Dear Elaine,
Have you been receiving my mail? I sent a rather lengthy one to
you last month and I suspect it was blocked. It is not like you to
not answer your mail. I do know that Ed is not getting my mail, but I
didn't think it extended to you.
Here we are in 2010. We as a country continue to deteriorate. Our
laws have been substitued with corporate policies, while time grinds
on.
I continue to do what I can and am still in the thick of it with
the County and State. It boggles my mind that the American people
still don't get it. I hear a lot of talk of the people waking up, but
so far nothing comes of it.
Today, for the first time, I read Henry Thoreau's essay on "Civil
Disobedience." If you have a chance to read it on the computer. See:

Your spirit and Ed's spirit is reflected in it. It seems that this
inertia amid a collective consciousness is nothing new.
You may take refuge that what you and Ed have done is a magnificent
act of "Civil Disobedience." Thoreau would have been proud of you. I
know I am.
There is no timetable to this sort of thing, but I feel you and Ed
will be released before too long. So take heart, and know that there
is a great deal of love out here for your and Ed. Those who can will
act. Those who can't will pray.
That energy of love is with you and that is the force which will
protect you.

An Open Letter to the Patrol Deputy Sheriffs of Josephine County
Oregon
I am writing this letter because your Policy Makers/Administrators
are putting you in HARM'S WAY, both physical and financial.
Your training is designed to keep you ignorant of the Law, and
cause you to enforce Unlawful "Color of Law" corporate policies which
masquerade as true Law.
Your department's impound policies when affected upon Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women who are
not corporate subjects of the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE,
and who have not waived their Rights, nor Consented to doing business
with the corporation known as the STATE and COUNTY as they travel upon
the public highways of Oregon in their privately owned automobiles for
private, non-commercial purposes, places them beyond the jurisdiction
of the Vehicle Code you enforce, which is limited to, and regulates
traffic of Commercial Motor Vehicles and those who voluntarily consent
to apply for a Driver License.
It is an Act of Piracy to impound such travel conveyance (privately
owned automobile not held in Trust via State Licensing) without
authority of Law being granted you.
I, Raymond Ronald Karczewski�, have been the victim of repeated
acts of Piracy at the hands of a number of your fellow officers/Deputy
Sheriff's here in Cave Junction and Josephine County.
Your Policy Makers, the District Attorney, STEPHEN D. CAMPBELL, and
Josephine County Sheriff GIL GILBERTSON, have been apprised of this
fact and have refused to Retrain You as to the Real Law.
I have not focused any attention on you, the beat cop, because you
are just following orders, doing your job. I understand you must
carry out the Policies of your superiors, at the risk of losing your
job. However, when you too, violate the law by enforcing
unconstitutional corporate policies, you can be held financially
liable under your own private, unlimited commercial liability. You
are not exempt for carrying out unlawful corporate policies under the
excuse of "Just doin my job".
Since the last act of Piracy committed against me on Jan. 4th, 2010,
I have continued to Travel about Cave Junction and Grants Pass in my
privately own travel conveyance, my automobile, and shall continue to
do so.
This communication serves as Notice to you JOSEPHINE COUNTY DEPUTY
SHERIFFS, that I intend to make a Citizen's Arrest on the next Deputy
Sheriff who attempts to commit an act of Piracy against me through
such bogus impounds.. I shall affect the arrest without weapons and
in a non-violent fashion, if possible. Such a Citizen's arrest shall
not and Can not be construed as resisting a "Color of Law" arrest by
any of you.
Should such event result in my being Shot, Tazed, Clubbed, or
otherwise assaulted, it shall be your fault along with your Boss, GIL
GILBERTSON, and District Attorney STEPHEN CAMPBELL, who refuse to
follow the law, and are willing to expose you, the enforcement
officer, placing you in HARM'S WAY.
As many of you well know, I am a honorably retired Police Sergeant
from Pacifica California Police Department, now living in Southern
Oregon. I was once, one of you. I am not your enemy. I took the
same oath you took to defend and protect the Constitution. I hold to
that oath to this very day. I am 72. I hold each of you to that
oath. When given an unlawful order or policy to carry out, you HAVE
THE RIGHT TO REFUSE IT.
