A federal grant of $700,000 has been issued to a college in New
Hampshire to study farts from organically feed cows.

$700,000 amounts to the average taxation of 70 Americans household
taxes. When Obama gets together with one of his backyard talks, he
should invite congress and 70 households to one of these meetings.
Congress should explain to these 70 households why spending their
money on cow farts was more important than the household expenses that
these 70 households must pay. Cow farts were more important than
these people paying their mortgages, more important than sending their
kids to college, more important than saving for retirement.

Farts can be used for diagnostics. Non-invasive diagnostics to be
precise.

And the idea to use farts to study GOP state of mind is actually quite
revolutionary. You need more than 700K of course.
