Your article (I assume this is your website?) isn't 100% clear.
For instance, you say that

"Law enforcements failure to prosecute a crime with physical
evidence is a crime in and of itself."

Yet earlier you quote someone,

"I really feel for these people and I would like to help them,
but we just couldn’t find the evidence."

and

Gerald Lazar, head of psychiatry at LDS Hospital, said "he
has never been able to independently verify memories of
satanic ritual abuse."

Are you advocating that law enforcement start prosecuting people
now without evidence? That sounds as bad as the evil you assert
you want to overcome.

It seems like you are saying, "here's a person with multiple
personality disorder. MPD is always caused by horrible torture.
Therefore we will pick someone and prosecute them for this
crime which must have occurred." Who picks the lucky targets
of this program? You?

You obviously have an agenda here.

I wrote the article and I state the following very clearly:

1. Perps may not be prosecuted for murder but they can and should be
prosecuted for sexual abuse and other crimes.

2. These crimes would easily be determined by a simple medical exam.

3. The Victims all had multiple personality syndrome. Not common among
the general population.

4. The Joe Cannon & Deseret News conspired with Utah judges,
politicians and others to alienate and marginalize the victims.

5. The one case the press trumpeted was the one where the victim
forgave her perpetrators. The State should have gone forward with
prosecuting the perps but failed to do so.

Not so astute. I might just be bored, decided to tease the
looney...

What if they've committed murder? Can't prosecute them?
Why not?

How to rule out self-mutilation?

Are you sure that every victim gets MPD?
Are you sure that every MPD sufferer is a victim of abuse?
If so why? How do you know what you think you know?
It's not obvious to anyone else that these things are so.

You need more than your personal assertion to prove this.

I'll tell you a small part of my agenda: as a free American,
I want to preserve our freedom. I'm opposed to witch hunts,
convictions and punishments without fair trials, opinion and
desires substituted for evidence. But I'm in favor of nutcases
having their say. Oh, sweet liberty, how beautiful the babble
of thy babies!
