Submitted by Gun Owners of America,

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is set to
release its final rule on Braced firearms later this month. "

*Amendment II*
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free
State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be
infringed.

I read it again, and I still don't see any delegated powers to the
United States in that Amendment that allow the ATF or any part of the
United States Jurisdiction to legislate or make laws or regulations on
or pertaining to the "RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE" to Keep and bear "arms".

And the FACT THAT IT SAYS "the right of the people" also denied that
power to the individual States. Making "arms" regulation a violation of
the constitution by the several States laws and by the United States laws.

It's nice that they care enough to be willing to micromanage my life for
me... but I think the Politicians are under the misconception that they
have the authoritarian power to do, what they are doing.
