Red herring. It doesn't have to be "treason" for it to be an impeachable offense.

Yes, it is an impeachable offense. Impeachable offenses do not have to be
crimes, although usually they are.

Sloppily handling top secret documents is a high crime and misdemeanor. The
expression "high crimes and misdemeanors" in the impeachment clause is not, of
course, limited to statutory crimes.

If Trump had gone over to the Treasury department in the dead of night and
sprayed all the shrubbery around it with Round-Up and killed it, that would be a
crime, but not impeachable. If he carelessly left top secret documents lying
around where his worthless no-foreskin son-in-law could find them, take them and
sell them to Saudi Arabia, Trump's slovenly handling of the documents would not
be a crime, but it *absolutely* would be an impeachable offense.

Shut up about the Constitution, you stupid HIV+ cocksucking fuck. You don't
know a thing about it.

You mean like Joe Biden meddling in Ukraine politics for $$$
deposited into his / Hunter's bank accounts?

Is that why the FBI is not investigating Hunter because they are
getting a piece of the action?

You mean like Obama and Hillary laundering Uranium through Canada to
Russia for $$$ ?

Those kinds of impeachable offenses?
