A formal request for tax exemption.
I must state prior that I oppose all forms of political, religious and
economic freedom as currently defined in Capitalist states. Under a
Communist system there would be no money and therefore no need for any form
of taxation and therefore no need for any form of tax free status; all
citizens would be essentially 'money' free and consequently tax free;
however since the UK Charity Commission is in the habit of allowing tax free
status to neo-nazi Capitalist military cults (i.e., the Moon cult a/k/a
HSAUWC, a/k/a the Unification Church, a military cult and a registered UK
charity), I believe that this places militant Communists at a disadvantage
with regards to raising military finance for both propaganda war (education)
and actual revolutionary war against Capitalism. If those who evangelise the
religion of Capitalism and anti-Semitism in the name of a Jewish Communist
of 2000 years ago can be considered for tax exempt status, it is only fair
to those who are militant economic Communists (i.e., the true religion of
Christ) have the same opportunity for tax exemption under religious,
educational and military grounds.
This application makes the argument that if a Capitalist invocation of
Christ can have tax free status, then Communist invocations of Christ should
be able to have tax free status also (i.e., all Communists, Anarchists,
Muslims and anti-Capitalist citizens), and in this respect I refer to
myself; otherwise this begs the question: ' Why the double standard?' The
law is clearly 'imbecilic,' with regards to charity laws and the Terrorist
Act, since it allows tax exemption for Capitalist terrorist organisations
that utilise the name of Christ; however the legal system has a
responsibility to treat all citizens equally, and in making this
application, I merely wish to set a precedent for all those who are devoted
to the religion of Christ (militant Revolutionary Communism) to be treated
equally to those who declare themselves to be Capitalist invocations of
Christ.
I currently consider 'Sword of Justice' legally tax exempt, and as I
understand the current UK legislation, non-profit organisations may be
classed as tax exempt 'without' registration as detailed in CC23 - (exempt
charities) which are involved in A: 'promoting the efficiency of the armed
services' B: non-profit organisations for the advancement of religion.
In respect of Communism, which is clearly the world's largest religion, A, B
are both valid, and consequently Sword of Justice has existed tax free since
Sept 2000. In the past one and a half years where I have refused to pay any
form of VAT, income tax and national insurance contributions; however since
this matter is currently being disputed by the Inland Revenue and the HM
Customs and Excise, both of which are clearly guilty of conspiracy to
protect Capitalist narco-terrorist organisation such as the military
division of the Freemasons (the CIA), I wish to further this matter and make
a more formal application for tax free status, though as I understand it, I
am not required by law to do so, since 'Sword of Justice' clearly exists for
the purposes of both promoting the efficiency of the armed services and the
advancement of the religion of Communism and this fact can be substantiated
by a great many witnesses to my propaganda and military finance campaigns.

HSAUWC (Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity),

to the implementation of this legislation, due to separate legislation that
allows terrorist organisations such as the Moon cult to claim immunity from
prosecution under legislation that protects religious and political freedom

freedom is a complex matter, let me state the following.
It is my belief that the Moon cult violates UK in a number of areas with
regards to foreign military organisations and the UK anti-terrorist act.

to be married and all ideological opponents of his military cult. Despite

this does not apply to members of his family and the upper levels of his
cult.
B: Moon was involved in the neo-nazi Bolivian Cocaine Coup (see

multi-million dollar financing of the 'Contra (lit: 'against')' terrorists
of Nicaragua who engaged in a CIA backed military campaign against the
Nicaraguan government. In both cases, the intention was Capitalist
revolution and both cases were associated with death, torture,
assassination, extra judicial execution and acts of terrorism.

With respect to the following foreign organisations:
A: the CIA, B: The Moon cult (HSAUWC), C: The National Socialist Party
(a/k/a the 'Nazis), D: The Freemasons, there is sufficient evidence to
prosecute all of the above organisations as militant Capitalist terrorist
organisations, for activities whether foreign or domestic; i.e., evidence of
terrorist acts committed overseas may be introduced into British courts when
considering illegality; however attempts to bring prosecutions of the above
organisations in British courts have not been heeded, nor assisted by the
police, nor have requests for prosecutions regarding their terrorism been
passed to the Crown Prosecution Service. I have found that the British
police refuse to take crime reports or accept evidence on terrorist
organisations of a Capitalist nature. In the case of the Moon cult, for
example, the British Charity Commission has refused to revoke their tax free
status despite formal protests from anti-cultists including from myself
(Mars), and it is clear that the UK Charity Commission and the British
police are guilty themselves of conspiracy to harbour and protect known and
provable terrorist organisations (i.e., HSAUWC) from criminal prosecution.
Since the justification for this is allegedly 'political and religious
freedom (sic),' the anti-Communist HSAUWC's tax free status constitutes a
unfair advantage to political religious and military organisations that are
committed militarily, politically and religiously to revolutionary war
against Capitalism, and I would include militant Islam in this respect. It
is clear from the historical record that the prophet Mohammad executed the
money lenders of his age for Usury and that one cannot be a Muslim or a
Communist without militant opposition to the crime of militant Capitalism
and usury (banking). Mohammad's revolution against Mecca was not bloodless
and indeed both Islam and Communism have nothing to do with pacifism. Indeed
it is as much the religious duty of Muslims as it is of all Communists to

Capitalist terrorist organisation whose founder claims to be a Capitalist
interpretation of Christ and the Imam Amadhi of Isalm, and who calls for the
execution of all Communists and who intends to purify the daughters of Islam
by sexual purification, it is in the interest of fairness under UK political
and religious freedom laws for the Charity Commission to grant tax free
status to all adherents who are committed to the one true religion of
economic Communism, and to allow tax free status also to organisations
which adhere to the militant Islam of the prophet Mohammad. One cannot serve
God and Capitalism, and one cannot be a Muslim unless one is willing to take
up war (Al Jihad) against Capitalism and those tho invoke the name of
Mohammad for the purposes of militant Capitalism and sex slavery.
With regards to whether 'Sword of Justice' is governed by UK law, it is
suffice to say that I would consider 'Sword of Justice' to exist for the
purposes of promoting anarchist and revolutionary non-compliance with UK law
in the same manner as the precedent set by overtly Capitalist terrorist
organisations such as the Moon cult (HSAUWC), the CIA, the Freemasons, and
the NSP (Nazis). It is not possible to obey the religious laws of the Koran,
for example, with regards to the executions of Capitalists and the
crucifixions of those who wage war against Islam, 'and' to obey current
British law; nor is it possible to advance Communist Revolutionary war as a
pacifist. Moon, as a non-pacifist Capitalist terrorist interpretation of
Christ holds that his words should serve as law. In the meantime, until this
happens, the Moon cult is clearly in violation of the Terrorist Act 2000
with respect to his global terrorism and is in violation of UK law. Suffice
to say, 'Sword of Justice' will attempt to violate UK law in the same manner
as the Moon cult which currently has charity status, and the CIA and the NSP
(Nazi Party) and I feel that this should therefore not prejudice this
application in any way, since if Moon and other militant Capitalist cults
are granted tax free status despite being in clear violation of UK
Terrorisst legislation, militant anti-Capitalist religions should also be
granted tax free status in all fairness.
With regards to the laws concerning political and religious freedom (sic).
if one take the precedents of HSAUWC, the CIA narco-terrorists (The Masonic
cult) and the NSP (the Nazi Party), it may be the case that we are all
within the law, if propagating violent religious and political militarism is
considered legal, so with respect to the Terrorist Act 2000, the 'Sword of
Justice' intends to obey (or disobey) the law in the same manner as the Moon
cult, NSP, CIA and other evangelical Capitalist organisations dedicated to
world Capitalist revolution, but with regards to world Communist Revolution.
In summary, if the Moon cult is not considered illegible for prosecution
under the Anti-terrorist Act 2000 due to his claims to be the Capitalist
version of Christ, under religious freedom legislation, my answer to this
question could be considered 'Yes.' However if at some future time, Moon,
the CIA, the NSP and the Freemason cult are prosecuted, then the answer to
this question should be No.

One person in a religion is possible. If two persons join a religion, both
are fools. It is not possible to have more than one person in submission to
one's God and the law should clearly reflect this, and only my opinion
matters with regards to this.

in 91, Sword of Justice will attempt to source military technology to
compete with this and to advance Communist guerrilla war against the Moon
cult and their Capitalist Masonic allies in the US Britain and in all

exists for the purposes of educating the armed forces of the world and
preparing them for total war against Capitalism, and which will be
distributed to all London Ambassadors, News Agencies and religious
organisations on a monthly or occasional basis.

Raising military finance for world Communist Revolution and total Jihad
(holy war) against Capitalism.
ACTIVITIES TO FURTHER OBJECT THREE
Since Moon's religious charities appear to exist in order to fundraise for
arm's manufacturing and in preparation for war of Armageddon against what
Moon terms the 'religion of the Antichrist' (i.e., Communism), it is
currently unfair that both the Islamic and Communist militia do not have tax
free status, and sword of justice will campaign for other anti-Capitalist
military religions to receive the same tax free status.
Sword of Justice will also be seeking to encourage all citizens to refuse to
pay taxes, VAT and national insurance contributions in protest against the
police's refusal to prosecute the CIA narco-terrorists, the NSP and the Moon
cult.
My current demands
All US military must go. All allies of the CIA must face prosecution for
conspiracy to collaborate with a known narcotics trafficker and militant
Capitalist terrorist organisation.
Should this fail to happen, US and US allies military bases in the UK and
overseas must be removed by nuclear detonations in the upcoming final war of
Armageddon between Capitalism and anti-Capitalism. This will be, as
predicted, a nuclear guerrilla war by the seven apocalyptic 'angels' (sic)
of Armageddon and their underground armies which will bring a series of
curses of Capitalism, until Capitalism's economic slaves are freed; as it
was in the days of Pharaoh.
Resistance is futile. Capitalism must surrender or face total war.

FUNDING
QUESTION 11: How has the organisation raised its funds and how does it
intend to raise funds in future?
Primarily negotiating sales of narcotics, radioactive materials including
Plutonium, and germ warfare viruses (and education in their production and
usage) in Eastern Europe for the Communist and Islamic militia; however
this merely involves introducing buyers to sellers and none of these
materials will be stored in our London premises, nor will be storing any
kind of conventional weapons, nor encouraging their use since the Masonic
(CIA) militia and the Moon cult cannot be fought with conventional weapons.
One must fight fire with fire and utilise the same methods and weaponry as
the enemy
Since the CIA is currently the world largest narcotics trafficker, for
example and the Moon cult is a known drugs money launderer which was
involved in the Bolivian Cocaine coup, and since this money is converted to
militarism, this puts the Communist and Islamic militia at an unfair
advantage.
Since no prosecutions have been initiated against the CIA narco-terrorists
and the Moon cult, Sword of Justice similarly will engage in narcotics
trafficking and covert arms sales in order to finance its activities, and
would demand the same rights in law as the CIA and the Moon cult, and the
same immunity from prosecution. I must point out that any purchases or sales
of germ warfare viruses or radioactive materials will be for religious
purposes only. There is only one true religion; one final solution: economic
Communism.
In the past funds were raised through various business activities. Since
Sword of Justice has existed as a tax exempt organisation since Sept 2000, I
have utilised money that should have been used for the payment of VAT,
income tax and national insurance contributions to finance Communist
propaganda war, tax free. What is good for the CIA narco-terrorists and the
Moon cult, must be good for the advancement of total war against Capitalism.
Sword of Justice further intends to raise private prosecutions against
individuals in the HM Customs, HM Inspector of Taxes, the police, military,
legislature and judiciary for conspiracy to protect known militant
Capitalist narco-terrorist organisations such as the CIA from prosecution
and to initiate propaganda campaigns for the elimination of all cult
devotees of the Freemasons from the police, military and government until
such times a proletarian government can arrange their execution.
Other forms of funding: charity scams
It should be noted that Moon's terrorist organisation utilised the sale of
charity magazines for many years in the UK. These magazines were titled 'One
World' and on the covers of these magazines were predominately photographs
depicting African children in poverty. Witnesses can be brought to court to
testify that funds raised in this manner for overseas missionary work (sic)
were used for personal living expenses of cult leaders in the UK, including
the purchase of Rolls Royce motor vehicles and the financing of 'Saeilo'
engineering run by Moon cult devotee, Martin Warner. 'Saeilo' is a division
of the Korean 'Tongil Arms' which sold industrial lathes for the cutting of
gun barrels to the UK arms industry. Since the Charity Commission and the
British police have refused to intervene in this matter, it is only fair
that the Communist militia have the same opportunity, and for this purpose,
I intend to publish a magazine entitled, 'Masonic Charities monthly' and to
claim to be raising funds for Masonic and police charities. All funds will
be diverted to Eastern Europe for the purposes of acquiring non-conventional
weapons and a fleet of 40 Russian military submarines for the purposes if
initiating war of Armageddon against the CIA and the Moon cult and all
nations which offer them protection from prosecution and where their cults
have a presence.
Further Sword of Justice intends to sell Papal Indulgencies. This is
practiced by the Moon cult and involves the sale of worthless works of art
and marble vases, which are sold on the basis of 'money for salvation.' This
is nonsense of course, but there are those foolish enough to believe that by
offering money to a Capitalist cult, it will buy their way into Heaven, and
this strategy can be utilised by Communist revolutionaries for the purposes
of financing revolution.
Cut price salvation
I will beat any price offered by any apocalyptic Capitalist version of
Christ, any religion or any Masonic cult. I will pay back double the
difference if you find a Christ offering cheaper salvation. Salvation at
low, low prices. Nothing to pay now. Big savings. I pledge that my prices
will be less of a rip off than any Capitalist version of Christ or
Capitalist version of Christianity. This amounts to good value for money.
Art hypothecation and banking fraud.
Funding in this manner will come from useless pieces of modern art which can
be made in a matter of minutes, displayed in art galleries and drugs money
can be used to buy these works which can then be insured through dishonest
insurance brokers in the City of London, based on either genuine or
fabricated receipts of purchase. The insurance value of these paintings can
then be 'hypothecated' and money can be raised against the insurance value
and placed into Federal Reserve trades which will allow the funds to be used
as security for the creation of new money under the fractional reserve
banking system. This scam pays huge amounts in fees and in addition the
original funds are returned as clean money. The money created can then be
lent to Third World nations to keep the population in absolute dire poverty
and starvation. An 'end justifies the means' policy (the current
Machiavellian moral philosophy of the Moon cult, the CIA and the US Federal
Reserve) can be justified since this money will be set aside for the nuclear
destruction of the City of London, New York and the Capitalist financial
centres of Western Europe which will lead to the eventual collapse of all
Capitalist currencies, the bankruptcy of Capitalist civilisation, the
non-payment of all debts, and the end of the alchemy (the scam of turning
paper into gold and the theft of labour hours from the poor) of the
parasites of Freemasonry.

compete with the brazen hypocrisy and theft undertaken by many of the
Capitalist cults including the Moon cult and the Freemasons and their

Unofficially, we will make this matter public when the CIA make public their
