An AP report via Fox Nation claims that although the FBI has
identified five men believed to have been behind the September 11
Benghazi attacks, those men remain free because President Barack Obama
will not allow the military to seize them.

According to the report, the FBI says it has evidence sufficient to
support seizing the men as "suspected terrorists." Yet because such an
action would have to be carried out by the military, Obama appears
unwilling to authorize it.

Therefore, for the time being, the men are free while the FBI seeks
enough additional evidence to clear a higher legal hurdle--which means
"gathering enough proof to try them in a U.S. civilian court."
According to the AP, that is what "the Obama administration prefers."

“What happened in Benghazi is a tragedy. We’re investigating exactly
what happened. I take full responsibility for that fact. I send these
folks in harm’s way, I want to make sure they’re always safe and when
that doesn't happen, that we figure out what happened and make sure
that doesn't happen again. But my biggest priority now is bringing
those folks to justice and I think the American people have seen
that’s a commitment I'll always keep.”

Could it be that:

1. The report is bullshit?

-- or --

2. Maybe it's best to let them roam free so they can lead us to their
associates?

And, could it be you are too fucking stupid to understand???

Wow, an Associated Press report critical of Obama is bullshit? Seems
unlikely from a news organization that helped get him elected. Let
them roam free so they can lead us... what? Like Obama let Osama roam
free?

You bring up a good point though that most people miss. Obama killed
Osama when he easily could have captured him. Osama was up there in
his jammies! But all that inside knowledge of al Qaeda is gone.
Obama doesn't want terrorist prisoners or "detainees" they are too
messy and disruptive to his pollyanic notions of civilian crimes and
combat actions.

Obama will delay delay and do any tap dance he can to avoid capturing
the Benghazi terrorists. That would ensure his entire term would be
consumed with Benghazi, and it might be anyway. Every question would
be "what did the Benghazi prisoners say today?" "Have the Benghazi
prisoners been given Korans?" "Will they be tried in a military or
civilian court?" Same crap he had to put up with for Khalid Sheikh
Mohammed. Except multiplied times five! No, these five suspects will
either turn up dead (and all their intel along with them) or never be
touched.
