Majority in Poll Back Employees in Public Sector Unions
By MICHAEL COOPER and MEGAN THEE-BRENAN
As labor battles erupt in state capitals around the nation, a majority
of Americans say they oppose efforts to weaken the collective
bargaining rights of public employee unions and are also against
cutting the pay or benefits of public workers to reduce state budget
deficits, according to the latest New York Times/CBS News poll.
..................................................................................
Americans oppose weakening the bargaining rights of public employee
unions by a margin of nearly two to one: 60 percent to 33 percent.
While a slim majority of Republicans favored taking away some
bargaining rights, they were outnumbered by large majorities of
Democrats and independents who said they opposed weakening them.

How about we all vote for...
- forcing the qualified teachers into more lucrative private-sector
jobs
- defunding the tsunami warning system.
Pay more for government or pay a lot more for private corporations.

2.
to withdraw financial support from: Many university programs were

Oh, and your link is to the GOP budget proposal. I realize you're one of
the few right wingers smart enough to be embarrassed by that, but own it,
bubbles; don't try to lie your way out of it.

Duuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhh.................
Why are you so fucking stupid??????????
The GOP proposal DOES NOT reduce funding for the tsunami warning
system. What to cut, where, and how much was decided by NOAA.......
Why does it utterly fail to surprise that you've never heard of

So you admit the GOP doesn't have the faintest clue what damage their
budget cuts are doing.
Thank you, bubbles. You may sit down now.
What part of "Libertaria ain't breaking out" do you NOT unnerstand?

I fixed the subject for you.
No thanks needed.
Ah, another racist joins the group(s)!
I've never seen spontaneous freedom like you describe... it took our
freedom many years to develop only after the years and years of
revolution and it took a lot deaths to win it.
What planet do you live on?
Why you are so eager to give away "freedom" that took so much to win.
Anti-gummint fantasytarians are always daydreaming about it.
Tim McVeigh thought he could trigger an outbreak of Libertaria by
blowing up a federal building.
The corp. sponsored mainstream media encourage this fantasy by
claiming the "the revolution was televised" in Egypt.
Revolutions are _never_ televised because they are purely
intellectual.

With the great exception of slavery, that is most definitely worng.
As Tocqueville pointed out, the great difference between the French
Revolutionaries and the Revolutionary Americans is that the Americans
were "born free."
Today's looneytarians are born in such a servitude, however, they call
despotism "freedom" and taxation with representation "slavery."
