If SS is a ponzi scheme, then there are a few other things that are super
Ponzi schemes.
All government taxation and the false promises that come with it.
And you know what is a sooper dooper Ponzi scheme?
Political candidate contributions.
And Rick Ponzi Perry's is the biggest scam there is
Remember when he bragged about not being able to be bought for a mere 5k
last week in rebuttal to Bachmann?
Billions of contributions is what he said he gets.
Total Ponzi scheme
I get the feeling Perry is being pushed into being a candidate. Its
like he really doesn't want it. Anyway, Perry never said he wanted to
run for the presidency before any of the other candidates did.
I doubt it. Americans don't like Obama, but fortunately, they like
all the repug candidates even less.
Lets hope the polls keep telling us that.
Which "Poll" would that be??

Only thinks that licking rich people's boots is good, Panty.
Ok, so then you're in favor of abandoning the idea of funding your
moronic
welfare system through a regressive, anti-employment tax. Great. Any
particular reason why you weren't in favor of that decades ago?
No I'm not in favor of looting the rich to privilege people who want
free money.
I am in favor of greater economic egalitarianism as long as it's
achieved through
reducing the amount of unearned government money going to the rich
rather than
increasing the amount of earned private money coming from the rich.
A cite? From Bret?

Political candidate contributions.
How can ANY person who runs for the Presidency have any chance of winning,
"if" they do not raise a ton of money?

Well the people who created it didn't create it as an insurance
scheme
and the Supreme Court has specifically said that it's not.

Democratic Socialist! Like Sweden, Norway and Finland. You conservatives have
ruined America.

Yeah liar, I'm sure you were chanting "Friedman is right, end Social
Security"
in the eighties. I remember so well the hordes of leftists who
surrounded
the Reagan White House with signs saying "Let the poor off the SS
hook".
Get help.
Yeah liar, I'm sure you were chanting "Friedman is right, end Social
Yah, like Norway and Sweden are doing so well.
Norway has the highest standard of living in the world and 3.3% unemployment.
Sweden has 7.4 % unemployment and good benefits for those unemployed.
As usual, the conservative is unable to face reality.

Sorry, Sid, but you are wrong. I have espoused SS reform since before
Clinton stated:
"In 1960, there were 5.1 Americans working for every one person drawing
Social Security. In 1997, there's still 3.3 people working for every one
person drawing Social Security. In 2030, the year after the Social
Security trust fund supposedly will go broke unless we change something,
at present projected retirement rates -- that is, the presently
projected retirement age and same rates -- there will be two people
working for every one person drawing Social Security."

half right, I "Scotty" intend to see to it that NO Socialist like Obama
gets another chance to corrupt the Constitution as Obama has shown he
will do.
Socialists want to circumvent and ignore the constitution and install
Socialism and yet the constitution says we're a constitutional Republic
and NOT a Socialist Democracy.
The fact that Socialists want to ignore and circumvent the constitution,
shows how un American the Socialists are. Anyone that's NOT following
and committed to the constitution, and a government subservient to the
constitution, is NOT a true American.
The constitution allows you to change it, so if you want Socialism you
have to change the constitution to get it, if you choose to do it via
duplicity and subversion you deserve all the scorn and all the ire you get.
