Not convinced that is correct, Gee, I understand that green lights are for
medical doctor use only. They might be on POV or company/locum, trust
vehicles.

If part of a primary response, blues and twos can be used by docs but not on
POVs. I've never seen greens used in conjunction (i.e. together) with blue,
but have a feeling that HEMS docs use rapid response cars out of hours with
greens - they would definitely require sirens in London.

Blues can also be used by Blood/tissue transports, RNLI and atomic
authority-type vehicles.

I have seen red beacons being used by members of a mountain rescue team
responding in POV. This is illegal - in fact reds shown anywhere but to
rear are illegal in UK. I have also seen red beacons on an Environment
Agency (UK EPA) "emergency vehicle".
