[Anouncement] Sex Code: A New Sig Code

I just wrote a new signature code called the Sex Code. Granted, there
actually was one out there before, but I like mine better :-). I thought
both these groups would like to use it (especially since I've made it as
open as I could to alternative things, being polybi myself).

I'm extrememly open to suggestions for it, of course, and my address is at
the bottom of the page.
