I say a Muslim because they have battled before and still battling
now, and both believe in God... by different names.

So it is kind of comforting to know that those of us who don't believe
in Shit are not #1 in their most hated list. Or are we?

On our side, atheists/humanists/free-thinkers think of humanity as one
big family.

What we hate about the Christians is the hypocrisy.

I say it's an atheist. Because our very existence (and why God hasn't
smitten us yet) plants the seed of doubt in their minds. And that pisses
them off more than anyone else can imagine...

Maybe they hate us because they envy us. We have free Sundays after
all. And we can read whatever we want, and say whatever we want.

They live under a communism where the tyrant is God.

Why not ask them? Any answer you can get from a non-Christian is

Don't forget the wrong flavour of Christian. The various protestant/
catholic wars, pogroms etc. are probably at least as nasty as the
christian/muslim wars.

Amen (Hotep) to that, ironically. The Roman Catholic Church sent

excommunicated him, but now they’re making all nice with the Lutheran
Church whenever they can ... hypocrites.

The thing that's always amazed me about all three Abrahamic
mythologies (Judaism, Xianity, Islam) is that they have as their core
belief that there's something horribly, terribly WRONG with people
simply because they were born human. They see humanity as filthy,
disgusting creatures, incapable of morality or greatness without their
insipid sadist in the sky `cracking the whip' over us.

Who do they hate more? *Themselves*, of course. That's the root cause
of every problem they have dealing with other people.

How can they pretend their lives more important than other animals and

But it is a "pack mentality". As long as there is a perceived social
acceptance of their hatred, they'll advance as a group with pitchforks
and torches. But rarely do they express their inner hatred as
standalone individuals.

The media fuels the acceptance level to appease the rampaging
villagers required "everyone else does it too" rationalization. As
evidenced by the now infamous Paula Zahn hit piece where a so-called
"out in the open panel", standing under a banner which read "Why do
atheists inspire such hatred", were given free reign to spout
unrestrained bigotry and prejudice. And of course, there wasn't a
single atheist in sight.

And the interesting thing is, this panel followed a fairly sympathetic
story about a family whose lives were destroyed by atheist hating
christians.

Yeah, the list of "true(tm)" christians is limited to yourself and
some of your family and friends. You'll find the ones you eliminate
from that list of "true(tm)" christians, probably consider themselves
and their select group to be the "true(tm)" ones and that you don't
make the cut.

It's one of the most amusing shows that christians put on display.

The atheists are always using the No True Scotsman Fallacy
to pretend that the atheist holocausts were not the responsibility
of the atheists who caused them! pfffft!

"No True Scotsman Fallacy

Explanation

The no true Scotsman fallacy is a way of reinterpreting evidence in
order to prevent the refutation of ones position. Proposed
counter-examples to a theory are dismissed as irrelevant solely because
they are counter-examples, but purportedly because they are not what the
theory is about.

Example

The No True Scotsman fallacy involves discounting evidence that would
refute a proposition, concluding that it hasnt been falsified when in
fact it has.

If Angus, a Glaswegian, who puts sugar on his porridge, is proposed as a
counter-example to the claim No Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge,
the No true Scotsman fallacy would run as follows:

(1) Angus puts sugar on his porridge.
(2) No (true) Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge.

Therefore:
(3) Angus is not a (true) Scotsman.

Therefore:
(4) Angus is not a counter-example to the claim that
no Scotsman puts sugar on his porridge.

This fallacy is a form of circular argument, with an existing belief
being assumed to be true in order to dismiss any apparent
counter-examples to it. The existing belief thus becomes unfalsifiable."

Real-World Example

An argument similar to this is often arises when people attempt to
defend the historical reality of atheism. For example

EVERY atheist regime in history, (i.e. The USSR, Maoist China,
Pol Pots Genocide, North Korea, those states which are led
by atheists, with the entire ruling Central Committee atheist,
implementing explicit atheist policies) has been a totalitarian
tyranny.
They committed the systematic persecution of religion, forcible
indoctrination of children and adults with atheism, expropriation
and destruction of religious property, and the terror, torture
and murder of believers. >70,000,000 died in the atheist holocausts.

Atheists argue that 'No True Atheist would create tyranny' despite the
clear evidence of atheists Lenin, Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Kim Ill Suk and
his psychotic offspring Kim ill Fuk doing PRECISELY THAT! B^[

In fact they can find NO EXAMPLE of an atheist state, in all of human
history, which was NOT a totalitarian tyranny! 8^o

Sometimes the argument is accompanied by hypocritical attempts at
diversion such as "Those regimes were all 'male'", an easily falsifiable
lie, (Madame Mao and other female members of the Central Committees) or
but they were 'Communist in name' .. sure.. just like the "Democratic
People's Republic of Korea" is a Democracy in name?!???

B^D Priceless! The argument has been conclusively resolved by those
atheist tyrants themselves, e.g.:

"Atheism is the natural and inseparable part of Communism."
-Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Lenin)

"Our program necessarily includes the propaganda of atheism."
- Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov (Lenin)

By arbitrarily selecting ANY OTHER ATTRIBUTE, (gender, moustaches,
brand name chosen), the claim that 'no true atheist' regime would
be a tyranny is thus preserved from refutation. Given such an approach,
this claim is unfalsifiable, there is no possible refutation of it.

The logical flaw is that not all atheist regimes were 100% male, or had
moustaches and the Chinese Communists now allow religion, have declared
it a social positive, and have prospered and progressed, unlike EVERY
atheist communist state which has been a catastrophic failure!!!

Lets clarify that point for the dull witted atheists: Not all COMMUNIST
governments have been catastrophic failures, (China reformed its
constitution, permitting religions to function, and has progressed
phenomenally) ..but all ATHEIST ones have been!!! B^]

The common feature is that those tyrannies were ALL ATHEIST REGIMES, and
in fact were the ONLY atheist regimes in history. 100% of atheist
regimes, without exception, have been murderous tyrannies!

Q.E.D. They *are* the historical REALITY of atheism.

The only benign atheists are the hypocrites who CHOOSE to live in
majority religious societies, and are thus constrained by the
prevailing moral values (and their own insignificantly small numbers)
from doing any serious harm.

Let the abstract, philosophical fantacists and utopian dreamers
who believe in an irrational and dogmatic hallucination bleat
and wail in their usual hysterical and rabid attacks of ad hom abuse,
lies and slander..

Defend against what? Some nutter crackpot who can't even tell the
truth? LOL! Who has to add more unrelated groups so that he can
carry his bullshit as far and wide as possible? All that is
necessary is to remind them that they are lying, and cuff them along
side the head.

I guess the question should be,

"why do you "feel" hated by Christians"

Its all the preaching against gays that struck me.....as hate....

Although You have the same hate......So should I start a movement to
destroy you?
