Possessive form of a sentence

I notice there is a Facebook page entitled "It's called grammar, use
it.". The person responsible sometimes posts photos, which are then
displayed as "It's called grammar, use it.'s photo.". Is this
grammatically correct?

In Windows, when you look directly at a profile, the folder you
normally see as "My Documents" is called profile_name followed by 's

I'd feel more comfortable if the page title was enclosed in quotes. And
would have preferred that the title didn't include the full stop
(period) - not that that's wrong, it just leads to the vexed question of
whether it should be quoted or not.

Come to think of it, the original page title is a comma splice - a
semicolon would be better there.
