Isn't that the rub with how Americans, God-Loving, Sovereign Men and
Women are being now being tyrannized by errant public servants? The
fact that the Judge in the Ed and Elaine Brown case WILL NOT address
and answer Ed and Elaines challenge that He prove jurisdiction in
writing as the law demands is evidence of such tyranny which must be
sold to slumbering sheeple by "dirty tricks" disinformation
specialists on these forums and newsgroups.

Nothing "linguistic" about it. The average man/woman does not
understand the Law. They are "legalistically" held to their
conditioning of "Color of Law" by a silent contract most are quite
unaware of, enforced by the courts through judicial "Legal
presumption" when they do not set the court record straight at first
appearance.
Ed and Elaine Brown have made their status known to the courts from
the outset. Without the fictional court answering Ed and Elaine's
Challenge to prove jurisdiction over them, Living, Breathing,
Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man and Woman and blindly carrying
on with unlawful proceedings the court is committing the crime of
FRAUD Why would any "reasonable man" honor a FRAUD? Why would a
nation of so-called Free men and women, SUPPORT and
OBEY a FRAUD?

There are two main forces which rule civilized mankind. Both are
Satanic in Nature. They are Government and Religion. Free men are
self-governing Sovereigns who employ Servants and grant them limited
sovereignty to carry out the dictates of the Sovereign People.
Problems arise when the "servants" get too big for their britches.
Free men are also Spiritual in nature and not bound by Religious
conditioning.
My use of the word Christ has caused quite a ruckus to the conditioned
intellects of millions of blind believers throughout the land.
By doing so, I have demystified the Satanic Spell of mind control
Hypnosis which binds the intellects of these Millions of blind
believers ruled by traditional Institutionalized disseminating
Superstition, myth, and mysticism.
My use of the word Christ merely describes a SIMPLE MAN/WOMAN OF
TRUTH. He/She speaks TRUTH, lives TRUTH, IS TRUTH. They are the very
essence of Peace. They are a self-governing entity, one who is not at
war with himself or others. One can see the disruption caused to the
discordant "civilized" intellects of so-called "christians" which has
followed in its wake. Such is the nature of AWAKENING from one's
Institutionalized, reinforced IGNORANCE.
