twice. After I turn the wheel to outside of road, I almost
kill myself once. I went to the auto-store to argue and the mechnic said
everything is fine but the vaccum of air system didn't work well..etc.
Could you believe that? A man who has over twenty years experiences of
driving car should know such kind of brake system is normal or not.
However, to the case of "Microwave Harassment & Mind Control
Experimentation", it might happen such kind situation if the local law
enforcement offices are also the mind machine operators.

If the case is not like above deduction, then this car accident could be
caused by the microwave from the steel wheel (axis).

However, if the emitters of microwaves (electromagnetic waves) have been

Considering the millions people who are driving & affected by the

Can you explain the two evidences which I found in car.
what is the purpose they installed the hexangular heavy metal in the

Why it need to connect with a electrical magnet? Also both metal are not
necessary in using except these kind parts can increase the electric
field. I already took away the hexangular metal & still
drive as normal. Also after that I never meet the dizzy situation in a
hundred miles distance while I'm driving. ( Before I found & took away
this hexangular metal, I meet such kind dizzy situation few times even in
a short driving distance.)

Why they need to connect a carrying elrectric power wire with the front
body of car from both side?
Why they need to connect a wire with both side steel frame? (which wires
always carry electric power as the horn.)
( The steel frames divide the driver's door & passenger's door)
It not use for any light but supply the electric power to something which
is hidden in the steel frames as a steel box.
Every one can check these place to find it, it won't spent you too much
time.

Why they want to use the carrying electric wire to connect the Unknow boxes?
Why they want to use the carring electric wire ( with the positive charge or
negative charge of battery) to connect the body of car?

Do you have a logical explanation to it?
The answer might be only that the emitters of microwaves have been

will happen? It's obviously that we can figure out it as below:

These kind cars are similar as the country which are carrying out the

The emitters are analogous as the guns or machine-guns in people's cars
and operators of mind machine are similar as the soldiers who hide in the
central machine stations.
The operators of mind machine not only can read divers' thoughts.
The operators can shoot (focus) the elecctromagnetic waves as a weapon on
people's heart to cause natural death, or emit large electromagnetic
waves to make driver falling in dizzy condition suddenly then cause car
accident on high way.
( They also can focus the waves on driver's brain on the part which can
cause dizzy to cause car accident too by remotely controlled way. Such
kind situation can happen on high way-- few victims have reported to
me. So I suspect the light poles of high way can be remote controlled to
focus the waves to do it. )

The operators can get rid of drivers as above even they never hurt you,
if they had installed the emitters in cars (or light poles).

If the above deduction is all correct then your car not exactly belong
to yourself. Whenever you're driving the machine automaticly detect your
thoughts but the chance is that the machine operators will read your
thoughts or not.
The operators of Mind machine just need to turn on the switch of your
car in the central machine station. They can read your thoughts
wherever you're driving. It just like they reach you on your
mobil phone. The only different is that they not only know what you say
but also can know what you think!

Some people question me that what is the intention of me
to talk the mind control organization & the machine operators?

I would like to express my opinion right now.

I expose their crimes because the machine operators usually abuse the
invisible (sound or radiation) wave weapon to injure or even kill

The machine operators always pretend as a patriot who keep the country

employee of a local power company that , if she value the lives of her

that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally

Some people disagree with the opinion that the mind control operators
are not loyal to our country or have the trained inhumane personalities.

I would like to clearify it now.

The machine operators all have been trainded to have inhumane personalities
which could help them to use their invisible wave weapon to torture,
threaten, or even kill people in oreder to achieve their mind control
goal or avoid the security leak.

On the other hand, the machine operators always pretend as the jutice's
powers or patriots which can easily make people to cooperate with them or
follow their orders.
So usually they do everythging with a good excuse but acctually covcered

with a bad intention (mostly they do everything only to pursuit the
interests of themselves or the mind control organization).

Some people will say that the mind machine and machine operators can help to
protect our country in safety?

No! to tell the truth, it won't work at that way.
Why?

Authorities always think that by keeping the mind machine as a top secret,
they can easily stop crime or find the spy. Comparing with the facts,
we know it is wrong. The problem here is such kind machine is
usually used on law abiding citizens first, but not very effective to
regulate the criminals. This is because the law abiding citizens have
fixed job, fixed address, regular life style, drive a same car, and all have
I.D. The operators of machine can easy find them, track them, check
them, or work on them, the law abiding citizens are totally under the
machine operators' control.

On the other hand, the criminals almost have no fixed job, no fixed
address, no regular living style, always steal a car or temperoy rent a
car to drive, come and run suddenly, or even no I.D. except the
leaders of mob ( they have the fixed address.). The operators of the
machine cannot so easily find or get them and hardly track or keep
working on them.

That's why the operators cannot predict the actions of the criminals and
the crime have never been reduced. Also the spy will be more difficult to find
than the criminals because the spy of other country will be taught how to
counter mind machine. Furthermore, some people who are absorbed by
intelligence agency of other country, could also be agents of United
States because other countries would try to absorb people who have
access to classified documents or military secrets.
Therefore, these double-agents will definitely know the (EMR or Infrasond)
mind machine very well and know how to avoid being detected.
That's why the former CIA agent Alrich Ames who had jointed the KGB over ten
years but still could not be found until 1993. I believe that he coulld be
caught only because the Red Rudssia finally collapsed first.

So the (EMR or Infrasound) mind machine will be mostly used on the law
abiding citizens. If the authorities continue to keep the mind machine
as top secret then it only hurt the law abiding citizens and keep the
special privileges for machine operators forever.
The operators not only can use the machine do their job but also
can use it for their personal motive without any limit.
So the mind machine neither can make our country in safety nor help our
society. That's because the operators will be no longer to drive the law
abiding citizens mad, or kill the innocents if we don't use the mind
machine on our society or let it desclassified.

Furthermore, the machine operators have more problems on themselves.

1. The machine operators are only loyal to the mind control organoization
but not loyal to our country.

Since the mind machine is kept as a top secret, these machine operators
have enjoyed their privileges (do everything they want without consider the
country's law or constitution) for a long time. Anyone who oppose the
interests of mind control organizastion (or operators) will be
destoried without consider the law. When they pursuit the interests of
mind control, they can even oppose our constitution.
So the superior law of mind control operators is not the country's
constitution but the mind control rules. When constitution oppose the
interests of mind control organization, the constitution will be disregard.
When the country's interests oppose the interests of mind control, the
country's interests will be also disregard.
Under such kind situaition, the mind control operators pay full loyalty
to the mind control organization but not to our country.
So how could anyone believe that mind control operators are patriots and
how could anyone believe that the mind control operators are pursuiting
our country's intetrests.
So these mind control operators neither can make our country in safety
nor can help our society because they only pursuit the interests (or
privrleges) of themselves or the mind control organization. Also such
kind of system will put all people under the machine operators spy or
under the threat of the invisible wave weapon. It is not a good thing to
our country because the machine operators will only pay their full

How could anyone still use the "security" name to put our people's
lives under the threat of invisible (sound or radiation) wave weapon.

A patriot or a law abiding citizen might be do everything good for the
country or the society. However, it doesn't mean that this man has done
everything good for mind control organization.

The people who really pursuit the interests of our country but forget
the interests of mind control will also be killed.

2. The mind machine operators' personalities have been trained to have
multiple-personalities which make most operators toward crazy,
schizophrenics, or parnoid.

It is no kidding and don't be suprised, I will explain it to readers.
That's because these machine operators are taught that the first rule of
mind control organization is to avoid their security leak. So if anyone
is aware of being detected by the mind machine, the operators must get
rid of this person.
How?
The methods include to drive the person mad (by using microwave voices
device), or use the invisible wave weapon to harm the target's brain
(make this person to lost his memory or manufature a man-mad insane), or
kill this person as "heart-attack" (by using microwave frquency
or infrasound, or chronal gun etc.), or make this person to die as car
acident ( by using microwaves frequency or secretly loosing the brake
system in the auto repire store). If these victims didn't die then victims
will be kept on torture in order to avoid these victims live normally to
avoid their security leak.
So these operators' personalities have been trained to be inhumane, or
even crazy.
Why ?

To drive a normal people mad, the machine operators should appaer pranoid
and crazy themselves first. Then this kind objective can be achieved.

To kill a innocent people in car accident or using the invisible (sound
or radiation) wave weapon to slowly kill a normal people, the operators
not only should be inhumane but also must act as crazy.

To keep torture victims by usinng the invisible wave weapon and enjoy
hearing the painful howling of victims, these machine operators must act
as mad or insane.

harassment focusing on her children) killed one child in an effort to

protect her fromfurther pain.

Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was told by an
employee of a local power company that , if she value the lives of her
children, she would drop the her opposition to the company's
installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the
invidual 11-wear-old daughter has been reduced to extrrement of illness
which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this invidual
that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally
induced auditory input. (DoE figures prominently in this case.)

If the Departmemt of Energy really involved in above case then it

shows us the following: It only proves that few Departments of goverment

indeed use this EMR mind machine or at least use the invisible waves
(microwaves and acoustic bullets, infrasound, chronal gun etc.) weapon.

In the first case, I believe the victim also receive " microwave
voices" for black-mail. However, this victim was obviously disagree with

the nonlethal weapon abuser, so her children were also tortured by the
invisible wave weapon abuser. Also this victim should know the
invisible wave weapon abuser would continue to torture her children. Why?

It's obvious that the victim received the "microwave voices" from the

operator for warning. Therefor, this victim killed her
one kid in an effort to protect her for further pain.

Dear readers,

Under above situation, these machine operators can still use
their invisible wave weapon to torture the victims. Then do you believe
that these operators not obly are inhumane, parnoid, but also have been
schizophrenic themselves at that time.

In the second case, the victim's family were not harassed with microwave

voices messages. You might ask what's the real reason? In my opinion,
these victims were not tortured because they were considered "under

controlled". However, once this family member's action might infringe on

the interest of the mind machine group, the mind machine group would

then use invisible waves weapons (microwaves, infrasound, acoustic
bullets, etc.) to hurt these victims' children, and then blackmail them

openly (calling these victims on phone).

The above cases prove that the( EMR or Infrasound) mind machine operators'

attitude have been worse than the felon.

According to above cases, do you believe that these operators' actions &
personalities appears inhumane, crazy, Parnoid, or some even
appear schizophrenic ( although these personalities might come from
their trainning).

According to the reported cases of "microwave Harassment & Mind Control
Experimentation", these mind control victims were acturally telling the
truth when some victims reported to authorities that they are "hearing"
microwave voices and/or zapped by " (invisible sound or radiation) waves."

However, authorities dismiss their cases and treat these victims as "mental
disturbed person."
Comparing with the above facts, we found that the real "mental problem
persons" should be the mind control operators.
That's because although the machine operators usually accuse the victims
(who report the facts) as "mental problem person", or insane. However,
the personalities of machine operators have been trained toward parnoid,
or schizophrenics. That's because these ill personalities can help these
operators to achieve their goals such as to torture victims, drive normal
people mad, or manipulate people's lives or health, or even kill a
normal people without consider the moral, law, or our consititution.

3. The mind control organization has a evil rules to push the operators to
commit crime.

To avoid the mind machine security leak, the mind control organization
has a evil rule to force the machine operators to commit crime.
How?
The rule is that if this being investigated target is biger than the
operator (it means that this subject is out of control or aware of the
mind machine), then the operator must either get rid of this person or
move away to keep a distance from this person.
Also, the operator must use the invisiblev wave weapon to attack this
subject before the operator drop this case (spy this subject).
So if a subject be spied by many machine operators, he should have been
injured many times.
So if the mind control organization just keep changing the operators to spy
a fixed subject, a unknowing subject could be also killed for injuries
in a long term period.

Since operators must attack the subject with the invisible wave weapon if
the subject is out of handle, every machine operators should have
commited crime for at least few tims. These crimes will make the machine
operators to pay their full loyalty to the mind control organization.

That's because the operators will forever affraid to be held responsible

4. The privilege of mind control operators is to manipulate people's live
& health except they can spy anyone.

Since the mind machine is still a top secret, the machine operators
are busy to get rid of law abing citizens to avoid the security leak.
The whole society are also busy to mislead people in order to deny the
victims of mind control cases. Some of operators are busy to manipulate
people's lives & helth. These professional machine operators certainly
have no time to find the real criminals or spy.

Only the machine operators (who have experiences in manipulating
people's health & lives by using the invisible chronal gun, microwave
,infrasound,etc.) will know how huge their power are (The appointed officer

who charge the office because of the election, won't be allowed to know

the secret of manipulating people's health & lives). These kinds of

professional machine operators will pay their full loyalty to the mind

control organization. That's because these operators are not only
exciting for the privilege to manipulate people's health & lives but also
try to keep their crimes as a secret forever. So these operators will be
always cruel and try to get rid of anyone who might cause the mind

However, to manipulate people's lives or health with the invisible
wave weapon is not the legal rights of anyone or any corrupted
officrer (these victims didn't violate law or constitution but might only

Why the machine operators want to harass the victims?
The only reason is that these victim are the opponents of the mind

Does people believe that victims of above cases are being tortured can
increase the interests of our country?
No! I don't think so.

Does people believe that the above cases will bring the shame to our country?
Yes, it is a shame to happen such kinds of cases in a free & democratic
socieety.
However, why we don't stop them.

If people are really loyal to our country then they must follow the

country's law & especially follow the constituion to do everything. That's

because it's the only way which a officer can earn the credit (trust)
from people for the government, or a officer can earn the real honor

in his duty. On the other hand, any corrupted office oppose the country's
law or constitution will only bring shame to the government or country.
Any officer who bring shame to our country from people (for his dishonor
actions), definately won't be a patriot. Such kinds of situation usually
happen on mind control operators. So they don't love our country but
only love themselves or the mind control organization. These operators
don't belong to our country since their superior law is mind control
rules but not our constitution.

However, in their trainning, these machine operators only treat the other
machine operators (no matter where they from or what are their country's

name in passport) as their brothers or sisters because they have same

privileges, keep the same secrets, and pursuit the same interests for
themselves or mind control organization. So to tell the truth, the

machine operators' real "country" should be the "mind control
organization" because the mind control organization give them most
privileges. Their personal interests will be the part of interests of
mind control organoization.
That's because if the machine operstors' power extend then the power of
mind control organization will be automatically extend. So the machine
operators have the same interests with the mind control organization.

On the other hand, such kind situation will not happen in a real country.

That's because a country' law and the constitution will always limit the
privilege of the machine operators. So the machine operators are more
loyal to the mind control organization than their own country (as the
identity in their passport). Sometime they even use the international

interests (of mind control club countries) as a excuse to force their
government setback. They can easily commit crimes without being held
responble by law.

Not only they use the invisible (sound or radiation) wave weapon to
leave no external injuries evidence, but also the government officers
usually will not touch such kind (mind control crimes) cases.

Under such kind situation, the machine operators have slowly built a
very strong mind control group in the undergroud of international society.

These group will promise that the machine operators can keep their
privileges and make these operators above the law (even constitution)
when they pursuit the interests of mind control.
However, to keep the privileges of mind contro operators must sacrifice
our people's lives, the dignity of our country law, and the country's
founding principles - our constitution.

We should desclassfied the secret of mind machine to avoid keeping the
privileges of the mind control operators. This is only way to
protect our people's rights, lives and the coreect way to protect our
country's interests , honor and the trust of people.

Agreed! As a victim of this horrible machine and pussies who operate it I feel that the world should know it exists. We must do what we can to protect the people. Such violence against human rights should be stopped. Victims out there need to understand that they are NOT alone we need to band together, survive, and spread the word. If we all fight together coming to a solution would not be a quite dream. Fight! Fight! And when you're tired FIGHT AGAIN! They cannot stop you from doing what it is that you want to do. You must remember what it is that made you a target. Your light! Your fire! Will you be the one to let them put it out? Take control do not care what you hear but care for what you must do and that is LIVE!!
