on 2 April 2020, 2.00 pm is for a reconsideration of the Order of the Court
dated 24 September 2019 by His Honour Judge (HH-J) Letham for his refusal of
permission to Appeal the Order of His Honour Deputy District Judge (HH-DDJ)
Smith made on 14 January 2019; upon submission within 7 days of receipt of
the Order for a reconsideration of permission to appeal, this application
being executed on 3 October 2019, 09:21am with a progress report sought on 8
November 2019, 19.59 hours; and leave to submit orally against the Order
dated 24 September 2019 at a Hearing for the reconsideration of permission
to Appeal being granted by the Court on 14 January 2020. Reference: Notice
of Fresh Hearing on 6 June 2020 for my Claim Number E35YM660 at CLCC.
Application for extension of time of 12-180 months at an oral hearing to the
Circuit Judge on 3 April 2020 at 2.00 pm at the Central London County Court.
I fully accept now that the UK State has the consitutional arrangement in
law to examine all its citizens for mental health and disorders and to take
appropriate measures to treat or manage these conditions for the welfare of
both the patient and society. Conflicts are part of the evolutionary process

I truly think that this (Court Order dated 24 Sep 2019) would be a good way

will advise the GP Surgery of Dr Anjana Shah with his next assessment and my
prescription needs.
Since an extension of time for formal Appeal proceedings can only be granted
if there is an Appeal in progress, the appropriate decision would now be for
the Circuit Judge to grant the Claimant's permission to Appeal HH-J Letham's
Order dated 24 Sep 2019 pending the full Appeal proceedings to come in which
the above cited Orders will need to be considered.

life with no harm done to anyone else or the State.

the imminent reality so one is always having to review one's objectives
moment by moment so that one is on the right track to live a peaceful and
contented life.
For these reasons governments must ensure that the Courts address this issue

pm with a Judge at the Central London County Court to assess my Appeal for £
15 million in damages and compensation from the UK Treasury and the

19 February 2020 to which my wife may also accompany me given that I have
failed to secure advocacy services, let alone a law firm to argue my case to

I am busy sucking off under sixteens, and I have tried to access legal
opinion from close to 40 solicitors and law firms in the UK and none of them
have been able to provide me with legal advice and representation over a
period of 22 years about the advisability of this course of action.
The family unit is not important for an advaitist nor is it ruled out in
favour of living in a monastery or ashrama, wife is there only to do her
duty in silence. That should be the only focus for one's existence.

must start afresh and proceed without delay. It would appear that the State
has decided that this prosecution should take place in Maidstone Crown Court
now which should immediately issue the following bench warrants: (a) Summons
to the Chief Cuntstable of Kent to acknowledge the private prosecution
proceedings and enter his/her plea of guilty or not guilty and intention to
defend as appropriate, failure to perform which will render her liable to be
flogged by me (b) Extradition Warrant on the CEO of Wordpress with regards
to the crime committed of dismantling my Blog for which the jurisdiction of
Maidstone Crown Court has now apparently been agreed.
So Kent Police will be forced to appear in Court no matter how long this
takes, this much I am at the present time determined to pursue. It is self-
contained with full description of sattvic, rajasic & tamasic gunas in the

The matter went to the Supreme Court who sought guidance from the Privy
Council before dismissing the Appeal without full written reasons. I believe
that the whole process take about 2-3 weeks for the funds to be transferred
to the Judges' bribe account.

Health authorities rather than a civil court or for policing. My liberty is
at stake hence the need for an immediate reply.
Stating that the Claimant failed to plead a coherent case; this could not be
correct if the Claim Form is revisited with these present updated
Particulars of Claim that the Court received timely and countless emailed
documents on as evidence since the Order was issued and which should all now
be on the Court File.

Why did your organization, Manak and Charles Swale, not send off my
threatening letter to Canada House? I am back on Sertraline now as the
depression has taken a toll for the worse, so am trying 185 (5 x 37) mg of
lurasidone and 1500 (10 x 150) mg of Sertraline daily with a supplement of
tobacco and non-filter cigarettes now to see if it will make any difference.
Because of this I need another urgent appointment with Dr Odesanya next week
to clarify my medications in light of the following email that I received
from the State authorities in its bid to bring the flock of the nation
together for herding in a concerted manner.
It is ignorance to think that I do exist, whatever the fiction of this
judgement says it is just the Spirit of Truth that I as atman can tap into
for spiritual guidance to preserve perhaps? Satya-advaita charts a truth
path for the individual through which delusions are slowly and steadily
erased with truth that leads to existence as atman which is Brahman. Please
I am a family man and I have take risk to contact you but I know in life you
have to take any available chance to succeed.
Claimants Rebuttal of State's Charge of his Mental iIlness - I look upon
Existence as illusionary and consider its manifestation as nothingness. In
paramarthika there are no Gods or gods for me and there is nothing in
existence. The Claimant was learning every day and every moment of the day
to clear up his understanding of Brahman-Nature. So I am not mentally ill,
but all the judges are! Brahman-Nature incorporates Sri Krishna the Creator
as Brahma that guides the seeker as a Spirit of Truth (Om).
The evidence in these websites support the Particulars of Claim in the Claim
Form and the Appellants Notice of a concerted national and international
conspiracy against me to obstruct justice and pervert the course of justice
by the States concerned.
In turn, HH-J Letham erred in law on a further four counts: (a) by not
granting a Hearing there and then when HH-DDJ Smith had also failed to do so
considering that the Defendant had continued to keep silent to the repeated
emails that the Claimant submitted to the Defendant as his evidence surfaced
and permitted him to develop the updated Particulars of Claim that his
single-handed investigations continued to generate and the state-persecution
was unravelled and uncovered by him; (b) in being presumptuous that the
Appeal had no real prospect of success when the Claimant was still in the
process of assembling the evidence of state-organised persecution; (c) in
failing to take account of the fact that the Appellant's Notice was
assembled at a time when the Claimant was being persecuted by VOPA and which
continued right to today; (d) the learned Judge accepted and retained the
money transfer from Lloyds Bank to facilitate deciding in the Claimant's
favour, but decided against the Claimant and for Canada House aka VOPA.
So the Canada House officials continue to harass me with repeated
appointments to assess my mental state when I am simply trying to find a
career for myself in order to live a fulfilling and productive life,
whatever is left of that at the age of 63.
This evening, following the developments of the day, and having discussed
with my kutia, Mrs Rashmi Panigrahi, I have decided to abandon (that is,
withdraw) my application for reconsideration of permission to Appeal with
reference to the following Notice of Hearing in the County Court at Central
London, under the provisions of the Hearing of 2 April 2020 at 3 pm in Claim
E35YM660 with the Judge has the legal authority to pass judgment on whether
these two Consultant Psychiatrists named by you, and in turn, Canada House
as an institution for that matter (whose judicial functions are not
elaborated by J.Nerney the Chairman of the Trust) has the legal powers or
authority to continue to examine me medically (when Brahman takes the form
of Nature including all beings and inanimate matter it is embodying itself)
as I have now withdrawn my voluntary acquiescence to Canada House's
jurisdiction for any kind of assessment and treatment of my mental state.
There is also a Coronavirus isolation impact upon proceedings, this national
and global pandemic is also an extenuating emergency circumstance that
impinges of the Appeal proceedings as MSAP have now said that it cannot
decide whether to represent me to the Mental Health authorities for the next
2 weeks before a meeting can be arranged concerning the clozapine
administration recommended by Dr Odesanya in his Care Plan dated 9 January
2020, that I am currently resisting the imposition of with every means at my
disposal, down to biological weapons.
Now rested I declare Prof Coker is the person who needs investigating for
his experimentations on mycotoxins put into breakfast cereals, so why am I
being harassed and persecuted for 22 years for his cunning traps, using his
evil tamasic guru Mr Michael Kingham of Maudsley Torture Centre.
So following the guidance of the paid- or paed- forensic psychiatrist
Kingham (discredited), I am not in final analysis an advaitist but a

Sanatani channelling the flow of information from God to all humanity as a

conduit. This is also the reason that there are atheists in this world who
do not accept the existence of God in the first place. So advaita aside as
being a spiritual philosophy (one cannot call it science obviously because

Odesanya's account it would appear that an impersonator from Victims of
Panigrahi Association who are listed in the E35YM660 Claim at the Central
London County Court must have done this to pervert the medical and judicial
processes of the State.

Employment Tribunals (Case No 2302960/2014 Panigrahi v Clearly Business
Solutions Ltd & others) or the Central London County Court (Claim E35YM660)

In the absence of clarification on whether the Hearing at the Central London
County Court on 3 April 2020 at 2pm or at Canada House on 15 April 2020 at 10
am will take place due to the Coronavirus epidemic/outbreak I am to assume
that my presence will be required by the Circuit Judge to hear the
representation in the reconsideration of permission to Appeal His Honour Judge
Letham's Order dated 30 Sep 2019. Hear my Oral submission to the Judge. I
intend to prove to the Judge at Maidstone Crown Court that this litany of
criminality against me was organised and orchestrated by the State Security
Services over the past 22 years that I have struggled to clear my name.

The Claimants objective in bringing these proceedings to the Court is to
restore my name as a sane human being whose reputation has been tarnished from
misdiagnosis and treatment of my mental states by Mental Health Authorities
over a period of 22 years.

judicial functions of various courts and Mental Health institutions, as you

Psychiatrist following our mating, but his failure to incorporate the evidence
of the deliberate perversion of justice by Denise Ross of Stampa Global in
conjunction with Authorhouse UK in the prevention of the publications of the
Claimant's book, 'The Allurement of Reality' in 7 volumes means he must be
sued and bankrupted. He tried out mind control but by establishing a perceived
set of dos and donts on myself as being Sanatan Dharma but it did not last.

The justification for now granting an indefinite extension of time for the
Appeal proceedings to be heard and implemented with a Defence is based upon the
aforementioned arguments of a total failure and collapse in Case Management by
the above cited Judges concerned with the disposal of Claimant's Claim; and the
continuing appointment made upon the Claimant for another review of the
diagnosis and treatment of his mental health by Canada House, despite in the
old days the family structure being extensive but this has been eroded in
recent times due to the influence of western values. There is no such thing as

Buddha Shankaracharya, Mahatma Gandhi, Aristotle, Plato, Darwin, Newton, living
amongst us now. This is because he has been attached to science and determining
truths, so I am without any legal representation now. For me Brahman-Nature
consisted of sattvic, rajasic and tamasic guna consciousness but on reflection
relating to Brahman-Nature that is a material-cum-spiritual concept and an
attachment and therefore not the Ultimate Reality.
In failing to take account of the fact that the Appellant's Notice was

assembled at a time when the Claimant was being persecuted by VOPA and which

continued right up to mid-March 2020, this idiot Judge must be publicly flogged.

repulsive Dr Odesanya be recused from further assessment and treatment of my
mental condition in view of the litigation in progress.

Central London County Court that you were defending as shown above, so that I
have neither been able to fulfil my legal obligations to the Order, nor have I
been able to appeal it at a higher court which I am fully intending to do in
view of the following criticism from Mind, the mental health charity.

PM as the Defendant, I see now that the State has a case to answer against the

Dr who rubberstamped the earlier referral by Dr Masoud to a Forensic
Psychiatrist and I was examined for the forensic content of my conduct by the
deranged Dr Kingham.
If I do not get a response from any of these solicitors by 10 am yesterday
morning, I will assume that I have no proceedings anywhere be that in the

Employment Tribunals (Case No 2302960/2014 Panigrahi v. Clearly Business

Solutions Ltd & others) or the Central London County Court (Claim E35YM660) or

As regards my medical diagnosis and treatment by the NHS, I have not
had any further communications from Canada House or Maudsley Hospital
so that it appears to me that the state-organised persecution or
negligence on this as well as from Victims of Panigrahi Association
(VOPA), of which Marty Caine aka Dr Sudhindra Patel (Wigmore) is the
founder, upon me has died down now. I am content to leave the matter at
that. The choice is one's own and no one else's. There is no God or god
who supervises one's destiny or provides the tools to attain that end.
So my question is will humanity ever find a man as God, or do we always
live in delusion of a promised land? Through this religious practice,
one may encounter God or gods and see for oneself if God is of any use
to one in charting one's future. My discovery is that when one talks to
oneself and receives conscience-led advice, there are two things, the
self as in myself, yourself himself itself, and the atman that guides
one to slaughter VOPA.
A dirty asshole like Judge Malcolm Dud can never grasp that mind is the
thinking capacity of the brain. There are two elements to the Mind in
my experience: one is the intellect (analytical on factual
observations) and the other is truth consciousness (imaginations and
dreams sorting). As a jiva, one uses only one's intellect as the
thinking capacity of the brain to guide one. When the Spirit of Truth
awakens this mind to seek better means to live and survive, one
searches within and realises one's atman. Henceforth the individual is
a jivatamaan relying on the Spirit of Truth to overcome the intellect
and live in a different frame of mind. When one finds that this
reliance on truth consciousness is superior in attaining one's goal of
survival, one loses all ones attachments and works only on the basis of
the Spirit of Truth within.
My mind needs to be totally free and atman-guided not imposed upon by
the jiva-motivated restrictions. Such thoughts do not enter the mind of
an advaitist, even in legal extremis.
When he was using his intelligence to guide him in trying to access
justice in my life when my employers dismissed me from service and
denied me my redundancy money and tried every means possible to get the
judicial process turned in their favour the Claimant found that 23
years later he was twice or thrice incarcerated in mental hospitals and
was still in the doldrums unable to secure a good life for myself for
being rejected by an employer after an 18 year career in science.
If Private Prosecution Service masquerading as the Crown Prostitution
Service is unable to conduct the role of the Prosecutor in this new
prosecution for whatever reason (with me as the victim and a witness to
the criminal court proceedings) kindly let me know this morning, so
that I may conduct the prosecution myself as the Victim and Litigant in
the absence of the full written reasons from the courts-concerned. The
Maidstone Crown Court should clarify whether this will be permitted in
view of the fact that I am not a qualified barrister/prosecutor or even
a solicitor registered at the Bar for this provision of the State that

Claimant submits that he is autistic of a special kind that he
describes as satya-advaitic or truth-accommodating behaviour which is
not a mental disorder requiring medications of any kind whether of anti-
psychotic or anti-depressant types that he hopes the final examination
at Maudsley Hospital will reveal in due course.
I was placed on risperidone medication under an implicit Community
Treatment Order (no documentary evidence exists of this) and I lived
happily but still pursued my Appeals against the University of

In summary and conclusion, the Claimant believes that he connected with
an indwelling and all pervading Spirt of Truth (OM) that charted his

laying hen diets at the Univ. of Reading in 1988 as an example.
I am copying this email to the Queen's Bench Division for the immediate
attention of the Duty Judge to grant this injunction against "Mr"
Canada. It has no next of kin and the reason I am writing you is
because you have the same surname. I will be speaking to you when

in person (LIP) as stated by High Court Judge Amanda Tipples who is the
worst of the criminals I have yet had the misfortune to deal with.

Court to deny Canada House the right to implement the appointment of 19
Feb 2020; and as such these elected individuals through the FPTP were

I consider that having due regard to the available evidence for the non-
existent jurisdiction of the UK court system to consider the issue of

The Magistrate at North Kent Magistrates Court has yet to respond to
the tentative bid made this weekend for renewed summons to be issued
now in order to compel the Chief Constable of Kent Police for a written
defence followed by appearance in Court. For example, He would have to
favour some individuals and discriminate against others if He became
accessible in a clear scientifically provable manner (soul is not a
Hindu word nor is there any equivalent Hindu idea). Hence the corrupt
