Layoff 800 workers, move some operations to York PA, hire 400 workers
there, build new plant in Thailand.
It's them tariffs raising costs by $30 million and tax cuts having no
effect on the working class income and job creation in other places and
people not buying enough motorcycle in the US 'cause not enough money.

In February 2017 El Dumpfo met with Harley execs to tell them how great
it was going to be for the Harley creatin' manufacturing jobs in the US
after the miracle happens.
