Hello,
americans need this law book that I published on AMAZON. North America has a shorter history than Europe, mainly because North America has not enacted this law in its national law book. If people learn this law, their city could survive the next atomic nuke war. Rome city, where this law was written, is an eternal city. I believe, that Munich city is an eternal city, either.
