And the people of the deep state who are behind all of these prosecutions of Trump know that at
least some of these decisions will be overturned but it doesn't matter because the goal is to keep
Trump tied up in litigation so it's difficult for him to run a campaign and at the same time
bankrupt his business.

I love how Biden accuses Putin of killing his opposition when Biden and the deep state are
effectively doing the same thing with Trump. Stopping just short of actually killing him of course.

Shut up, pussy. We all know it exists. Using a euphemism is all we have to call
it, but you know damn well, there are people who control everything the
government does and says.

AlleyCat is one of the several people who dominate Rudy on a daily basis,
keeping their bootheels on his little pencil neck to the amusement of all.

Rudy's psychosis is characterized by an impaired relationship with reality.
It's a symptom of serious mental disorders. People who are experiencing
psychosis may have delusions.

The person experiencing psychosis may also have thoughts that are contrary to
actual EVIDENCE.

These thoughts are known as delusions. Some people with psychosis may also
experience loss of motivation and social withdrawal.

(like spending ALL day on Usenet, instead of socially interacting)

These experiences can be frightening. They may also cause people who are
experiencing psychosis to hurt themselves or others.

"I can kill you with one hand. You know this."

"Thanks for kicking my faggot ass."

"I've beaten you to a bloody pulp"

"... you you no-fight faggot."

"Kicked your flabby faggot ass again. Yes."

It's important to see a doctor right away if you or someone you know is
experiencing symptoms of psychosis.

Symptoms of psychosis include:

depressed mood
sleeping too much or not enough
anxiety
suspiciousness
withdrawal from family and friends
delusions
disorganized speech, such as switching topics erratically
depression
suicidal thoughts or actions

A delusion is a false belief or impression that is firmly held even though it's
contradicted by reality and what is commonly considered true. There are
delusions of paranoia, grandiose delusions, and somatic delusions.

People who are experiencing a delusion of paranoia might think that they are
being followed when they aren't or that secret messages are being sent to them.
Someone with a grandiose delusion will have an exaggerated sense of importance.
Somatic delusion is when a person believes they have a terminal illness, but in
reality they're healthy.

But when a long train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same
object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their
right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new
guards for their future Security.

=====

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to
Dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to
Assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which
The laws of nature and of nature's god entitle them, a decent respect to the
Opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel
Them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that
They are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among
These are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that to secure these
Rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from
The consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes
Destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish
It, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles,
And organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to
Effect their safety and happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient
Causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more
Disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by
Abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of Abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same
object, evinces a design To reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their
right, it is their duty, To throw off such government, and to provide new
guards for their future Security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these
colonies; and such is Now the necessity which constrains them to alter their
former systems of Government. The history of the present king of great-Britain
is a history of Repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object
the Establishment of an absolute tyranny over these states. To prove this, let
Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his assent to laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the
Public good.

He has forbidden his governors to pass laws of immediate and pressing
Importance, unless suspended in their operation till his assent should be
Obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.

He has refused to pass other laws for the accommodation of large districts of
People, unless those people would relinquish the right of representation in the
Legislature, a right inestimable to them, and formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and
Distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of
Fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.

He has dissolved representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly
Firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be
Elected; whereby the legislative powers, incapable of annihilation, have
Returned to the people at large for their exercise; the state remaining in the
Mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions
Within.

He has endeavored to prevent the population of these states; for that purpose
Obstructing the laws for naturalization of foreigners; refusing to pass others
To encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new
Appropriations of lands.

He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws
For establishing judiciary powers.

He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their
Offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers
To harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies, without the consent
Of our legislatures.

He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to the civil
Power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our
Constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts
Of pretended legislation:

For quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:

For protecting them, by a mock trial, from punishment for any murders which
They should commit on the inhabitants of these states:

For cutting off our trade with all parts of the world:

For imposing taxes on us without our consent:

For depriving us, in many cases, of the benefits of trial by jury:

For transporting us beyond seas to be tried for pretended offenses:

For abolishing the free system of English laws in a neighboring province,
Establishing therein an arbitrary government, and enlarging its boundaries, so
As to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same
Absolute rule into these colonies:

For taking away our charters, abolishing our most valuable laws, and altering
Fundamentally the forms of our governments:

For suspending our own legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with
Power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.

He has abdicated government here, by declaring us out of his protection and
Waging war against us.

He has plundered our seas, ravaged our coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed
The lives of our people.

He is, at this time, transporting large armies of foreign mercenaries to
Complete the works of death, desolation, and tyranny, already begun with
Circumstances of cruelty and perfidy, scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous
Ages, and totally unworthy the head of a civilized nation.

He has constrained our fellow citizens taken captive on the high seas to bear
Arms against their country, to become the executioners of their friends and
Brethren, or to fall themselves by their hands.

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring
On the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known
Rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction, of all ages, sexes and
Conditions.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most
Humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated
Injury. A prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define
A tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned
Them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an
Unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances
Of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice
And magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to
Disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections
And correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of
Consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces
Our separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, enemies in war,
In peace, friends.

We, therefore, the representatives of the united states of America, in general
Congress, assembled, appealing to the supreme judge of the world for the
Rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good
People of these colonies, solemnly publish and declare, that these united
Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent states; that they
Are absolved from all allegiance to the British crown, and that all political
Connection between them and the state of great-Britain, is and ought to be
Totally dissolved; and that as free and independent states, they have full
Power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce, and
To do all other acts and things which independent states may of right do. And
For the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of
Divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes,
And our sacred honor.

Biden could even *remotely* be credited for is the Jansix charges brought by his Justice

As I understand it, he can't appeal without first putting the judgment into escrow. If he
loses his appeal, the court then awards the escrow to the plaintiff.

Trump is a ruthless business man no doubt. And while I don't agree to him using his power to
basically bury his adversaries, what has he done that is against the law?
All rich and powerful tie things up in order to win cases.
Why hasn't Trump been charged till now?
Surely Marxist Mayor DeBlasio hated Trump so why no investigations back then?

Sure he is.
Do you think Fanni Willis and team's visit to the White House was for a phot op?
Do you think investigations into mayor Adams just happened to surface after Adams called out Joe
Biden?

Joe Biden has weaponized the deep state to destroy his opponents and send a message to the voters.
It's so obvious because it is at an extreme level.

Of course Joe Biden isn't taking anyone to court but his puppet masters and administration is
doing the dirty work.
Joe Biden isn't capable of reading a teleprompter without screwing it up.

No lies.
Open your eyes and stop singing the same tune CNN sings.
You are part of the same people who claimed the laptop was fake, the Russian collusion issue was
real and many other lies.
How did those work out for you?
In part they got Biden elected so I guess that was a win however the real truth was exposed and of
course the left and media didn't even attempt to dispute that because they knew all along these
were nothing burgers but since they accomplished their goal they dropped them like a hot potato.

You mean other than fraud and other than campaign finance violations (hush
money) and other than illegal efforts to overturn the election and other than
illegally taking national security documents and other than engaging in
obstruction of justice regarding the recovery of those documents? Well, maybe
not too much that was against the law...other than those.

I agree that this one was a sham and he paid up and it's done.
I'm sure there is more to it, but whatever.

Recent.

Recent and this hasn't been adjudicated yet.

Thus, both influenced by the Biden administration.

Baloney.
By the same token I can ask why it took the FBI years to investigate Hunter?
Only that was done on purpose to protect the Biden's.
Deep state again.

But it shows that he DOES commit crimes. Agreed?

Yes, it's recent, but the question was:

"what has he done that is against the law?"

And it now appears you want to excuse him for this because it's "recent"
while excusing him for Trump University because it's not.

An allegation without any foundation.

Trump isn't in trouble for taking documents, he's in trouble for refusing to return them,
lying about them and hiding them.

Biden didn't do any of those so stuff you 2 tiers where the sun don't shine, baby.

*laughs and points*
He did it. We know he did it. We sat there in our living rooms and watched the criminal
do it. This is not Russia and he is not Vladimir Putin.

Seeking justice, yes.

The FBI is investigating now? They must not have found anything on the *real* laptop or
they'd have indicted him already.

>Only that was done on purpose to protect the Biden's.

That was done to frame the Biden's. The whole laptop story is a right wing concoction and
you know it, so stop lying about it.

Truth, justice and the American way. Things the current extreme right wants nothing to do
with.

Yes, you did.

The charge is that he used campaign funds to pay her off.

Also from that Newseek report on a Quinnipiac survey . . .

"However, that same survey also found a broader range of negative sentiment toward Trump
elsewhere.

"Most felt he should not be allowed to run for president in 2024 if criminal charges were
brought against him, with a majority of respondents thinking those charges were very or
somewhat serious."

""Yes, say Americans, it was all about him and not the country's well-being when Trump
proclaimed he was targeted for arrest," said Quinnipiac University polling analyst Tim
Malloy. "And, yes he should be forever banished from office if he is charged as a
criminal.""

It's called "partisan hypocrisy".
He should be forgiven because that happened *years* ago.
That happened just recently so it doesn't count.

Indeed. Trump's own appointed judges and government officials have testified against him
and done their jobs competently at a time when Trump wanted loyalty and lies.

More partisan two facedness.
He couldn't be investigated while he was President.
The investigation that started after he left office took too long.

Listen, asshat, the GOP spent thirty years trying to find enough dirt on a Clinton to get
a conviction. For *anything*, they weren't picky, they didn't care, they just wanted to
find some blatant, intentional wrong doing and they failed UTTERLY.

Yet it took only two years to find 91 indictments against Trump and that doesn't even
count all the civil suits he's lost and will continue to lose. Nor does it count all the
suits against right wing media for supporting him with blatant, intentional lies.
