To the People of Josephine County and Illinois Valley,
We are losing our country. Many of us have already lost their
freedom, have been imprisoned via the scam of "Color of Law."
Our country is deteriorating rapidly. Through uncaring government
policies, we have lost our jobs, our money, our homes, our freedom,
our sovereignty, and soon many will lose their lives when war is
declared upon the American People via the medium of Martial Law.
I realize I have placed a great deal of information on your plate
to digest in a very short period of time. It is because there is so
little time left to act as the Sovereign People, and secondly to give
you THE BIG PICTURE of corruption in your county that spans years in
my own individual experience. There is much to digest.. Many of you
will react negatively because of its disturbing quality. In effect,
your psychologically conditioned "comfort zones," your politically
correct views will be challenged, will be shaken.
Many of you shall reactively attack the messenger because there's
not a damned thing you can do about the truth of the message. You
will protect your own limited grasp of your government's actual
operation, not PR image, by doubting the credibility of the
messenger.
I'm not trying to persuade you, to sell you, to teach you. I am
merely communicating to you, the truth of the government corruption
that affects you who live with here in JOSEPHINE COUNTY and your
UNAWARENESS of it.
What I am going to do, however is to challenge your level of
responsibility by eliciting your aid in holding your government
officials accountable for their corrupt and unlawful behavior, when
the facts bear out the truth of the corruption.
If you have the interest to read the articles I have posted on this
forum, the forum which serves Cave Junction and Josephine County, you
shall be exposed to the incontrovertible Truth, YOUR GOVERNMENT IS
GUILTY OF CRIMES against the people.
In this letter, the proof I offer of the Truth of my Position is
1. I AM NOT IN JAIL even after having been threatened with 35 years
in prison, and my JURISTIC PERSON was convicted in two trials, I am
free, with no charges over my head, sitting at my computer
communicating with you here in Cave Junction.
2. I have not spent a penny in fines, court costs, levies, attorney
fees, etc. in the entire 7 years that Josephine County Court system
has launched a "Color of Law" campaign to destroy me and my family.
JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPUTIES will no longer arrest me and take
me before a judge, but they will steal my automobile and/or
motorscooter when the State NO LONGER owns them via the licensing
Trust scam and and impound them based on bogus computer information.
Recovering my car or bike costs me $300+ a crack. Observe the degree
they will go to commit piracy and kidnapping on Cave Junction streets.

The pressures they have exerted upon us has already taken the
life of my wife of 49 years, Anita. . The fact remains they have
destroyed themselves by coming after a Living, Breathing,
Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man and Woman of the Sovereign
People, those who know who they are and thus cannot be converted into
"Wards of the Court" "Human Resources" slaves.
I am no man's slave. The last seven years have proved that. It
remains for each of you who read this to understand that you also are
not a slave, although many of you believe you are.
You, the men and women of The Sovereign People are the True
Government. That which you call government are really your servants
hired and appointed to office to serve you the Sovereign People.
You need to read my case, and come to the obvious conclusion. Why
will a servant fictional government not answer the question of
JURISDICTION over Raymond Ronald Karczewski�, a Living, Breathing,
Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, accompanied by Oath or
Affidavit?
That is the responsibility and duty of all Sovereign Men and Women
who have the wherewithal to take back control over their government
and their country.
I leave you with these two questions. Who do you know that has
under constant assault for 7 years and has been "purportedly
convicted" in two trials yet THROWN OUT OF JAIL, with no charges
hanging over his/her head?. and who has not spent a cent in fines,
court costs, attorney fees, etc, but for recovery fees of pirated
autos/motorscooters? Herein lies the REST OF THE STORY!
