Doesn't matter ... they'd have a hyper-leftist on the court
who will last 25 years or so AND be able to select a new,
bearable, VP (soon to be POTUS) - a Dem Jerry Ford.

So as this fills TWO needs, neatly, BET it's what is going
to happen.
