... and therefore interesting that media is only now picking up it - stark
contrast to FBU-style pay negotiation.

The only development seems to be that every member of staff has had their
job descriptions matched to their role and individually "signed off". This
is certainly new to me as up until now my Trust has said that my job has
been placed in a grade yet.

Cheers

In which case you won't be able to see me asking:
- why you think I am a "spammer" (which clealy I am not).
- and besides the "Registration Of Vulnerable Adults" red herring, which I
assume was the same Graham, how many threads have you started in usmn in the
last year?

I thought that usmn seemed rather quiet of late so thought I would post some
items of interest. Posting relevant news stories kick-started alt.med.ems
last year when it virtually became dead. Rather than blocking me, which at
best is rather pointless, you could always ask me to stop!

... or you could have done if you hadn't blocked me.

Not really, it was all over the media last year, and has had sporadic
mentions over the last several months too.

Interesting indeed, unless you work in an EI site then you wont have been
matched, and even then none of the EI sites has completed matching all thier
jobs yet anyway.
