It all began in Milan, in 1948, with an opera entitled
"La Forza Nuova Des Destino"
Now the UFO USO parachutes in and puts on performances
to entertain the extraterrestrial troops,
swinging on a trapeze, flying over Hawaii like the Japanese,
doing the hula at their favorite Air Force base
However, they doubt that they can coexist with the human race
Do earthlings make humanoid sacrifices because they have become
immune to each others' pain?
Do humanoids dehumanize each other, in callous sport,
like the sadistic bullfights of Spain?
Morpheus shuffled up to the coffee table,
to the thought of "RED", picked up a block,
vacuumed the rug, brought the medicine and drugs,
swept the floor, played pawn to King four,
began pumping a barrage of bullets obediently
into an affable buffoon of a baboon, aborted that order,
backed up, turned right and proceeded to repeat
until an entire Italian battalion of baboons with legal briefs
was forced into headlong flight of ignominious retreat
Authorities struggled in this disorderly circus
to make sense of the events
Was it a failure of the court order for restraining?
Was it a failure of the Sensitivity Training ?
When it happened, what else was in proximity?
What precautionary measures needed to be taken,
due to heightened levels of peculiar activities?
The progress of science was obviously on an impressive roll,
but after analyzing between the lines, it was less clear
to astute and discerning observers, who was really in control

THE BIRTH OF THE COFFEE BARS
It appears that the coffee bar was linked with a sense of
cosmopolitan style, 'foreign-ness' and the availability of good
coffee. This availability was the result of Achille Gaggia's
invention of the espresso maker in Milan in 1948, (and its
subsequent importation to Britain in 1952). The explosion of
coffee bars in the capital corresponds exactly with the
importation of the Gaggia espress

received several half pounds of coffee, carried to us by our
mutual customer Ms. Katie K. In this bundle of goodies was a
half pound of the mysterious Streamline Espresso
Thus, Victrola's move to supply the demands of their customers
with a snappy blend of Central and South American coffees minus
any broken broom strands, was a brave albeit tasty maneuver.
This coffee killed in both a filter drip and a french press
The Kona Extra Fancy from the Honolulu Coffee Company was
surprisingly dark for a Kona. When questioned on this point, our
Vegan merely shrugged his shoulders and told us that when in
Hawaii, one usually drinks big iced coffee drinks. Can't argue
with that.
The little elves at the BBCC have been hard at work throughout
the final weeks of the year to bring you all that wonderful
coffee you'll be needing for presents and feasts. Enjoy your

In recent decades, some scientists believe, live-virus vaccines
may have actually helped transfer viruses across species lines.
Perhaps the classic example is canine parvovirus, or CPV, which
abruptly appeared in dogs in 1977 and within months had become a
widespread animal epidemic - or epizootic - on virtually every
continent, causing entirely new dog diseases of the intestines
and heart muscle. CPV is intriguingly similar in its genetic
structure to a cat disease called feline panleukopenia virus
(FPLV), but it's even more similar to the vaccine for this
disease. This has led several virologists to suggest that by
accident or design, the cat virus most likely was introduced
into dog cells in the laboratory, where the strain adapted
itself to the new host.
Unfortunately, green monkeys were infected with something else.
More than two decades later, in 1982 and 1983, veterinarians at
the California Primate Research Center and at Harvard's New
England Primate Center observed that large numbers of their
macaques were dying periodically of AIDS-like illnesses. These
disorders had been killing animals since 1969, but suddenly, the
researchers were struck by the similarity to the new disease
afflicting American homosexual men. The monkeys' illnesses, the
researchers discovered, were triggered by a previously
unrecognized retrovirus called simian immunodeficiency virus
(SIV).
But whether it does or doesn't survive is really not so clear-
cut, Dr. Robert Gallo and other retrovirus researchers
acknowledged to me; no one knows for sure. Moreover, Gallo's
colleague, Dr. William Haseltine of Harvard and also of the Dana-
Farber Cancer Institute, in Boston, and others have reported
that the AIDS virus infects mucous cells - which of course occur
in the mouth as well as in the genitalia .
Some others in the AIDS establishment - like Dr. David Heymann,
who heads the office of research for the World Health
Organization's Global Programme on AIDS, and Harvard pathology
professor William Haseltine are so hostile to the possibility
that a vaccine could have introduced AIDS that they refuse to
discuss it. "The origin of the AIDS virus is of no importance to
science today," Heymann says in a phone interview from Geneva
"Any speculation on how it arose is of no importance."
Haseltine is even more adamant "It's distracting, it's
nonproductive, it's confusing to the public, and I think it's
grossly misleading in terms of getting to the solution of the
problem," he says. "It's over, it's done with, it's very, very,
very unlikely it happened that way, and it's another nonsense
article. It's the worst kind of reporting, as far as I'm
concerned."
But you haven't even heard anything about it, I say.
"I know what that theory is," Haseltine snaps.
You don't think the origin of AIDS is a significant question?
"It's not relevant," Haseltine insists. "Who cares what the
origin was? Who really cares? If you want to do something good,
write about problems people experience. Who cares where it came
from? It's an unanswerable question."
It may or may not be unanswerable, I say.

African chimpanzees by "amplifying" two DNA sequences, from two

infection could have originated in a laboratory.
Zhu et al. further advanced an iatrogenic theory of HIV's origin
when they confessed, "the factors that propelled the initial
spread of HIV-1 in central Africa remain unknown: the role of
large-scale vaccination campaigns
Besides Litton Bionetics, the NYUMC was also listed among the
Army's top biological weapons contracting labs by 1969. Under
Army contract Dr. Krugman routinely used mentally retarded
children and gay men to grow/culture and/or test HB viral
strains and vaccines following his MS-2 studies
Between 1978 and 1984 the percentage of HIV-positive gay men in
NYC rose dramatically. In other HB vaccine study populations the
rise in HIV-1 sero-prevalence and AIDS was also disconcerting.
In San Francisco, for instance, among those who had been
subjects in the trials (n=6,875) the HIV/AIDS rate rose from 4
to 68 percent between 1978 and 1984.18 This increase was
precipitous contrasting the rate of HIV infection among
homosexual men reported elsewhere in 1989. Across the U.S. HIV/
AIDS rates varied from 0 percent in many communities to 70
percent in NYC, with significantly less in San Francisco.
In 1982, concerns were expressed at the Pasteur Institute
regarding the possible link between AIDS and the Merck-
manufactured HB vaccine. Luc Montagnier was then assured by CDC
HB chief Don Francis, Max Essex's protege, that "no link between
AIDS and the [HB] vaccine inoculations" had been found. Yet, a
year later, Dr. Francis sent Dr. Montagnier thirteen blood
samples from GRID patients all of whom received experimental HB
vaccines

Asked how he got started playing golf, Bob said: "During the

Bob had a skit with Jerry Colonna, the "Mad Professor," in which
he asked him:

Then follows a big explosion off stage with billows of smoke and
debis onstage. That leaves Colonna standing there at the
microphone with a singed script.
Jerry Colonna got in trouble during the USO tour to Hawaii. He
was caught chasing the Hula dancers with a lawnmower at a party
for the show's cast.

I was never into Hawaiian music until I left Hawaii for McChord
AFB, Washington where I met some really great local boys from
Waianae, Nanakuli, and Ewa that educated me, through their mele
and aloha spirit, in what it means to have a Hawaiian heart.
I enlisted in the United States Air Force and served four years
at Vandenberg Air Force Base on the Central Coast of California.
While stationed at Vandenberg, I was a member of "Instinkt", a
four-member band that I formed with three of my fellow airmen.
At the end of my enlistment in the military, I married, started
a family, and threw myself into my work to help make ends meet.
This left no time for bass guitar and it would be several years
before I picked up the bass again.
When my daughters started taking Hula and Tahitian classes, a
musical opportunity presented itself. I was asked by my
daughters' Kumu Hula to help form her Tahitian drum group in
support of her soloist dancers for competitions. I eagerly
agreed and was soon picking up my bass guitar as well to perform
in our halau's many recitals, performances, and luaus.

McChord events brighten holidays, bring cheer
The holiday season at McChord is already in full swing as
several base events this week rang in the month of December.
Monday's deployed family dinner attracted more than 200 children
and family members, while Santa Claus handed out candy canes to
base children during McChord's annual Christmas tree lighting
ceremony earlier in the evening behind the Chapel Support Center
The holiday festivities continue next week as members from the
Officers and Enlisted Spouses Clubs and base volunteers collect and
assemble nearly 500 bags of cookies to hand out to Airmen living
in the dorms as part of Operation Cookie Drop.
Base-wide exercise tests emergency responders
An explosion rocked an area outside Hangar 4, terrorist
information was intercepted and analyzed and the entire base
sheltered in place bracing for exposure to hazardous chemicals
The no-notice exercise included a wide range of scenarios, from
a major vehicle accident and the discovery of an improvised
explosive device in an aircraft hangar to the simulated discovery
of a bag of altered ID cards and a note with the date Dec. 3 and

Federal Court Rules Against Military Gays Policy
Witt, a flight nurse based at McChord Air Force Base near Tacoma,
was suspended without pay in 2004 after the Air Force received a
tip that she had been in a long-term relationship with a
civilian woman. Witt was honorably discharged in October 2007
after having put in 18 years - two short of what she needed to
receive retirement benefits.
She sued the Air Force in 2006, but U.S. District Judge Ronald B.
Leighton dismissed her claims, saying the Supreme Court's ruling
in Lawrence v. Texas did not change the legality of "don't ask,
don't tell."
The appeals court judges disagreed.

Today, Spain's parliament took a historic first step in righting
a wrong that has persisted for decades. Nay, centuries. Nay,
millennia. Nay, decamillennia. Nay, ever since the ancestors of
homo sapiens (sapiens) first branched away from our hairy
brothers and sisters, cruelly pushing them back into the
primordial soup with all the generosity and altruism of Bill
Clinton rifling the tin cup of a blind beggar.
But yesterday, at long last, the Socialist government of Spain
broke the fur ceiling, granting full legal rights of life and
liberty to apes:
Like gay caballeros in the 1950s (or Sephardic Jews in the 1450s),
even under the new law of Socialist Prime Minister Jose Luis
Rodriguez Zapatero, gorillas, chimpanzees, orangutans, and fun-
loving baboons still remain merely second-class citizens. It's a
step, but still only a first step.
What is missing? What would these simians need to fully realize
the glory of their being? Clearly, they lack what finally makes
Spanish citizenship full and complete, besides a goodly supply
of Amontillado: I can only be referring to the franchise: Spain
must begin registering Great Apes as legal voters. (If I'm
actually referring to something else, please let me know before
I make a fool of myself.)
Now the fuse is lit; there is a new ministry in the Spanish
government that compels just such a great (ape) leap forward:
Spain did not legalize divorce until the 1980s, but Prime
Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero's Socialist government has
legalized gay marriage, reduced the influence of the Catholic
Church in education and set up an Equality Ministry. Full
equality! I should think the new Equality Ministry will have an
unenviable task justifying why gays, illegal immigrants, and
even Catholics are allowed to vote for members of parliament;
but that same right is brutally denied to primates (I mean the
simian kind, not the Catholic heirarchy). This despite the well-
accepted fact that baboons are evolutionary closer to members of
the government than any other group of the electorate.
The joyous progression of multi-species, transcendental rights
is inevitable, immutable:
Gay marriage leads directly to reducing the influence of the
Church;
Reducing the influence of that reactionary body points like a
laser beam to the understanding that there truly is no
difference between animals and humans; if there is a soul, then
a gorilla's is every bit as fine as Howard Dean's. Believing
anything less would be discriminatory and unconscionable;
This non-specist consciousness inevitably begets a Ministry of
Equality (and of Peace, Truth, and Love);
The "Equality Ministry" ineluctably leads to monkey manumission;
But to fully embrace such animal liberty, how can the Equality
Ministry fail to offer full equality -- gibbon government,
bonobo-ballots, and all?

Thus it made strategic sense that Clemmons stressed his faith in

Mr. Mike Huckabee's down-home, folksy media image is just a facade.
What he and his supporters REALLY want to accomplish is to turn
our once great nation into a theofascist state based on a

Robot puts human thoughts into action
With 32 wires sprouting from a cap on his head, University of
Washington research assistant C.J. Bell stared at a computer
screen and thought: "Red."
Across the room, a 2-foot-tall robot called Morpheus shuffled up
to a table holding a green block and a red block. Tilting his
head, the machine scanned the choices with camera "eyes."
Morpheus paused, then picked up the red block.
"He got it right," Bell said proudly.
In fact, Morpheus has a 94 percent success rate at reading
simple mental commands.
To prepare for the demonstration, Bell pulled on the tight-
fitting cap while fellow graduate student Pradeep Shenoy filled
a 4-inch syringe with conductive gel. Shenoy injected the gel
into the openings in the cap, and fitted an electrode to each.
"The electrodes don't actually touch the skull," he explained.
"They float in the goo, and the goo touches the skull." It also
gets in the hair, requiring a shampoo after every test.
On the computer screen, Bell saw a robot's-eye view of the two
blocks. He chose the red block and focused his attention on it.
Both images began flashing randomly. Every time Bell saw the red
block light up, his brain went: "Ah ha." After several flashes,
the computer recognized his choice and sent a signal to Morpheus
via wires and a second computer.
The non-invasive approach limits the complexity of instructions
that can be conveyed to the robot, Rao said. But it should allow
an operator to choose from a list of pre-programmed orders, like:
bring the medicine; pour a glass of water; or roll the
wheelchair to the bed.
The system also can operate wirelessly, holding open the
possibility of a robot lackey that can be dispatched into the
world to do its owner's mental bidding.
"That's the science-fiction-type stuff," Rao said.
It's like when you're driving around in your car, looking for
your favorite coffee place," Rao explained. When you spot it,
your brain registers a jolt.

La Forza del Destino
Leonora di Vargas, she tells her maid, Curra, about her imminent
elopement with her lover, Don Alvaro. Hesitant to leave her
father, Leonora is nevertheless torn by her love for Alvaro, an
Inca of royal descent
Separated from Alvaro during their flight, she is traveling with
a muleteer, Trabuco, who endures jibes as to the identity and
sex of the "little person" with him. Preziosilla, a Gypsy girl,
offers to tell fortunes and inspire morale for the upcoming
battles of Italy and Spain against the Germans. She tells Carlo
he is no student, while Leonora wonders how she can escape from
her vengeful brother. Pilgrims en route to Holy Week
celebrations arrive, and everyone joins in prayer.
Outside the church and monastery of the Madonna degli Angeli,
Leonora, still in male clothes, prays for the Virgin's
forgiveness.
Evening prayers are heard from within. She sounds the monastery
bell and is greeted gruffly by Brother Melitone, who tries to
send her away till next morning. She says she has been sent by
Father Cleto to see the Padre Guardiano (Father Superior). When
he appears, she tells him she is Leonora di Vargas, about whom
Father Cleto has written. She asks to become a hermit and live
in a cave, devoting herself only to God. When he learns her
brother is bent on killing her, the Padre Guardiano agrees.
ACT III. Near a battlefield in Velletri, Italy, soldiers are
gambling. Alvaro, now in the military, laments his outcast state,
praying to Leonora ? whom he believes dead ? to pity him.
Hearing the cries of another officer, he goes to the rescue and
returns with Carlo. Neither man is aware of the other's identity,
and both are using assumed names. Carlo thanks Alvaro for saving
his life from soldiers who were quarreling over cards. They
swear friendship in life and death, then run off to battle.
Leonora emerges from her cave, disheveled and distressed, to
pray for the peace that continues to elude her: in her heart she
still loves Alvaro. Hearing a commotion nearby, she retreats
into the cave, only to be summoned forth by Alvaro himself:
having mortally wounded Carlo, he asks the hermit to give
absolution to the dying man. They recognize each other, and
Alvaro cries that once again he has the blood of her family on
his hands. Leonora goes to Carlo, who with his last strength
deals her a mortal blow. The Padre Guardiano enters and silences
Alvaro's frustrated rage as Leonora gasps that she will await
him in heaven.

For the most part, the plot is very predictable and easy to
describe. Miguel and Tulio are an ambiguously gay duo of Spanish
con artists who, in evading arrest, accidentally end up stowing
away on Cortez's ship right as it is leaving for the Americas.
When he finds them on board, he promises them flogging and
lifelong slavery in the Cuban sugar plantations, which would be
interesting since they're both white. But they understandably
don't like this plan, so they escape in a lifeboat with a horse,
almost die, tearfully thank each other for the richness of their
life together, wash up ashore in what should probably be Guyana
or Colombia (but the aesthetic is distinctly Mayan), and stumble
upon the golden city of El Dorado. They are naturally mistaken
for gods by both the goodnatured, fat tribal chief (voiced by an
uninspired Edward James Olmos) and the high priest (a cackly
Armand Assante), whose position is far more interesting: he's
not the megalomaniacal grand vizier of the Disney film, but
rather a limited religious authority whose cruelty stems
entirely from his servile devotion to a pack of bloodthirsty
gods. He becomes a crazed villain only when he discovers that
these two white guys aren't gods, but fakes, partly as a result
of their failure to usher in the predicted new age of El
Doradian culture and to cleanse its corrupt streets with blood.
Then he goes apeshit and tries to kill them with evil magic.
Miguel and Tulio then redeem themselves by allying with the
natives and precipitating a situation in which Cortez will fail
to find the city and, in his anger, kill the high priest. The
ruthlessness of Cortez, and the assumption that he will be
equally glad to kill whoever is in his way regardless of context
or moral standing, is then used by both sides against each other.
Cortez ends up being more helpful to the residents of El Dorado,
by ridding them of the crazy priest, but that is only because he
is worse than the priest, and more powerful.
This was much more than I expected from this movie. Its only
real failing was auditory. The filmmakers decided, in addition
to packing the soundtrack with cringe-inducing garbage, to
include a female character who would have surprisingly explicit
(for a kids' film) dalliances with Tulio and thereby mask some
of the homosexual undertones of the Miguel-Tulio relationship.
That's disappointing but not surprising; the major problem here
is that this character is voiced by Rosie Perez, who makes her
into a snappy, sassy, slightly shrewish Mayan ho with that
Brooklyn accent that can make blood come out of your ears.

information they might have on the author of the work, which
claimed to have been originally found in a surplus copy machine
purchased in 1986 at McChord Air Force Base by a Boeing employee.
The following December, Paranoia received a letter, mailed from
a federal prison, from one Hartford Van Dyke, claiming to be the
author of the work. Being confident that he is the true author
of Silent Weapons (SWFQW), we wish to share letters from
Hartford Van Dyke wherein he exposes the circumstances
surrounding his authorship of this infamous pamphlet.
Dear Paranoia,
I will begin my response to your December 8, 2003 letter with
comments about your article, and then give a biographical
account.
I thoroughly enjoyed the opening statements in your magazine
article about Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars (SWFQW). It had a
Sherlock Holmes flavor to it
Your second paragraph suggested that you are unaware of the APN [
article] The comment [by Joan d'Arc] that SWFQW is a "paranoid
manifesto"
SWFQW is not a "paranoid manifesto;" it is a politically biased
technical instruction manual on how to justify, and how to
selectively survive, human animal husbandry before the need for
animal husbandry becomes unstably critical.
Your analysis of Cooper's capacity to understand economics and
present economic arguments is an interesting piece of detective
work. It is important to note that the references to the
"patriot movement," to "patriot leanings," or to the "Illuminati"
blueprint have absolutely no significance in reference to SWFQW
as a scientific textbook of mathematical and economic warfare.
I set up a school in downtown Vancouver, WA, for high school
students called the Technical Training Club, in late September
or early October of 1973, and by spring of 1974 it was moved to
a house at 8105 NE St. Johns Blvd., where I then lived and
taught.
In the winter of 1974, I was going through some math books while
researching a math problem (I think a problem on cubic equations),
when I referred to my old college textbook College Algebra, by
Lyman M. Kells of the US Naval Academy (1956 or 1958). I came
across the footnote in that book and noticed that they exactly
corresponded to the ideas in Report from Iron Mountain. I had
discovered the mathematical methodology of the Silent Weapons
System, and I had the key to finding more information on the
subject. I located Studies in the Structure of the American
Economy at the Multnomah County library in Portland, Oregon.
The Rockefeller Foundation had financed Wassily Leontief's
Harvard Economic Project with a grant of $100,000 (in 1948), and
Nelson Rockefeller was trying to become vice president of the
United States. So I again sent a warning message to every member
of Congress and Senate trying to warn them of the Rockefeller's
ulterior motives. This writing was titled, Warning, Surprise
Attack Imminent!.
Publication of Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars
The work on SWFQW began about October 1978 and was published in
December 1979. Initially, about 65 copies of the book were sent
out to various people and organizations. I do not know what
happened to most of the copies, but I can fairly well account
for one of them, which was given out by hand in early 1980. It
was given to a military person, who was late for duty (or was
going to be late), at McChord AFB in the state of Washington.

two hour trip each way). On the way, I told him about the book

publicize SWFQW until after 1986. I did give out copies to local
friends between 1979 and 1986.
About America's Promise Newsletter
In November 1986, the America's Promise Newsletter (APN) ran an
advertisement for SWFQW. It claimed that a Boeing Aircraft
employee bought a surplus copy machine at auction from McChord
AFB and inside it he found a copy of SWFQW. It was very probably
the copy that I gave to the hitchhiker. The Boeing employee
passed the book along to the APN of Phoenix, AZ. From that time
on SWFQW got the attention it deserved. It was a wake-up call to
America, and perhaps even the world, if we can believe Leontief'
s Scientific American (Sept. 1980) article, "The World Economy
in the Year 2000?, wherein he says that by the year 1973, the
year he received the Nobel Prize in Economics, sixty nations
were already using his system to analyze their economies.

mention it to Joe, who immediately got onto Morpheus and found
not only my Hoyle Board Games IN it's entirety (NOT a demo) but
Hoyle Games 2001 with lots of extras, including a cool new game
(Rummy Cube) which I totally love and have rabidly enjoyed.

at peace with the idea. This being decided, we prepared for
some kick back time. Around 10:00am, Eric got a call from the
AF recruiter saying that he could not go back in. ??!!
Evidently, if you are in the AF for longer than 6 years (he was
in 7), once you get out, you can't go back in. I would think
they'd clamor for the experienced people, but I guess they aren'
t interested in my thoughts. The stakes were definitely raised
knowing the the return to the AF was no longer a choice. I didn't
feel any lessening of the joy and positive feelings. I just
knew it was getting intense in an exciting way. I was looking
at it all in a very removed, objective way.
I had been praying & meditating through the morning, asking that
if my mood was not a fluke and all really was going to be well,
that we have a storm and sure enough, when I was going to get
Josh from Trina's house, the clouds opened and thunder and
lightening went mad, which NEVER happens here. Awesome!
OK, so having thought things through completely and considered
that we might be misusing our faith by insisting that it keep us
here where we want to be, we have decide to go with the
inevitable choice to re-enter the Air Force IF a better
alternative has not presented itself by close of business on
Friday. Our rent will be due the following Tuesday and we can
let out landlords know to use our last month's deposit if we
will be moving in October. Friday makes sense and leaves lots
of room for the miracle to happen if we are meant to stay here.
I'm at peace with that. I don't have to like it to be at peace
with it.
In a situation where you are coming back into the Air Force,
what happens, we are told, is that you give them them 3 bases
where you'd like to go and they guarantee you one of them. We'
ve talked it over a lot, since most locations of AF bases aren't
all that palatable, and settled on Travis, Beale (these bases
are 80 miles apart with our house in the midpoint, but we'd
still have to move because we could not afford this rent on AF
salary) and McChord in Washington, which would be a quick jump
to visit Joe and Sandra in Canada

Even I was shocked when I saw the date of my last journal entry
(before the patriotic stuff). It has been nearly a month and
what a month it is been! Aside from national tragedies and
planes destroying national monuments, in the microcosm of things,
Katrina's World has been little but challenges
This is been such a tumultuous time that it feels like I'm
living in a dream. I'm sleeping anywhere from 3-5 hours a
night (this was a 3) for a number of weird reasons, so my
thinking cap isn't exactly nailed on straight. Eric sleeps,
smokes and looks for work. He's been really introverted and
keeping to himself when he isn't shaking his fists at the skies
and ranting about the injustice of it all.
Faith is one thing, but as Dr Phil says, "Have faith, but keep
rowing for the shore."
Look for better posts in the next few days! I promise a
brighter atmosphere soon.

the Lake Union Bridge more often than need be.

This sort of thing points out the fundamental dishonesty of
religious fanatics. When something turns out good, you know the
Huckster is going to be praising God. "I pardoned this man, and
through the grace of God he went on to be a paramedic, and
heroically saved an innocent child today." You'll never, ever
hear the opposite. "Well, I pardoned this man, and God made him
go kill 4 cops." Being God in these folks' theology is a pretty
sweet gig - you don't have to do anything but you get all the
credit when things are good, and no matter how bad things get
screwed up, it's never your fault. Actually, that kinda sounds
like the job description of a Republican politician, too.

WASHINGTON GLOWING, EGG-SHAPED OBJECT SIGHTED
On March 2, 2001, my two friends and I were driving north on
Highway 161 near Puyallup when we saw a bronze-colored object
fly overhead at an elevation of about 5500 feet above sea level
at 8:24 PM. The object was traveling at a very high rate of
speed, around 700-750 mph, but showed no signs of it's
propulsion system such as an afterburner flames, exhaust, etc. I
could detect no noise being emitted from the object either.
Aircraft that fly that fast are most often VERY loud at low
elevations. We followed it until it disappeared from sight 65
miles away. It followed a straight path and did not change
altitude or speed. The object "blinked-out" at about 70 miles
away. One interesting piece of information is that it flew
directly through the upwind leg of the landing pattern of Seatac
Airport at a very dangerous altitude, violating FAA regulations.
It most likely violated the airspace of McChord AFB also. The AM
radio in my car had slightly more static during the time when
the object was overhead.

Hi! I am Morpheus Fortuna, named for dreams and fortune. I am
originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I was born on Friday
August 2nd, 2007 and this is my blog.
Unfortunately, we ran into a slight situation this past week,
and things didn't quite work out as expected. Mrs. Floyd's
daughter ended up with the flu last Tuesday. She was
hospitalized for two nights with complications relating to her
asthma, and Mrs. Floyd, of course, stayed with her. Then, she
ended up with the flu too, along with her husband and other
daughter. It was a long, miserable week for her family, and as a
result, she couldn't come to school and spend time with me.
The kids also had to write paragraphs about how they compare to
one of the characters from a story in the unit. It was a lot of
work, but some of them turned out really neat!!!
On my last day here, I got my picture taken with the whole group.
They're a fun bunch...that's for sure. I also took a picture
with the middle school principal, Mrs. Stahl; the secretary, Ms.
Hetrick; and the curriculum coordinator, Mr. Kretchman.

better in school? It's true! We also had an assembly about the
Constitution. We learned about people who wrote the Constitution
and we talked about who the first person to sign the

The beliefs of the Cathedral's Children base on the belief that
the nuclear holocaust (referred to as the Holy Flame, the Sacred
Fire), invoked by human greed, corruption and selfishness was a
chance to begin anew
The Children believed in expanding their influence through all
possible means. Nightkin would assault cities assisted by
Cathedral cultists, while loyal servants would head into the
wastes and establish hospitals and offer healing to the body and
the spirit. The Master's plan was to unify all and bring them
into the glory that is his master plan.
The Children of the Cathedral were led by a man called Morpheus,
who was one of the first men converted by the Master to his
ideology. A devout, intelligent and loyal man, Morpheus was
tasked with overseeing the Children's operations
The main Children of the Cathedral operation, though, was in the
actual Cathedral. Located somewhere in the Boneyard, the ruins
of Los Angeles and a few miles south of Adytum, the Cathedral
was home to High Priest Lasher, a sadistic priest, and High
Priest Morpheus, the human leader of the Children. According to
Morpheus, there were thirteen such High Priests in charge of
delivering the Master's gospel to the Children. Dozens if not
hundreds of worshipers could be found in and around the
Cathedral, either on some pilgrimage or just preaching the word
of the Holy Flame.

les mots. Comme exemple, quand j'ai commenc� � rassembler mati�re � propos
de McChord Arm�e de l'air base, je ne l'avais pas entendu. Je ne savais pas
qu'il a �t� impliqu� avec le d�bat d'homosexuels dans l'arm�e et avec
d�fense nucl�aire.
L'art pr�dit quelquefois des �v�nements qui se produiront. En juillet et
ao�t de 2001, j'avais parl� d'avions du commerical s'empar�s, en s'�crasant
contre le b�timent du Pentagone. Je n'ai pas �t� surpris m�me quand cela a
eu lieu, un mois plus tard. Je suis heureux d'�tre ignor� � pr�sent.
Apr�s que ma vie soit finie, un jour, la volont� mondiale enti�re parle des
mati�res dans cet art.
